I highly recommend Expressway Tires to everyone in the Inland Empire that is looking for new tires. Angel and all of his team at Expressway Tires were very helpful when it comes to buying new tires for our vehicles. We have been going there since 2013 and they have always had the best prices. Today we used their Tire Mobile Service for my son's car while he was away from school and it was the most convenient service ever!!! Thank you Angel for everything and I highly recommend Expressway Tires to everyone in the community. read more

They don't deserve a star ! Let me tell you about RAMONA EXPRESSWAY TIRES This clown house is Definitely somewhere I will never go again. Horrible outcome due to a bad sold Tire.. Ramona ExpressWay Tires, This place of business put my child's and my life in danger it caused my car to shake and the tire did not have tread, im surprised it lasted the two weeks. Driving with the so-called new used tire, know the tire was definitely not used or new. I Went back not once or twice BUT three times to get it checked and I was told that it was fine and if there were any more problems it could be the Rim,.. Ramona Expressway Tries personal completely telling me wrong information!!.. I will never go back to RAMONA EXPRESSWAY TIRES this place and it turned out that I found, A WAY BETTER place with absolutely way better service way better prices and honest product. George's Tires and Rims! .. that's the spot I definitely recommend! I don't know what these dishonest cons AT a Ramona in Expressway Tires are thinking but they sure are not thinking of the Customer in and way shape or form. Their negligence to my safe they completely lost my business and I'm sure they don't care because their actions speak pretty loud and clear... But Ramona express way tires you should be ashamed of the way your establishment is being represented with nothing but robbery!! And to think I was going to buy a new set of tires from this crap hole.. Ya u lost my business and I'll be sure to let the world know of this malfunctioned establishment.. below in the pictures is what they sold me.. pathetic!! All just for an easy buck! read more

After installing and balanced new tires I noticed a knocking after rolling down the windows. I couldn't Identified where the knocking was coming from, Finally found out it was the way they balanced my wheels. The balance weights were hitting my calipers! (DAMAGING) So I took the truck back and the guy there was trying to explain why the can't balance the tires. ??!!???.... After "trying" to balance the tires I was getting charged for something they did wrong in the first place! So I asked for the owners contact number since he was there at the time of balancing the tires the first time. I was denied the information and refused to call him... There is others ways to balance the tires but the guy's arrogance didn't let him see beyond his nose! read more

I've gone to this place for at least 5 years now. The last time I went, not only did the guy fill up the tire he placed on my car to 60 PSI (needs to be 32 it's a COROLLA), this caused my car to be off balance and mess up the thread on the other tire. HE ALSO DIDNT give me back MY DAMN SPARE TIRE. It's not a give one get one situation. You take off my spare tire and give it back. I'm also a female like another commenter and I'm sure this is a trend with them stealing female tires when they come in. I'm disappointed as they always seemed like honest guys. read more

Went in on a Tuesday for a patch on my tire with a bit of a rush called first and staff very attentive good pricing!!! They were very friendly and courteous. Promptly responded to my concerns and didn't upswell anything just kept it professional. New guy i can tell but was very attentive! I was in a rush but the manager made sure i made it in time for work!!! Awesome crew highly recommend!!!! read more

I give it a 3 stars because 1 of the employees needs to be more professional. I asked for a patch instead of a plug. I guess he had a hard time doing it & started complaining to his co worker, that if he couldn't do it, he was just going to put a plug. 1st off, I can hear you and second, you could have let me know & let me decide if that's what I want. It made me feel very uncomfortable with him complaining. read more

I just had 5 TPMS Sensors installed and I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed and price. I also liked that the shop is local to me so I'm able to support local business. I'm not sure why some of the reviewers gave thsi shop lower ratings but my experience has been nothing short of stellar. I was a walk-in and I would say they had car finished in the time I took eating at Farmer Boy's. I took an hour to hand out there and when I returned to the shop my far was sitting outside finished. The sensor light in my car went out a short time after I left the parking lot. Job well done. read more

