Since I'm handy with my smart phone, I pulled it out and started to search. Oh did I say it was 6pm on a Thursday (no that fine, mission accepted). After looking what shops was near by for me to pick from, I was sadly mistaken there wasn't that many, most was closed. Not A-1 they stay open until 9pm I believe. I pulled up and was greeted by a young gentleman, I did not get his name but he was quick to help me. After seeing my tire, he had good news and bad news, my heart fell. Great service from Dom!…read more I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked, and they were pretty busy. Dom let me know there would be a little wait and that he'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. When he came back, he was super attentive and didn't rush through anything. I had a concern about one of my tires, and he made sure to double-check it for me. He also told me about a tire protection plan that I didn't even know was available to me. I really appreciated him looking out for me and also thinking about ways to earn more business for the company. Definitely give Dom some kudos--he's doing a great job and provides really good customer service!

Experience: overall my experience as positive. I came to get new tires on my truck and they gave me really competitive pricing and able to do the install same day. My issue is when i received the call that my car was done - they scratched the rims on my truck during the install. After going over it with the manager - they offered me a discount for a future purchase and service which i obliged to. Note: you can go to dutch brothers or in n out to get a snack while you wait for service.

Wait time was about 1.5 hours which I felt was reasonable considering the popularity of the shop. When my car was ready Greg informed me that the tires were, rotated and balanced and that an alignment was performed. Greg was very transparent and clear that although an alignment service had been performed, the margins were so small he comped the alignment service due to the minimal need for adjustment. I was out the door for roughly $70 which I felt was reasonable considering the time they took to inspect my vehicle and having done some adjustments, however small. I found Big O Tires to be thorough, knowledgeable, fair and efficient to the best of their ability. Trusting anyone to work on your vehicle can be stressful, but I will be coming back as my trust has been earned!

I don't know where to begin about the customer service we received at Pacheco. We've been going to…read morethem for decades, but just last night their customer service was over the top. It was seven minutes after closing time my husband and I were driving around trying to look for a tire shop to fix our flat. We were at 11% on our back tire everyone else was already closed or we're charging ridiculous prices. Last resort we pulled up to Pacheco seven minutes after their closing time couple of people were still there almost ready to close their doors when we pulled up and we told them about our tire no questions asked they reopened their garage door told us to pack it up and they'll fix it for us now that's customer service. Secondly, we thought we had our money in cash but we didn't we had to go across the street and pull it out of the ATM and they still were OK with it. They trusted on us as we trusted on them. Customer service like this. It's hard to find and their price was reasonable and we even gave them extra just for their hard work and for helping us out thank you again Pacheco tires.

When I arrived, there was no greeting, which I was fine with. The man at the desk appeared busy, so I waited briefly and then explained that I was there for my scheduled appointment to purchase and install two tires. His immediate response was, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, I don't know what you're talking about." I explained again, and he appeared visibly annoyed before asking whether I had even been told if the tires were in stock. I explained that I had called ahead, received a quote, and was specifically scheduled for that time. He then pointed out, "Well, we close in an hour." I understand that businesses have closing times, but I didn't choose the appointment timethey scheduled it.** If an appointment one hour before closing is inconvenient, the customer shouldn't be made to feel like they're a problem for showing up at the time the business gave them. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful, so unfortunately the poor experience at the counter was even more disappointing. I don't expect special treatment--just basic professionalism and courtesy. I can confirm this will be the last time I spend money here.
