Horrible service and a complete waste of my time. I came in Friday for an estimate and agreed to return Monday for repairs after they ordered the parts. I left a $100 deposit. I arrived Monday at 2:00 PM and received zero updates about my vehicle. At 4:45 PM, I had to call them myself, only to be told the parts were wrong and I would need to leave my car overnight. It would have been nice to receive a call the moment they realized the parts were incorrect instead of me having to chase them down. They told me they would call when the car was ready. At 7:00 PM, I received a call to come pick it up. I assumed the repair was complete. When I arrived, the front desk employee started asking about my schedule and then mentioned they offer loaner cars while vehicles are in the shop. I asked directly, "So you didn't repair my car?" Only then was I told they "couldn't get to it." To make matters worse, I drove past the shop twice before picking it up and my car had not moved from where I originally parked it. The response I received was, "Sometimes things just don't work out like you want." That's not accountability. That's dismissal. I lost five hours of my day, my $100 deposit, and any trust I had in this business. Offering $50 off if I bring my car back is not a solution. A simple phone call when the issue first came up would have avoided all of this. I expect my $100 deposit to be refunded. read more

I am in awe of the amazing service I received this weekend at Perris tires and wheels! Edgar and his son were so kind, honest and caring. I showed up with my flat around 7:15 not only did they open their doors up for since they were closed at 7pm they replaced my tire and ensured I left safely with my kids. Such a small act and of empathy and kindness really touched my heart! He could have said no he could have said he was closed but he didn't! Terrible customer service! The worker named Pancho is very disrespectful and is rude to women; he's sexist and chauvinist. He yells at women and kicks them out of the shop, for no reason! Took my truck to get tires today and Perris tires did not let me down again. I've been doing business with Perris tires for over 20 years and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. When I walked in today I was met by Edgar and he immediately asked if one of his guys could give me a ride home rather than me wait, I don't know of any other business that would do that. When I stopped by to see if the truck was ready he also offered another ride. I will continue to buy my tires from Perris tires. Purchased tires for my vehicle 24 hours prior to ensure they would be readily available for the next day when I was getting them mounted. Showed up and was advised it would be an hour wait. We left and gave the shop 1 1/2 hours to finish the job before calling to verify if the car was ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes per their request and noticed how other vehicles were being serviced as soon as they came in and left right away. Again, we asked for an estimated time of completion and were advised one of the workers would check...he never came back. Needless to say, my patience ran thin and dry. Once I began questioning and having an attitude I was seen as the problem. Definitely wouldn't even give it one star if I could avoid it. So frustrating! read more

I took my truck there to get new rims put on and tires what happened they did the job but I noticed my tire light kept coming on so I took my truck back to have them fix it I ended up taking it back twice and still the light kept coming on finally I took it to the dealer and the dealer told me that whoever put my tires on put my sensors on backwards and broke two of them ridiculous if you're a tire place and you don't know how to put in sensors back on a truck I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I had a flat this morning and I called around and couldn't find any shop with my size tire or without waiting hours. That's until I came across this shop. From taking my call the customer service gentleman was very friendly. Told me they had the size in stock and the wait time. Which was about 30 minutes. So I came right over and and the front desk gentleman was also very friendly (different person then on the phone) I had the tire off the car so he checked and out and confirmed that the size of the hole that was made it wasn't repairable. So he quoted a tire which was the same price as they told me on the phone and there were no hidden fees or anything. Couple hundred bucks for the tire, balanced, & mounted which is a great price. I'll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. read more