Came here to get my cracked rim repaired it took them a day to get the repair done which I found it unusual because I've heard from a few friends it should only take a few hours being the most, but them being just 5 min away from my work I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I went to go get my rim the next day I noticed it was scratched up, I brought it up to the guy that was helping me and he laughed and said " been hitting them potholes that's not from us" when my rim was not like that when I dropped it off, the crack was on the inside and opposite side of the rim, I'm extremely upset with the business considering my rim is an expensive brand and I trusted them to take care of it. Then the guy didn't put my sensor on the wheel and denied that he did said to drive it for a little and it should read it but I knew it wasn't on at all so I kept explaining to him and he finally understood, then wanted to charge me extra because he had to take the wheel off again. I told him that he should have known that the sensor needed to be on anyways being that it's is profession. Anyways I kept it casual and respectful but felt like they're not professional there and hoping that the repair on my wheel holds up well. Would not recommend. read more

ive been taking my cars there for many years... i know the owners when they started growing this business.. i hope i can make contact with them to express my dissapoinment on my last experience... i had bought a new tire and realized later the hub cap was missing.. i did call to ask if they had perhaps forgot to put it back on.. they said i drove up without it which is impossible.. the hub caps i have are original bolt on and not snap on caps.. its impossible for it to roll off while driving unless wheel lug nuts are off.. and i drive 1 mile from my house to the repair shop and was on when i got there.. i find it impossible to accept .. instead of just saying the repair guy broke it and tossed it.... they claim i drove there with it missing.. really!!!.. i sincerly hope the owners that i know are honest and do their best as i know they have in the past, will reach out.. read more

As one would like to always expect out of a tire shop, I felt the service was top notch and speedy given the circumstances. I came in for a tire repair less than an hour before closing. There were customers a head of me. The employees seemed to be on their game and no one looked to be sitting around "wasting" time. Employees seemed to care about their customers and provided a friendly atmosphere. All in all, it was a great experience with their customer service and turnaround times and would recommend this place with confidence. read more

I was totally ignored for a while until Andy came out and help me mean while I saw at least 3 other workers make eye contact and ignore me. Absolutely terrible service, very unprofessional. Went in on a Saturday at 5:45 pm to get my tired patched and was greeted with a "you're only here for air in your tires right? Because I want to leave early to watch the Ryan Garcia fight vs Tank." It clearly states on their website that they close at 6:30 and I told him that, and he just chuckled and refused to repair my tire. Never ever will I recommend this place to anyone. Come here if you want a quick fix and long term problems. These people are "Mickey mousers" only good thing about them is they are open on Sunday. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. Came in for a simple patch because they were the only shop open on Sunday and a few days later my car's sensor was showing low tire pressure. Air was leaking out. Had to go to the gas station to fill air every day until I was able to take it to an actual tire shop. Went to America's Tire today and they told me Expressway Tires had shaved the tire too much for the plug they put in that it's unable to be repaired. Had to buy a new tire because of it. So in the end, I ended up paying a couple hundred to fix what their $10 "patch" did to my tire. I was better off putting the spare on for the day until I could go somewhere that would actually fix it. read more

I got there with a blown tire on a tow truck they started right away and got done with it quick but when we where going to leave the guy that was replacing the tire had lost the key or had it with him still not sure.. so we where there for another 30 mins me and my mom supposedly looking for it when they had it. So they give it to us and leave and as soon as we turn the corner we can feel that the tire is loose so we go back and they say "they don't have the lock for it" (but they need the lock to take the tire off) and give us a attitude. We go around the corner to Omar's tires and wheels and also didn't have the lock but fixed it for us and didn't charge us.100% will never go back. If u need a tire to be fixed head to Omars tires and wheels read more

Mixed feelings about this place. I thought i needed tires, so i went into office area, waited, waited, waited with workers walking past me. I felt invisible. Finally a guy ask what i needed. Told him, he said bring ur car around, went to my car, car didnt start. I went in office to let the guy know. Waited, waited, waited again. Finally i told the prob. To them, asked gor help, thay said they couldntc.f.4 help. I walked ip and fown the strip there ( with a broken leg) asking for help. After about an hour. A lady comes out of a restaurant asking if i needed help, i then told her. She helped me jumpstart car? I took the car around the corner finally. Here comes ( Will) a very nice polite worker. He listened to my concern with my tires. Now he tested my tires very carefully. Ended up telling me i didnt need tires. He checked the ones I had very well. Thanks Will. read more

I've been here more then 10 times, I am a bad driver and always hit pot holes or get nails in my tire. Anyways, the brothers that own the shop are always so helpful and quick. They can get you a good price and not haggle you which is appreciated. I even had got a slightly used run flat that lasted me almost 2 years. I'm sure they know my white bmw by now. Today they gave great customer service when a customer was yelling at them over some tires they bought a year and a half ago, and the employees worked with the customer really well to deescalate the situation to ensure customer satisfaction.
