I've been coming here for years. Whoever is managing the counter for employees is not doing it right they need one person specifically on the phone, taking phone calls and they need three people on the counter all the time for the amount of flow into this store and they are dropping the ball and I will change to a different company now because of two days in a row making me stand there in a line for 30 minutes. read more

Always very polite and courteous. They work hard to give a discount and give the best product. Been coming here for years

Update - this location has gotten slower. I don't think they have enough staff. I used to love coming here. They would get all their appointments out fast. I'll be going back to the Menifee location. read more

I'll be honest, I am very frustrated with this location as of now. I came in with an appointment at 9:30am and they didn't even pull my truck in until approximately 70-75 minutes later. I was told when they checked me in that I would be out of here in about 45 minutes. I don't think they should help walk-ins before appointments and that was clearly happening. I am giving five stars because the gentleman that helped me initially was so kind. Other than that, this experience is disappointing. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I received amazing service at this location of America's Tires, it couldn't go unnoticed. I was in the shop twice this week for a repair & then ended up just purchasing a new set of tires but they were helpful from the second I walked in the door. Andy took the time to answer all of my questions & even provided me with a few options. Once my new tires came in, I was in & out with everything already clearly laid out in my account so I didn't even have to tell them what I was needing or had ordered. I hate buying new tires but they helped make the experience so quick & easy! read more

We have been loyal to this store. They are very accomodating and they will not rip you off. Today, Rafael did an amazing job in helping me! I recommend America's Tire! read more

The service here was top notch! I knew I would need a new set of tires soon, as it's been 2 years since I last replaced them. I originally spoke with Sean L. over the phone (from the Hemet location), and he was able to give me a quote for all 4. However, the tires I needed were not in stock there. He then referred me to this location in Murrieta. I called the Murrieta store and made an appointment that same morning for 10 am. I walked in right on time, but there were a few parties ahead of me, so I wasn't checked in until maybe 10 minutes later. No biggie. Raymond helped me out and he was very thorough and friendly. The quote I was given was a lot lower than what I had expected to pay, but he explained that there was a small discrepancy since Sean didn't actually see my tires beforehand. After all was said and done, I was 100% satisfied with what I paid. Even my boys at you know where (lol) couldn't beat the price I paid here, even with the adjustment. Every other place I called quoted me twice as much!! I got the same brand, but the newer edition, which has an even better warranty: 60k miles vs. the 50k on my old set. Totally winning!! The work was fast. I was catching up on Yelp reviews for maybe a half hour before Raymond came in and told me BB was done. WOW!! These guys work hard and fast, and they were pretty busy on a Thursday morning! I highly recommend America's Tire for your tire needs. Their professionalism, prices, and quality of work is excellent. I am completely satisfied knowing my upcoming road trip will be worry-free! Thank you Raymond , Sean L. and the rest of the staff at America's Tire for a seamless experience. I'll probably bring my lil Stella in for a new set, too! read more

I got an appointment for the very next day and my new tires were on in less than an hour. I called several places and America's Tire had the most reasonable prices for the tires that I wanted. The service was quick, fairly priced and courteous. read more

Do NOT go here! I've been taking my car here for 5 years and having to replace my tires every year. I went to another tire shop and they told me the reason my tires were always needing replacement was because they had the wrong size and they weren't putting enough air and kept the tires on low air so that the tire wears out faster. Now, it all makes sense why I was having to replace them every year with them. They are crooks I will never take my car back to them! They also took my sons 4 new tires and when I asked for them they said they had already had them picked up. They stole my son's tires. This business is unethical. read more

Initially, I had a good experience. I first went to Leon's for used tires and one blew out after a few miles. AAA towed my car to this America's Tire overnight. Ernie and the team gave good customer service to start with, though I did have to come back a second time for a rebalance. UPDATE: My opinion has completely changed and I am incredibly frustrated. After just a few hundred miles of normal commuting to work, I checked my wheels at the gas station. The adhesive wheel weights they installed for the balance are already loose and wiggling when I touch them with my fingernail. This means the technician was lazy and didn't bother to clean the dirt off the rims before sticking the weights on, so the adhesive is already failing. This is unacceptable. This will now be my THIRD trip to this specific store (and my fourth tire shop visit overall) just to get a standard set of new tires safely installed and balanced. It is absolutely unheard of to have to return to a shop this many times for basic tire service. It honestly makes me question the quality control here and why I am receiving such sloppy treatment. read more

