I cannot recommend this shop. I went there expecting professional diagnostics and quality workmanship, but my experience left me with little confidence in their work. After paying for multiple repairs, the original problem returned, and I had to seek a second opinion. I was informed that the ignition coil wiring had been repaired improperly and that the spark plugs installed were not the correct part number for my vehicle. I was also never shown the diagnostic trouble codes or provided with a printout explaining why each repair was being recommended. Although the shop agreed to honor its warranty and make corrections after I raised these concerns, I believe the repairs should have been performed correctly the first time. As a customer, I lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the diagnostic process. The trust I had in this business is now gone, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive repairs. read more

Been coming to this spot for years, but realize it's not the same no more came in to do a transmission service on my Tahoe two days later I'm driving and all of a sudden my car does not wanna go no more engine just keeps revving. I got the car back home and the next day I go back trying to talk to the owner. He said oh it's not our fault he sent someone over to my house to check it out they tell me transmission is overfilled and that's what could've caused it. I would give a 1 star but 2 star makes it difficult for the owner to remove the rating. I came here for an oil change when they had overfilled my oil and they didn't close the top correctly. Next day I'm driving on the road when the oil leaks all over the hood causing my car to smoke up and break down. This place is terrible. read more

Trust me-you don't want to go here! I had been coming here for some years now- but no more(last straw!) I had been 2 busy to notice how bad they have become. The workers and mechanics there never last. They used to be friendlier& now all they do is scam you. One guy says you don't have to change that air filter till 3rd oil change only to be told by new grease monkey that guy was lying to you?? Oil change prices kept changing.Asian cars need special oil and these guys put Mobil in all of them.last couple of times they tried to tell me I needed a transmission change(just hot one elsewhere 2 mo. Ago (liers!) another scam they do is put there greasy hands on your clean air filter then tell you it needs to be changed. I tried saying I came here ONLY FOR AN OIL CHANGE! One of the mechanics Carlos tried to tell me I need to get my AC vacuumed and then refilled when all it was the AC was overfilled then he tried to charge me $180 when he seen that I was thinking about leaving he said he'll do it for for $150 I don't know to me. It felt like I was trying to get hustled. I work on my cars and I just thought maybe I overfilled it which I did he let out a little bit of Freon and the AC works amazingly now read more

I took my vehicle to Speedy Lube at 2550 N Perris Blvd in Perris, CA for a routine oil change. Approximately one week later, my car began shaking and overheating. When I checked the oil dipstick, there was no oil showing at all. Running a vehicle without oil can cause severe engine damage. This raises serious concerns about whether the oil change was actually performed correctly or at all. I paid for a service that appears not to have been properly completed. This is not a minor oversight -- it could have resulted in catastrophic engine failure. I trusted this business with my vehicle, and that trust was not upheld. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this location double-check their oil level immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. read more

Had a nail in my tire went to Speedy lube where they also fix tires just to patch it up. They wanted to charge me $40. That's a rip off. I might as well buy a new one so don't go there. They try to rip you off. read more

I been here several times. I've taken my cars here for oil changes and today was the worst. The wait was longer which I didn't mind. The tire pressure wasn't check even though it said adjusted. The sticker in the windshield for next service was missing. To top it off the sterling wheel was greasy. read more

Took a chance & got a quick oil change here since I was in the area, as it turns out a week later I'm having oil leaking on my drive way. The notes on my receipt did say minor leaking noticed upon arrival. That's fine I knew the bolt needed to be replaced but never the less I had a mechanic look at it today & he tells me the oil he drained on my car was a black which means they never did my oil change!! & they still charged me as if they did. My guess is they saw a risk to mess with the bolt & decided to probably just add oil & tell me they did the oil change. This is so unethical & unprofessional of their part! They should have just been honest & told me the truth. I think they took advantage since I'm a girl & wasn't going to question anything. I'm just writing this review to spread awareness. I know I'm not going to achieve anything by complaining to them so I just want to expose the kind of business they do here. It's safe to say I will not be going here again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment! read more

