Ive tried other nearby tire shops like A-1 tires only to get scammed (only went because pachecos was closed lol) I always just order my stuff on amazon and bring em my drift spares to mount stuff up(they dont do 3p wheels anymore far as i know) but even on mine and my girlfriends car these guys always get us right for the low! only $10 per mount/dismount and never scratched my nice rims ive brought throughout the years. I recently purchased a used tire from this establishment; I was told it was a good used tire that would last until I purchased a new one. I didn't realize that only meant 7 days from the date of purchase/installation. The tire practically disintegrated as I was driving (see images); when I called to inquire whether this was their product standard or if any help could be offered, The receptionist nonchalantly said "oh yeah used tires are not guaranteed" which was understood, however absolutely no empathy was shown or consideration remotely given to the fact that the tire had only been purchased a week prior to this incident. I would discourage anyone from wasting their hard earned money and valued time here. I purchased two tires from this place for the front of my car. However, as soon as I left the place, I was around 55-60 miles per hour and I noticed right away the steering wheel shaking, something that happens when the tires need to be balanced. I went back to the shop and asked the owner to correct the problem and he refused to do it, he said that I would need to pay extra for that. A lot of the time when I go on a weekend they can be very busy, especially in the morning so I definitely recommend trying to go on a weekday during the afternoon. I came to get a used tire on Monday around 3 PM and was able to pull my car right in and they started working on it right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. On Friday, February 7, 2020 at approximately 1015 Hours. I arrived at Pacheco's Tire and was greeted by four extremely polite and professional gentlemen. They instantly asked me what I needed fix and began rapidly. Next, I was escorted into the building by one of the gentlemen to pay my bill. The cashier was extremely friendly and informative of the pros of purchasing my new tires. Shortly after my purchase, I went back outside to view my car and it was completed in 5 mins. So let me start by stating that I support local businesses. However, this location cannot call itself a "Tire Shop". My husband decided to surprise me and brought my car to this location for a full tire service. Everything seemed okay until my vehicle was driven home.While driving my vehicle was pulling to the right. Typically, when someone replaces all tires they get an alignment/ balance for their vehicle. When this was addressed with the business owner he admitted that "Manufacturer states you need an alignment", but stated they did NOT provide this service.In addition, the owner himself stated other individuals have had the same complaint. SO with this this said , do yourself a favor and DO NOT support "businesses" that do not and cannot perform. They help you out and make sure it's the right size. Only down side is there is not much of waiting area which sucks in the summer time.
