This shop is nothing but bullshit. There is a walk in line and an appointment line. Went on a Friday as a walk in. 1 guy ahead of me and a woman in the appointment line. They call the woman in the appointment line and ask if she has an appointment. She stated clearly she has a concern. Not an appointment but a concern. The proceeded to help her. Another guy comes in and stands in the appointment line. They call him up but the guy in front of me walks up. They tell him they called the guy with the appointment. The guy explains what happens and instead of making it right they help the guy with the appointment. I finally get up to the desk after a half hour standing in line and they say it's going to be 4 hours. So I make an appointment on Saturday for 12:30. I show up Saturday at 12:10 to check in. All I needed was a tire repair. Usually a 15 minute job. They tell me it's going to be an hour so 1:30. I waited and after an hour my truck hasn't moved. I stand in line to cancel the appointment I had after waiting until 1:30. As I'm waiting they pull my truck into the bay. After 10 minutes they call me up and tell me they couldn't find my tire lock key. I'm thinking they are going to repair the tire while it's still in the truck. There is enough room to work between the wheel and wheel well. I looked in the truck but tell them it's in my tool box at home. They say I can go home and get it and then I will be the next one up when I get back or reschedule. Yeah well f that. They should have asked when I got there so I could have somebody come get me so I could go home and get it. So they would have had it. What's the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to get to you until an hour afterwards. read more

Another great experience at this place. My wife had been harassing me for 6 months to upgrade the stock chrome 18's on her toyota sienna, and it was time for new tires anyway. And let's face it, the front chrome wheels on her ride had been through a few battles with the curb armies, and lost badly. Anyway, she went online and locked into some sweet matte black 20's and fat Goodyear tires that she suddenly realized she needed very badly. I ordered them online and made the reservation for the install. Of course, there are a few different size requirements for fitment, and I miscalculated and bought tires that were not wide enough. aka the wrong tires. My bad, it's complicated. Anyway, I got a message from Rich at America's Menifee the night before the install, but I didn't get to speak to him. He then went on and ordered the correct width tires anyway, and had them ready for the scheduled install, no additional charges. I also spoke to Mike on the morning of the install, and he explained what had happened. I appreciated him trying to downplay the role that my purchase mistake had in the whole thing. At the install, I sat in their nice waiting area and watched the staff in that place tcb. It looked like they had10 different jobs all going on simultaneously, probably a typical afternoon. The customer at the desk was showing the staff member an oddball lugnut, no doubt off a work truck, they are tracking that down forever. The 17 year old kid sadly standing there when being told that that there is nfw America's will plug a screwhole in a tire sidewall; he just learned a new word. Sidewall. The staff in this store are competent and professional, all while they navigate all those people and doing a job that is actually very important and very technical. Take your vehicle here, not to the old guy in Winchester that only takes cash. Please get it done correctly. read more