I went in for an oil change. I called first and someone answered the phone in the rudest way possible. ( they seemed highly frustrated ) I asked how long the service would take and they said no more than 10-15 min. Upon i arrival the same employee I spoke to the phone came to my door and again was rude. He than would scream and belittle his staff in front of all the customers. The staff was clearly not well trained but with this guy seemed like a boot camp instructor just launching himself and getting in his staff face every time they did something wrong or asked a question. It made the customers uncomfortable. At the end , I left without a knowing If my car truly received a legit oil change and I left 1 hour and 25 min later of just waiting. Wouldn't go back! read more

Horrible. I came for oil change and tech didn't put all screws back on my skid plate. I drove back to shop because it was dragging. Manager drove my car up on ramp & taco'd skid plate. He hammered it back and put it on. Screws were still in bay. Next oil change I went somewhere else and they noted missing skid plate. I called speedy Lube. They said come in & they'll take care of it. I went in and manager looked at my car and said, "yup it's missing." He called owner and owner refused liability. As I was waiting a women complained she got an oil change earlier that morning and her e fines now leaking oil. Go somewhere else. May be speedy but no efficient. read more

I came to get at least one tire changed but possibly another and a synthetic oil change, just need a used tires, nothing fancy. The guy that took my keys said maybe 30 minutes. Ok, no worries, the shop is full, that's to be expected! They need to hire someone to take care of the office stuff, take the orders and check people in and out, they have 4 guys in the shop and everyone is doing everything and the communication is not good and there's a ton of people waiting, they basically shout out cars when they're done and there have been 2 cars that no one had claimed so far, they're probably at Jack in the Box but no one knows who owns what car. I guess that explains why they don't answer the phone when you call. So my car finally pulls in the shop and I go to the restroom and go in the waiting room and I confere back out and my car is already back in the parking lot, hey great that was quick. They finally call out my car, I raise my hand and we go back to the back area to pay, I ask if the other tire looked bad or if it was just the one, he looks st me blankly and said I just did an oil change, no one said anything about tires. The guy who took my keys was getting someone paid out and looked at him and said oh yeah, the tire on the front passenger. So here I am waiting, over an hour and a half later and my car is still not back in the shop, three people who came after me have come and gone, maybe they had a better experience. At this point I'm guessing they gave me a basic oil change, not the synthetic I requested and I'll be here in the heat another hour because they're trying to save money on staff. I may update my review depending on how it finally turns out but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I took my Honda to this place. After the oil change I noticed a rubbing sound from under the car. The skid plate was missing under the car. It cost me $40 to repair the damages under the car. My regular mechanic told me that the skid plate for a honda is hard to find. We went back for an oil change and this time we bought 2 new tires. 10 minutes after we left, the low tire light comes on. We took the car back and they say that there was a screw in the tire and it was in a place that the plug they put in may not stay. He suggested we buy another new tire. We won't recommend them to anyone else. I may go by there with a few buddies and discuss this problem. read more

All I'm gonna say is sadly the stereo types are true. Don't let these guys take advantage of you! Especially women! Have been coming here for 2 years. It's up the street from my house, never had a problem. My most recent visit, they tell me I HAVE to get synthetic oil. I've always gotten regular and they've never said a word about synthetic. The mechanic came in and told me I had to have synthetic and after I told him "that's only recommended not absolutely necessary right?" He responds "well it's already done" like he's annoyed with me? And didn't even confirm with me before changing it to synthetic. After another mechanic comes in saying I need to change multiple filters for $30 each. I said no thanks. Few days later my check engine light comes on and I check my oil just to see and ITS BELOW "L". I took my car back to tell them they denied my accusation that they didn't change my oil at all after charging me to get synthetic when I didn't want that. No oil leaks but no refund or any offers made for discount. Just "topped it off". Not cool. read more
