The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about customer safety. I really appreciate the tire certificate program, which offers repair, refund, and replacement--it gives great peace of mind. This location also offers free tire checks and express alignment (for an additional fee), which is very convenient. We trust American Tire in the Los Angeles area and Discount Tire in the San Diego area. These are the only places my family and I trust for our vehicles. Experience: overall my experience as positive. I came to get new tires on my truck and they gave me really competitive pricing and able to do the install same day. My issue is when i received the call that my car was done - they scratched the rims on my truck during the install. After going over it with the manager - they offered me a discount for a future purchase and service which i obliged to. Note: you can go to dutch brothers or in n out to get a snack while you wait for service.
