Cal Tires - Super fast service - Tires Near Me - Murrieta, California

Brought my car in to get a tire replaced. They mentioned I might want to switch it to the back of it vibrates at the rim was bent. I came back today to have it switched to the back. Was told 10 mins due to helping another customer. While I was waiting I notice two other people pulling up to ask questions and one even had air put on his tires. 15 mins later I went to ask how much longer and noticed the guy was up front looking at his phone. He then told me about 15 mins before he can help me. I mentioned to him I was at my lunch when he gave me the first 10 min mark. He told me to be back at 4. Bad service. read more

Went in and got 3 used tires with Leon, I felt he was very honest about the condition of my tires and even told me I could ride one out for a little while longer if I wanted to, so I did not feel like he was trying to sell me unnecessarily. Honesty is a big point. I chose to replace it anyway since what he had looked really good. The three tires i got all look really high quality, the price was good and service was fast. I think they are great. read more

Wanted a used tire to last me until i could replace all 4. The tech was super friendly and hooked menup with a 40 dollar tire. Greay value and the tire seems to be great quality for used and was in and out in 20 minutes. Will defenitley use again if needed read more

Made a deal for 4 tires for $200, went to the shop, sat around for 3-5 hours while Jose and his friends talked it up, I watched a snail lap him before he finished my tires. He installed them as if a baby did it, they were not installed correctly. Came back the next day and Jose installed them and uninstalled them repeatedly because he kept getting it wrong. Then he had the audacity to hike the price up to $220. He should have paid ME for the trouble and aggravation he put me through. I ended up leaving the store with his horribly installed tires, it feels like I am in an earthquake every time I drive my car now. Do not go here. read more

Bought a used tire over the weekend. Long story short IT LEAKS AIR!! Had it on for 3 days and twi e per day while on the road I had to fill it with air. I brought it to another shop and they tested it under water. It has a hole in the side of it! Wtf, seriously. That's what I get for buying used I guess. read more

If your looking for a great family owned tire shop with out a long wait and high prices . Go see my friends at Cal Tires . I was driving my expedition on unsafe tires. The tread was wore out and on the edge of a full blow out which could lead to a dangerous incident and sometime fatal which is a huge concern I had . I called late one night left a message and first thing in the morning he had a set of 4 used Firestone tires that were like new, which helped on it being cost efficient due to the fact it was not anything in my budget for 800$ he charged me less then half . I'm now driving on safe tires and dependable transportation on my commute to Los Angeles . Thank You Cal Tires . I'll be there again with out a doubt . read more

Rushed to find a set of brand new 10 inch wide tires. "No problem, I can get those today" Jose told me as he opened his shop door at 8:00am. Few hours later, brought in my car and he had me in and out of the shop on new rubber in no time at all. He even sells a massive inventory of great used tires. For me, proper air, balanced, even took off the stickers. Good to go. 5 Stars. read more

This place is essential for Uber drivers. Service was quick and affordable. Thanks Jose!

Outstanding customer service. Yesterday on the way home from work my husband was on the freeway and his tire exploded. Unfortunately this happened in the afternoon in the middle of traffic. I had called several tire shops around to see if they would accommodate him with no luck. I called this tire shop at 5:33pm and he told me he would be able to change the tire that day. This shop closes at 6pm and there was no way my husband was going to be able to make it on time. I called him back to tell him that he wouldn't make it and he told me he could wait for him!!!! Amazing customer service. Nobody waits for anyone anymore. You have no idea how much you helped us out as my husband commutes from lake Elsinore to San Diego daily for work. If you hadn't waited for him he would have had to wait until a tire shop opened in the morning making him late for work. Super professional, best prices around (I called at least 20 shops in the area), and again outstanding customer service. Thank you again! read more
