And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Btw, the job is ($500), asked for a full refund, said that was labor and paint he going to eat. Only refund $400, with damaged rims. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

I don't know where to begin about the customer service we received at Pacheco. We've been going to…read morethem for decades, but just last night their customer service was over the top. It was seven minutes after closing time my husband and I were driving around trying to look for a tire shop to fix our flat. We were at 11% on our back tire everyone else was already closed or we're charging ridiculous prices. Last resort we pulled up to Pacheco seven minutes after their closing time couple of people were still there almost ready to close their doors when we pulled up and we told them about our tire no questions asked they reopened their garage door told us to pack it up and they'll fix it for us now that's customer service. Secondly, we thought we had our money in cash but we didn't we had to go across the street and pull it out of the ATM and they still were OK with it. They trusted on us as we trusted on them. Customer service like this. It's hard to find and their price was reasonable and we even gave them extra just for their hard work and for helping us out thank you again Pacheco tires.

On June 8th, I called to schedule a tire rotation for my Ford Explorer and was quoted a price of $50 by an employee named Dion. However, when I arrived for my appointment and attempted to settle the bill, Dion informed me the cost was $60. When I reminded him of the $50 quote provided over the phone, he denied it and handled the discrepancy in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Due to time constraints, I paid the $60 to leave promptly, but I find this bait-and-switch pricing and the lack of professional conduct unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this location. I hope you will take this negative review seriously. I have vowed to air my grievance through these venues at Yelp and Google. I only wish I had gone to the RAW Wheels and Tires at the Fontana location where Otis has since become the store manager..

Dom let me know there would be a little wait and that he'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. When he came back, he was super attentive and didn't rush through anything. I had a concern about one of my tires, and he made sure to double-check it for me. He also told me about a tire protection plan that I didn't even know was available to me. I really appreciated him looking out for me and also thinking about ways to earn more business for the company.
