    I had to add air to my tires.

    I been here several times. I've taken my cars here for oil changes and today was the worst. The wait was longer which I didn't mind. The tire pressure wasn't check even though it said adjusted. The sticker in the windshield for next service was missing. To top it off the sterling wheel was greasy.

    The waiting room/ check out

    I came to get at least one tire changed but possibly another and a synthetic oil change, just need a used tires, nothing fancy. The guy that took my keys said maybe 30 minutes. Ok, no worries, the shop is full, that's to be expected! They need to hire someone to take care of the office stuff, take the orders and check people in and out, they have 4 guys in the shop and everyone is doing everything and the communication is not good and there's a ton of people waiting, they basically shout out cars when they're done and there have been 2 cars that no one had claimed so far, they're probably at Jack in the Box but no one knows who owns what car. I guess that explains why they don't answer the phone when you call. So my car finally pulls in the shop and I go to the restroom and go in the waiting room and I confere back out and my car is already back in the parking lot, hey great that was quick. They finally call out my car, I raise my hand and we go back to the back area to pay, I ask if the other tire looked bad or if it was just the one, he looks st me blankly and said I just did an oil change, no one said anything about tires. The guy who took my keys was getting someone paid out and looked at him and said oh yeah, the tire on the front passenger. So here I am waiting, over an hour and a half later and my car is still not back in the shop, three people who came after me have come and gone, maybe they had a better experience. At this point I'm guessing they gave me a basic oil change, not the synthetic I requested and I'll be here in the heat another hour because they're trying to save money on staff. I may update my review depending on how it finally turns out but I don't think I'll be coming back.

    They do push there own air filters. As all do, but there is no pressure.., but overall, very fast and efficient

    The place runs specials like get 5 oil changes then next 1 free but they don't honor . scam place . Spend your money elsewhere.

    This place was super good, fast and cheap. We did wait at all we were the first customers of the day and we were out of there in 15 minutes.

    I called a day in advance to get a quote for an oil change for my 2012 BMW 750Li and was quoted…read morebetween $120-$130. Based on that price, my schedule and prior service on my other vehicles I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the total would be $145.24. I informed Arelli that I had been quoted a different price the day before and asked that the store manager be notified. After speaking with Steve, I was told they could not honor the original quote. This put me at a disadvantage! I had already called around for pricing and chose Les Schwab specifically because it was closest to my home and offered the better quote. Failing to honor the price provided over the phone reflects poorly on the business. Customers rely on accurate quotes when making decisions! I had clearly provided the year, make, and model of my vehicle when requesting the quote, so the pricing should have reflected that information rather than a generic estimate. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and is extremely disappointing. I believe better training and procedures should be implemented to ensure accurate quotes are provided. I will also be contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to formally document this issue and request that they look into how often this type of pricing discrepancy occurs. Also, note that no apology for the misquote or any concession was offered. Accountability goes along way.

    My mother and I took our old vehicle that gets driven maybe 3-5x a year that needed either one new…read morerim and 4 new tires or 4 new rims and 4 new tires. The quote they gave her was $1500 (NO ALIGNMENT) for some 18s for the tires and rims which she agreed to. I should note that they offered a free alignment (not a check) when we were hesitant to buy. I asked for them to do an oil change and rather than explain there were two different options in prices (one with inspection, other did not) they said it'll be $120+ for synthetic for an 2008 Scion. Ridiculous. Now this is where I get upset. I asked for a military discount and they said they can do that. BUT! We can't have a free alignment AND military discount.. didn't tell me what the difference would be either. What they did instead, is add an in-store $100 off promotion that EVERYONE should be getting for purchasing multiple services, zeroing it out, and putting a $100 customer satisfaction line (see photo). So, no alignment, no military discount, but just a $0 coupon that should be given to all customers anyways..? Now lastly, we are purchasing THEIR tires AND wheels, paying over $1500 (ALIGNMENT NOT INCLUDED BTW). I'm driving the vehicle home and the TPMS sensor is blinking. We call to ask and they say "IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE!" This was never explained, we're buying YOUR product and it's an incomplete product! Salesperson's name is Jude.