I had an appointment at 9am for a tire rotation and balance and waited 20 minutes just to check in at the desk and my vehicle took another 45 minutes to go into a bay so altogether I spent a good two hours there even though I was quoted the usual 45-60 minutes. It was a Friday but still it shouldn't take this long with an appointment especially since it's a morning appointment. Plus a guy I was talking with at the time had an appointment at 8am and they forgot about him and took him in after me and he was waiting 3 hours already! The technician who assisted found not one, but two metal fragments in my tire. We hoped for the best, but prepare for the worst in case they weren't able to fix it. Their service used to be so much better. We've been taking our EVs to them for rotation and tire replacement for over 5 years now. I purchased all 4 tires and had it installed this past weekend. As soon as I picked it up, my car gave me alerts: traction disabled, emergency braking disabled, and one more thing disabled (I forgot what it was). 10 minutes into driving, I got a call from the tech asking me to come back bc they forgot to put the wheel cover or center cap on my right rear tire. After getting that taken care of, I notice that the alerts are still on. They had to call another technician to resolve the issues. That same day, Saturday, on my way to L.A., my car was driving weird. Noticed the traction light on and the car won't drive over 60 mph. I had to pull over the fwy to hard reset my car. Then the alerts went away and I was able to drive as normal. The next day, I showed my husband the tires I purchased. To my surprise, I noticed they installed the smaller tire on the right rear and bigger tire on the right front. Omg! Now it all makes sense. My car was giving me alerts bc the tires were installed incorrectly! So today, Monday, I have to take time off work to get this fixed. Hopefully it doesnt take them hours to get it back to me. I've bought tires here a few times and service is quick and always professional. Recently I had to buy my wife 1 tire due to a unrepairable puncture. Everything was done quick and Ernie was my guy. Good price with a warranty. A month later my car had a flat with a screw stuck in the tire. Major Tip: make an online appointment and it goes way faster. New tires for my Honda civic. Was able to make an appointment and put tires on hold. Costco was scheduling like a month out, but I got an appointment in 3 days here. You can do this online, but I chose to do it over the phone. The staff are quite knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The tires I bought were a little higher than I wanted to pay (don't go cheap on tires) but they are way better than the cheaper version. I got in at 338 and was out by 440. Without an appointment it wood have taken easily 3 hours. read more

I took my car benz e350 2015 there on Friday at 8am to get the right rear tire checked bc it's losing air slowly, then got a call that can't be repaired needs to be replaced so I said ok. When it was done afternoon My partner and I picked up the key at around 330pm and my car was parked right far away parking spot by that medical building . Any staff did even show us where the car was or didn't give any views on what they did. Parked on the right side was like a curb planter with a tree. By itself so it's safe to leave it there bc I have to be somewhere and I couldnt pick it up right there. But i noticed there are more damages on the rim and the car full of scratches and dent on the right side tire your guys fixed then I looked further the front side bumper has a lot of scratches all the way to the right side wheel, this didn't happen in the parking lot but more likely while it's in the bay replacing the tire and more likely driving from The bay to parking lot is that when the driver hit the right side bumper and all the way to the rear right side Please acknowledge this issue TY MJ read more

My wife needed 4 tires (according to America's Tire; I have my suspicions) so I sent her in with my America's Tire cc which I have a zero balance and $1500 limit; granted the card itself was expired. Instead of doing their due diligence to look up my account, they instead told my wife the account was closed and conned her into running her credit and open her own account. This isn't the only complaint I have with America's Tire either; they're always trying to up-sale you on product you don't need, or you go in for a simple Tire repair but they forget to tell you that since the tire is not repairable, which they probably know before taking it off your car, they then cannot put it back on your car, thus forcing you to buy a new tire (See a previous review I wrote in reference to this specific inident which happened twice to us). read more

It happened again! After our last tire rotation we found that the lug nuts weren't secured properly which resulted in crazy vibration from our tire almost falling off on the freeway. After posting on Yelp, the manager reached out and tried to make it right. So, when it was time to get them rotated again we went back to that location. (What a mistake!!!). Unfortunately, it happened again! How can the same error happen two times? Are they trying to kill their customers or what! To make matters worse, when my husband called to let them know, they blew him off. The procedure is built into the cost of the tires we bought from them. Maybe since they're not making any money, they only screw the lug nuts on half way. Ha! I would highly recommend NOT using this tire company. read more

I left....went to Big Brand tires just down the street, Talked to Jose...He ordered my tires, price matched them...had them the next day at 9AM and installed them without a hiccup. Our truck needed new tires so I shipped online on Americas Tires website. Our truck has a lift and bigger tires so I couldn't order the tires online so I had to call the store to place the order. My tires arrived the same day so I was able to make and appointment for the following day. I expect tire replacement to go without incident, and every time in the past no issues. Like any other business when there is an issue, this is when I rate their service. In case of America's Tire Menifee they absolutely shined. I had 6 tires replaced on my motorhome and in the process two valve stabilizers (used on dually tires) were accidentally broken.
