They call the woman in the appointment line and ask if she has an appointment. She stated clearly she has a concern. Not an appointment but a concern. The proceeded to help her. Another guy comes in and stands in the appointment line. They call him up but the guy in front of me walks up. They tell him they called the guy with the appointment. The guy explains what happens and instead of making it right they help the guy with the appointment. I finally get up to the desk after a half hour standing in line and they say it's going to be 4 hours. So I make an appointment on Saturday for 12:30. I show up Saturday at 12:10 to check in. All I needed was a tire repair. Usually a 15 minute job. They tell me it's going to be an hour so 1:30. I waited and after an hour my truck hasn't moved. I stand in line to cancel the appointment I had after waiting until 1:30. As I'm waiting they pull my truck into the bay. After 10 minutes they call me up and tell me they couldn't find my tire lock key. I'm thinking they are going to repair the tire while it's still in the truck. There is enough room to work between the wheel and wheel well. I looked in the truck but tell them it's in my tool box at home. They say I can go home and get it and then I will be the next one up when I get back or reschedule. Yeah well f that. They should have asked when I got there so I could have somebody come get me so I could go home and get it. So they would have had it. What's the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to get to you until an hour afterwards.

The waiting area was not particularly busy, and once they finally checked the tire, it took less than 10 minutes to assess. My interaction with the front desk representative, Mike, was also disappointing, as there was little communication or urgency.
