So I am a little disappointed with this place. When I first arrived, for my first time ..I was hesitant as I usually go to just tires but my mom was like, try this place out. I went against my hesitation and was pleasantly surprised at their friendliness and speed. They were quick and I was on my way. They had 5 stars in My head at that time. A few days later I woke up at 4am to go pick up my friend at LAX and my car didn't turn on. I had to borrow a family members car to pick my friend up as something was clearly wrong with my car. I was told it was the battery but then when we replaced it, the car wouldn't turn on still. Then it did and it smelled like gasoline. Then a big smoke cloud that smelled like gasoline followed. All this was getting done while I was 2 hrs away from my home! We had my mechanic come to my home as this was clearly an emergency. He then told me some of my tops/caps were not properly placed and tightened, which is why the car was having this problem. He tightened everything, and my car (after I also purchased the new battery) worked again. I can't imagine how it would have been if I had been on the road or if something worse could have happened given this oversight by the jiffy lube staff. I called the location and left a message but up to this day haven't been contacted. Disappointed! I normally recommend Jiffy Lube for fast, efficient service and good customer service but that was not the case here and I would not recommend this location. I always go to different Jiffy Lube's but this is my first time visiting this location. The communication between the service technicians and myself wasn't great. The timing was inaccurate; they told me 20-30 minutes then 25 minutes after arriving told me 25-30 more minutes. I don't mind waiting, but I do expect a more accurate time frame. They didn't discuss anything with me about their recommendations, just said "we need your signature." When I asked specifics about levels and tire pressure, they didn't document what they had done or added to. Beyond that, this place was filthy dirty. The floor was filthy, the walls dirty and grimy. The bathroom had something super sticky all over the floor- yuck!- and was a mess. In covid times, this just made me super uncomfortable. Worst of all, they do not safeguard customer privacy. One of the computers they use is in an area accessible to all customers and not monitored or locked. So anyone walking by could view customer information. read more

They showed us the brakes and how bad they were but it would have been nice to compare it to brakes that were in good condition. Otherwise, how are we supposed to know that the brakes were really bad. Outstanding service! When arriving to get a signature oil change the worker their informed me that it might be a 45 minute wait. He apologized and said to comeback due to the fact that larger vehicle took longer. I really appreciated the heads up and toik advantage of my time to get a car wash and vacuum my car at another establishment. It was enough time to allow for the 45 minute to one hour delay for an oil change. by the time I finish detailing my vehicle and came back jiffy lube was emply of vehicles. They're reasonably priced and your car is not something you want to be cheap with! I'm able to get my oil changed during my lunch break at work because they're quick and efficient. This place has great service and location. I needed a oil change and some Starbucks but I only had 20 minutes. I am not from around here and I saw the Jiffy Lube sign so I pulled in. As I did I noticed there was a Starbucks right next to this place. So as I got my oil change I hung out in Starbucks enjoying a drink. Service, very friendly and helpful. The woman that helped me pulled out my cabin air filter and showed me how dirty it was. It ended up being the original filter that came with the car and I have 107,000 miles.
