Even with a bit of a wait, I was still in and out in less than 45 minutes. I pulled up on a random weekday. They were servicing another car and only had one bay open at the time. As soon as I pulled up, I saw an employee reach into a cooler, grab a water and start walking towards me. He asked what I was there for that day, and I informed him I was there for an oil change. He was very transparent and informed me that it would be about a 20 minute wait. I told him that was fine and continued to wait. It ended up being a little bit less than that. When I pulled in, they did all the standard checks that a quick oil change place would do. Then, they showed me my options for oil. They made their recommendations, but they handed me a chart. This is probably the only real issue I had with this entire experience. The chart they handed me was only available in Spanish, so I couldn't really read much about The benefits or offerings of each different type of oil in order to make a truly informed decision. When I asked for an English version, they told me that the company only sent them Spanish. Super annoying. My Spanish isn't what it used to be and it damn sure wasn't going to help me understand car language. Anyway, I opted for the full synthetic oil change. Typically, I get a blend. Another employee told me that the car I brought in, which was my mom's car, burns oil really quickly. This was my first time hearing that, so I'm not sure if it was a sales tactic or not, but... I guess it worked. I found a coupon on their website and used it. I also had my cabin air filter replaced for a reasonable price. Everyone was very nice the entire time. They showed me my oil at the end and provided an air freshener as well as a sticker to remind me of my next visit. They have a free top off service for the first 3000 miles or so, so that's cool, too. Their prices were very reasonable, even without the coupon. I think for the synthetic blend it was like 69 bucks? Pretty standard, and definitely on the lower end of what I've seen from some of these places lately. In all, I would recommend, but I would definitely encourage this business to get signs and oil descriptions in English as well as other languages. read more

Perris, CA location, I had a recent issue with the wiper blades that I purchase during my previous oil change, roughly 3k before, and had noticed that there was streaking and they were not performing very good. I went back for my routing oil change a few months afterwards, and mentioned it to the technician, and he indicated that they had gotten a bad batch, and was able to replace only the left one, said he would call me when they got more in. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and low and behold, they told me that they literally stopped warrantying them like that next week!!! What the heck??? Shame on you, Take 5, you tote replacing them, but they DON'T last!!!!! This is very poor customer service, very, poor. I bought a house in this area last year. I would normally get my oil changes in the OC area without a hassle, loyal to my last place for over 10 years, I was skeptical about finding a new oil change service center for my jaguar. I heard about Take 5 on the radio and thought "why not." I called ahead to find out if they service jaguars and after a positive phone call, I went in the next morning. So today I brought my car in. Didn't know what to expect but I felt welcomed right off the bat. The process was simple, literally stayed in my car. I was provided some goodies for my self, my car, and my dog. The process was fast, they explained everything and showed me everything. I was not expecting such awesome service at all. I've never had this kind of respect and service even at my last oil change location: I was blown away how professional and welcoming Mark and Jason were to me.
