Camaro getting serviced
Kevin W.

Shout out to Paul and Brianna here at Fast Tire. Paul was honest and gave me guidance on what's the best performance tire for my car for the price I was paying after my other Pirellis got shredded. He even texted me photos to show me the damage to my tires while I was at home. Brianna provided excellent customer service with informative information and welcomed me in with a great attitude. Definitely the right place and only place to go to when buying tires or getting your vehicle serviced. Also the alignment and wheel balancing came out perfect, my Camaro drives like a new car and my wrist doesn't hurt anymore when holding onto the steering wheel! Thank you Fast Tire for the excellent work you guys put into my Camaro.

Patched a tire quickly and was off on my way in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend! Great prices and very great customer service!

I dont trust this repair shop. Double talk just to make more money. And unfortunately it's AAA-approved repair shop.

I write this in disappointment, if I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation. This shop has…read morebeen serving my mom for a few years at this point and I personally had done all the work on my own vehicle to save money so I saw no point to bring my vehicle to a shop. This had changed when my truck had needed its suspension refreshed after hitting 200k miles, I didn't have the time to work on it myself so I opted to go with this shop. I was skeptical so I had purchased many of the major components myself to save on the parts. I'd like to say that it saved me money but it's hard to say when the invoice still went into the thousands. After dropping off the truck I will say that they were quick on installing the components but maybe they went too fast as when I brought it home I see that the stickers that came on my shocks were still there, $2500 down and you can't spend 30 seconds to remove a sticker? Annoying? Sure, I expect a bit better presentation when I'm shoveling out that kinda cash. What really irritated me is actually what happened or rather what I found wasn't done with my friends vehicle who I'm taking care of while he's serving overseas. Once again I had his vehicle taken in for a transfer case repair on his vehicle. A costly job for sure, but while it was in the shop he wanted to have the mechanic to take a look at some electrical issues that were related to lighting. Once again the truck was in the shop and in relation to the main issue being fixed it does look like they did a decent job. That is until I brought that same truck into storage today and went to disconnect the battery only to find that the fuse cover not only wasn't on where it should've been but it was just floating the engine bay, who knows what sorta problem that could've lead to. Once again around 2.5k.. The lack of quality with my truck is one thing, me bringing in a friends truck while he's away is another. Now what I will say is the guys in the front are great however with me and my friends and family shoveling out cash to a place that won't take the time to do small things that could have avoided this whole review. I now have a problem and I could care less how nice they are in the front when in the back I'm getting screwed. If I'm paying you to be a professional, then act like a professional. If you want to charge prices like a professional then I think you should do the fixes that no one would notice when they're done, but when they're not? It's glaring. I'm not a teacher, I shouldn't have to go over your work when it's done. To everyone else who may have a repair that may need to be done. Go on YouTube and get tools from harbor freight. It's cheaper and you might feel better after doing it yourself, you'd definitely have more pride in your work than the lobotomized mouth breathers they had work on my stuff. 0/5
