This place is garbage. My 16 year-old daughter went there to have some work done on a trailer. One of the employees told my daughter that they accept Visa card, MasterCard and her V-card. If you don't know what a V-card is, ask any woman. He was basically asking her to have sex with her in exchange for the work being done.. read more

Expertise on site. Younger staff well trained to address customer service. Initially visited by referral a couple years ago for a flat tire. Eventually the repair required a redo. No charge because it was their repair. In preparation for an impending road trip, consulted staff to assess if the tires needed replacement. Opinion offered was they were good for the next 12 months before a change out. The timing suited my plans. No appointment required. A set of new tires installed in a timely manner with a very good discount as a return customer. Premises are a busy tire business with unimpressive curb appeal. Good experience every time! read more

The service was quick and good price. They had the equipment to handle our tractor tire size.

These guys are fast ! But too fast . Brand new wheels and tires needed to be mounted on beadlock wheels . They said they could do it no problem. $200 my tires where ready to go I was happy everything looked good by the next morning my tires didn't hold air and they said they can't do anything to fix it. Cross threaded my valve stems into my brand new wheels not allowing any of them to hold air. Find a better shop to go to!! Will not recommend read more

They were very friendly and thorough. Brought my 42 foot 5th wheel to have my bearings re-packed. They inspected the tires, brakes and informed me that the brakes were excessively greasy and it would take them longer to clean every thing up. They adjusted the brakes and educated me on being careful on first use of trailer brake. With all the extra attention to detail they still had me in and out in about 2 hours. And the price was really great considering all the work they did. read more

We needed the brakes on our fifth-wheel adjusted before we left Southern California and my husband stopped by a couple of weeks in advance and was told no problem and it would cost $60. I got myself into a pickle trying to help out a friend fix up an old wagon. I brought the old tires to America's Tires and they ordered new ones for me. Come to find out it was just the tires, no tubes, and they won't deal with split rims. Partly my ignorance. Ok. Now what? I try on my own, my husband worked on them and he managed to get one together, but the rest were too much. I go to Americas Tires 2 more times asking what can I do? Please guide me. Well, they will return them for a 20% restock fee.... Another employee tells me about O K. I was hesitant, but finally took all my pieces out to them. They took them from me and got to work. I have been looking for a local tire company to me in Murrieta / Temecula that could spin balance my 50"tall 21"wide tires for years. The owner of Ok Tire said yea sure we can do it no problem, we can just remove the hood on our machine . A tire company just up the street I have been using for 15 years and have spent thousands with them regularly and have that same machine and they have never offered such service . Great customer service, called ahead because I had a flat and was using my spare, I wanted to see if they had a used tire in my size, they did. Upon arriving they had the tire ready for me but saw that my tire had a nail in it and offered to patch it instead. Took 15 minutes, and I was on my way! Great find. We've been searching for Michelin tires for our motorhome for over a week, by phone, online, etc. Called OK Tires and they were able to order the tires we wanted at the same price we had been quoted from Pete's Tire (but Pete's said they were on backorder for months and so did many other places). OK Tire installed them next day. They would even have installed them on our driveway as they are also Mobile. It took about 1.5 hrs. Love that place and will promote them to all our friends and RV Club members. read more

I just have to say that OK tire really go above and beyond with their honesty and customer service. I recently went to americas tire in menifee to have a flat fixed really quick and when I come back two hours later I see the spare on my car. I asked the salesman why and he said " your tire is separating and we can't fix the tire, and that I needed to buy a new tire immediately. I called OK tire (because that's where I originally got the tires) and they told me to come in so they could check it. I come in and we look at my tire and the guys say it's not separating but that there's a nail in it! Mind you Americas tire failed to mention that to me and made me think my tire was defective from the start. So of course OK tire fixes it and checks all the rest of the tires. They were honest and told me I have about two months on my tires but they DID NOT need to be replaced at this moment. On top of that they didn't even charge me for the repair. I am so happy with their services and I will never, I repeat will never go to americas tires or any other tire shop again! read more
