It was a very poor experience. I initially went to get some air due to me having a light come on stating that I had low pressure. Upon going to the store they filled my tires, but I still had a low pressure indication. They were not familiar with how to reset the sensor in my car. One guy stated that I needed a new sensor since he stated that it should have automatically reset once all the tires were filled, but that clearly was not the case it had to be manual reset by myself. Upon getting home, I noticed that two of my valves cap we're missing. I went back to the store and asked could they possibly misplaced them or just forgot to put them on. I was greeted with confusion and hostility. When I went back over the weekend to speak to the manager, I showed her the price of what it cost me to get the valve caps and I was told that I should not return and the six dollars was not worth the conversation. But I frequent the place due to the fact it's close to my neighborhood and I've done business with them in the past. Not to mention, I referred many of my veteran pals to the location, which is how they treat a serviceman. read more

This place is a godsend and the people working here are super friendly. My mom and I had a flat on the freeway around 4:30 PM. We were both so worried because most auto repair shops close at 6 PM. We got so lucky finding this place not far from the freeway. They discovered a large gash alongside our left front tire. They were efficient and when I called, they just told me to bring it in. It was all taken care of and my mom and I are back on our way to Los Angeles. The prices are reasonable and even the customers offered up their spot in the shade to us. My run-flat tire was punctured by a very large bolt. I immediately went to Firestone and they told me I could make an appointment for 3 days out. I drove two blocks down to Tire Site and they let me know the tire couldn't be patched at all. They showed me the tire that also had a large gash in the tire wall. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! I came here about 2 months ago and bought 2 tires and a couple of days later I caught a nail in one so I took it back to get that one fixed plus two more tires and they still charged me for the tired that I literally just bought 2 days prior. After having them changed my tread light comes on and I take my car to brake masters and they told me that the tires that I had just bought were sold to me already at the wear bar. I went to get a used tire about a week ago and the moron tried to put a 17 in tire on my 18 in rim and gouged the hell out of my rim! They still made me pay for them to put my old tire back on. I didn't notice my rim untill a few days later because he covered it with grease so it wouldn't be seen. I will never go there again! If you screw someone's stuff up at least say something. My friend said how much used tires are going for and when I arrived at "Tire Site and told them immediately what I need one young man immediately went and pulled out used tire with good tread and same size. His price for the tire, balance and install was lower than what my friend told me! Very prompt and courteous service I might add, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. But, only drawback is they only take cash. I still was overly impressed and satisfied ! read more