Tom needs a raise. Not only did he swap out a busted tire for a new one, he swapped anxiety for relief and did it all with a smile. I called late in the day when my tire had an issue and I was hundreds of miles from home, Tom went out of his way even staying late with his coworker Kenneth to make sure I got a new tire on my car to get home safely-- a man of his word. I've been a loyal customer to the company and his efforts and service show it's been the right move. Promote this man to show his ways to the future of the company. Thanks Tom and Kenneth! read more

Bad customer service. They are very busy... find another place to get your services done

This store has excellent customer service. I got new tires here a few weeks ago. I started hearing some strange noises. Come to find out, one of the wheel sensors was broken off and bouncing around inside. I spoke with the manager and he had my wheel repaired quickly with no fuss and no money out of pocket. Thank you for the excellent service. read more

Well... I did it! I got new tires. A light flashed on my dash, warning me that the pressure was low in my tires. The tires were 6 plus years old, showing cracks, despite the tread being good. I had to do it. I had to break down and get new tires. I made an appointment. Advisable. This is a busy place. I should have asked the name of the guy who helped me! Darn, I didn't. He was soo great. He went through my options and questioned me on our driving habits. If our car is on the freeway a lot, it would make a difference. Good to know. Together, the sales guy and I, decided on a good tire for my price range. I had taken our little dog Keiki with me. He's being socialized. Anyway, we were told to sit and wait till the new tires were put on. I was AMAZED at how FAST they were! Totally amazed and happy. Another guy came out of the garage area, called my name and told me he'd be bringing my car by the door. And just like that, my little dog and I were off! Mega happy with this place. I can't think of a reason I'd go anywhere else. read more

Shout to Raymond for being so sweet. I had to replace a flat and was already disappointed didn't want that to happen today. And then I happen to find out another tire needed replacing as well. It was rating really bad on the machine. He offered to replace it for me. Gave me a great price. And he really explained in details what's wrong. I appreciate him. I don't understand anything about cars. Like me, Some people don't really know what has happened, but he took time to explain to me what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. I appreciate his help and his kindness. He's extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Shout out to him and the whole team for his help! read more

Always good customer service and always fast but highly suggest and appt. I always get one which helps lower the wait time.

Best experience from America's Tires! Their website helped me sort and shop from a myriad of tires online. I selected Goodyear ElectricDrive 2 for my Tesla Mdl S Long Range Plus, which are not just better than my original Goodyears, but feels like I have a whole new luxury car suspension, really! Highly recommend this tire, America's Tire website and the Murrieta shop, that did the job in a little over an hour. Nice to have a feel-good experience these days, so they deserve a shout out! read more

Best spot to get tires. $600 less than all other shops/dealership in the area for the exact same tire. Do yourself a favor and get the tire certificate for around $10-20 a tire, they patch for free and if they can't patch or repair the tire, they replace it for free. I've used it more than I can count. They also patch all tires for free. If you have an appointment, you're in and out rather fast. And the staff are friendly and helpful. read more

We've gotten probably 3 or 4 sets of tires here for different vehicles. They will price match Amazon which is a huge advantage. Usually if you make an appointment, they're done within 20-30 minutes. All staff is friendly, and never been pushed to buy things I didn't originally come for. read more

Wish I would've had a better experience here based from all of the good reviews that have been left. I waited 20 minutes and wasn't able to get any sort of help while two employees were behind the counter chit chatting. An employee walked in with another customer and stated "we should be able to get it done in no time, we aren't that busy". Can't tell you how many times I was told "we'll be with you in just a moment" Extremely unsatisfied go to Ramona tires down the street. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

Unfortunately I got a flat whilst travelling and happened to call America's Tire to see if they stocked the tyre I needed. Paul was fantastic, confirming that they had them and scheduling a fit time that should work with the expected tow truck arrival. When I got to America Tire, Paul had seen the tow truck arrive and came out to meet me. I was earlier than anticipated but he sorted everything out and got me on my way as quickly as possible. What could have been a completely derailed day was significantly improved by Paul's excellent customer service and consideration. Thank you so much, you really did have a positive impact on my day! read more

I want to share what great service I received today from America's Tire. The company offers free tire pressure checks. You pull up and the technician, my technician Matt today, will check all 4 tires & your spare. It was noted that 3 weeks ago my pressure was low on back passenger tire. Side note, for those that are in a hurry, you don't even have to get out of your car and the technician will share and send you the information about what he or she saw. I was able to make an appointment right after the tire pressure checks and Matt & staff found a small leak in that right back passenger tire which was caused by a metal piece. They patched and sealed it and did not charge me. Free... what! With the guarantee that my repaired tire would last as long as my other 3 tires, with normal wear. If you purchase tires from America's tire, I highly suggest you get the warranty because they take very good care of you, if there is any tire issues. read more

Could these guys be any more awesome.
