I did some research looking for the best and inexpensive location to change the Wheel bearings on my vehicle. I visited a few placed in Perris and Magnuson Tires was without a doubt the best location. They are honest and helpful. If I could put 0 starts I would. My stepdad brought my 2022 toyota camry in to get the brakes changed, after they changed them I kept hearing a clicking noise when I would come to a stop. He brought it back and told them the issue, they checked the car and said there was no issue and charged $40 for that. I still kept hearing the clicking noise so I took it to the dealership and they said to never bring it back here ever again. They did everything wrong! The mechanic at the dealership said some pieces were upside down, some weren't fully connected and they added silicone into things they shouldn't have. I got quotes from several shops in Moreno Valley and Perris and these guys had the best price on the install and the work was performed fast. I went back several times to speak to the owner regarding the fact they had misaligned my tires and I had to go to another shop to have it repaired... He always disappeared when I stopped by... Horrible service. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They charge way too much. Couldn't even diagnose my car's check engine light issue and charged $95. Had them replace brakes on another car and claimed there was another part that was broken but refused to show me the broken part. They kept finding new things that needed to be replaced when the car was completely fine. Now my car drives horrible. These people will mess up your car. read more

During this Corona Virus. I had to learn the hard way what price gouging was going on here. I have been coming here a few years now. We had an agreement that I would bring my own already bought for High Milage oil and Filter and still pay $30.00 for Labor. Yesterday I go in and not only will the younger guy behind the counter not give me eye to eye contact like a professional should, He tells me we don't do that anymore! I recently stumbled on this shop to get my tires aligned and oil changed. The mechanic also went out of his way to clean my air vent and found all kinds of stuff. He even showed me what was in there. The staff was very friendly and I was out of there in less than an hour. read more

My tire blew out LITERALLY across the street, I asked if they could help me change my spare and I would pay them and either pay them to repair or buy a new tire from them and they refused. AVOID. I drove from Riverside because I was told that they had 205/40/18 for my Mini Cooper. While they started mounting them I went to take a look because it didn't look right. The guy was putting on 225. When I asked he just said "oh maybe a miss understanding" Anyway... As I was leaving I noticed that they hadn't put on my center caps properly and we're just resting on the wheel and would have fallen off. And then... When I got home I noticed that they kept my chrome valve stem caps. SLOPPY WORK This cost me 1 gal gas -3.75 Center caps -25.00 IF I had lost the center caps - 160.00 Do not waste your time here because they are more interested in watching soccer then taking care of your car. These guys really helped me out in a pinch! I had a flat and had to be out of town the next day on business. A good friend of mine had recommended the place and told me to give them a call. I spoke to Arnie who had me come in first thing in the morning and put some really great tires on my C300. He got me in and out in a rush and I made it to my meeting in plenty of time. Yesterday I went to Magnuson tires to have all four tires replaced on my car and I was greeted by the same guy on the magnuson tires profile. The first thing i noticed was that his hands were all covered in grease and without putting on gloves she asked for my car keys and got in my car, so right away i knew that i was going to need some cleaning wipes after it was ll set and done. As far as the service was concern, well, i am happy with my new tires, so far everything is good. On the price, well you can't go wrong with $15 per tire (mount and balancing). Although, i have to say that I felt i was cheated out of some cash because i was never told before hand that there was a $2 service charge for every one of my old tires left behind. So, i decided to bring back home two of my old tires since they still have some thread left in them. Afterall, i was happy with the price, i was dissatisfied with the service, they can work on being more clean and treating the customers cars with care and be more cautious by wearing clean latex gloves, seat covers and floor mats. read more
