In a world of super dishonest mechanics, it's gotten to the point where when you meet a good one, who is transparent with you, and even offers you ways to DEDUCT from your bill rather than surprising you with unexpected additions, you pay attention, and give credit where credit is due. Mike and the guys at redhawk auto were professional, transparent, and empathetic(for as much as they could be given my car randomly decided to shit the proverbial bed on its hybrid battery system out of NOWHERE). Was able to drop it off first thing the next day and had Mike and the team check it out - turns out, transmission was totally shot - got back to me within the same day, let me know the bad news, and had new and used prices ready to go for me for a repair. Horribly ran shop. First and last visit. My appointment was for 8:00 AM, and as of 8:30, my car had still not even been serviced for its smog. They even had time to do an all team meeting while customers were sitting there unserviced. Manager even had time to call Jeff to the office. Guys were chatting it up and customers were NOT the priority. Will never be back! I went down to Jefferson Smog and they had no wait and offered the service for cheaper. read more

I needed extensive service on my Toyota corolla. I called Redhawk and got an appointment right away. The crew was friendly and professional. They did a thorough diagnostic on my car and texted me with what was needed now as well as some less pressing issues that could be fixed at a later date. I called and they told me what they would do and the cost with labor included. It was very reasonable. When I gave them the go ahead, they told me they would have it done today. When I was called to pick it up, I was excited and very pleased. I paid the price they quoted and they gave me a detailed explanation of what was done. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm very picky and have a little more than basic knowledge of mechanics myself. This shop and people are SOLID. Very cool guys up front with Collin and RJ and the tech (Brendan) who did my car was very friendly as well and told me my car was very well maintained. Who does that? That's was great. On 5/6/25 took my Ram 1500 in for a radiator leak. After inspection the service advisor suggested new radiator (I figured that), new hoses (yes, reasonable), a new water pump (kind of unexpected, but might as well get a new one in now), new spark plugs (Hemi has 16 so go ahead), and a new air filter (no thanks, I can at least do that). Grand total: $3,693.25. Picked up the on 5/7. Next morning I start it and there is a loud clicking sound. Took the truck back in on 5/10 and learn I have a cracked exhaust manifold. The service tech says they can replace it and might as well replace both while we're at it. For just $1400.00+. I just can't get past the timing, and of course there is absolutely no hint of taking any kind of culpability on their part. I'll take my truck to Ranch Muffler for the new manifolds. read more

I originally went in for just tires and alignment. I was pretty strapped on cash so they help me with a finance plan that really worked with my budget. Not only that, but these guys were awesome, super professional and very friendly. They also got me a ride home which went above and beyond expectation. They communicated with me throughout the day and let me know what they were doing, and when my car was ready. These people were fantastic. I had my seatbelt pulled over my headrest and couldn't move the seat or the seatbelt. Rj helped me out and was able to remove my head rest and free my seatbelt. Best part is they did not charge me for the 5 minute fix and would not accept any sort of tip. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and their customer service. I was lost as to where I could take my car to be fixed and Redhawk Auto was the first to come to my rescue. read more
