I bought a tire from them twice the first time the tire was great no problems whatsoever the second I bought literally popped a week after I bought it not even a full week either like 6 days basically what I'm trying to say is don't let these 5 star reviews fool you it's a big gamble going there they don't properly check the quality of the tires so you'll either get a good one or a really bad one that you just wasted your money on as they don't give out refunds or exchanges this is as honest as I can possibly be on this personally I wouldn't recommend but if you have no other choice then go for it just be aware of the risk read more

These guys have been my go to since 2019 . Ive tried other nearby tire shops like A-1 tires only to get scammed (only went because pachecos was closed lol) I always just order my stuff on amazon and bring em my drift spares to mount stuff up(they dont do 3p wheels anymore far as i know) but even on mine and my girlfriends car these guys always get us right for the low! only $10 per mount/dismount and never scratched my nice rims ive brought throughout the years. I purchased two tires from this place for the front of my car. However, as soon as I left the place, I was around 55-60 miles per hour and I noticed right away the steering wheel shaking, something that happens when the tires need to be balanced. I went back to the shop and asked the owner to correct the problem and he refused to do it, he said that I would need to pay extra for that. I recently purchased a used tire from this establishment; I was told it was a good used tire that would last until I purchased a new one. I didn't realize that only meant 7 days from the date of purchase/installation. The tire practically disintegrated as I was driving (see images); when I called to inquire whether this was their product standard or if any help could be offered, The receptionist nonchalantly said "oh yeah used tires are not guaranteed" which was understood, however absolutely no empathy was shown or consideration remotely given to the fact that the tire had only been purchased a week prior to this incident. I would discourage anyone from wasting their hard earned money and valued time here. This place always come through with the best priced used tires ... A lot of the time when I go on a weekend they can be very busy, especially in the morning so I definitely recommend trying to go on a weekday during the afternoon. I came to get a used tire on Monday around 3 PM and was able to pull my car right in and they started working on it right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I've never felt like they've tried to overcharge me or pressure me into buying something that I really don't need. read more

On Friday, February 7, 2020 at approximately 1015 Hours. I arrived at Pacheco's Tire and was greeted by four extremely polite and professional gentlemen. They instantly asked me what I needed fix and began rapidly. Next, I was escorted into the building by one of the gentlemen to pay my bill. The cashier was extremely friendly and informative of the pros of purchasing my new tires. Shortly after my purchase, I went back outside to view my car and it was completed in 5 mins. They are so helpful here!!! Helped me out by patching my tire up when other places refused to do it.. I was in a lil of a bind at that moment so I couldn't afford to buy a tire that day. But they patched it up for me and I was in n out of their in 30 min or so. So let me start by stating that I support local businesses. However, this location cannot call itself a "Tire Shop". My husband decided to surprise me and brought my car to this location for a full tire service. Everything seemed okay until my vehicle was driven home.While driving my vehicle was pulling to the right. Typically, when someone replaces all tires they get an alignment/ balance for their vehicle. When this was addressed with the business owner he admitted that "Manufacturer states you need an alignment", but stated they did NOT provide this service.In addition, the owner himself stated other individuals have had the same complaint. SO with this this said , do yourself a favor and DO NOT support "businesses" that do not and cannot perform. I had to wait a little longer than usual because it wasn't the right size but that's okay. My car is not the basic model. The workers are friendly and quick. They help you out and make sure it's the right size. Only down side is there is not much of waiting area which sucks in the summer time. This place broke 2 of the studs off of my left front wheel and blamed me for it. Funny thing is that this was the only place that work on my car (bought the set of original tires brand new here). Gave them a pass the 1st time they broke it, but this time they blamed me again for it, when, ONCE AGAIN, they were the last people to work on it. I gave these clowns the benefit of the doubt, but failed. I try to support local businesses, but it's people like this that makes me go to America's Tires, or Le Schwab. The tire tech that worked on my car told me he doesn't make mistakes LOL. I have been a dj for over 30 years, and i still make mistakes. Didn't have the greatest experience! They changed my tires initially and it was the incorrect size and then the owner said they didn't have my size. Ten mins later one magically appears and they change it. Honesty is key to run a business and unfortunately they fell short on this visit. read more

Horrible service They overcharged me for tires that weren't the same size as what I originally asked for then stated that they are more then what they are charging me. Drove off and got on the freeway and my car started shaking when going passed 60 mph so I called them to schedule a time for them to look at it l. Went in the next day and they stated it was because I didn't have hub centric rings so they dug through a basket of old ones and none fit so sanded two down so they would fit and still charged me as much as it would cost for all four.
