I was not happy with my experience. When I came in to the office, I clearly stated I would like to have my suspension checked out. These guys decided all they do is check my front make their quick me an alignment and force me out the door. When I said to them, I asked you to check my suspension not just my front end, the little guy with the smiley face in the front said oh that means we'll have to go test drive it. I was in first in the door with another customer and they prioritized the person after me. Charge me a diagnostic fee that was not mentioned when i called for an appointment. All they mentioned on the phone we have to look but no fee mentioned i drove 30 minutes of course i have to go with diagnosing if there really is a problem. Customer service needs work. read more

After the car inspection Jack the supervisor, advised me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for later. The people at Bear are very pleasant, honest and helpful. I took my 2012 Toyota Prius for a wheel alignment. I was there for less than 40 minutes. There was one customer ahead of me, so waiting time rather expeditious and on time. One complement about my service there was no charge because according to the mechanic who was performing the wheel alignment, there was no need to align my car it was perfect. Loved that they actually listened to what the issue was and took the car for a drive to see what I was talking about. They confirmed my concern and told me the issues. I am from out of town and not familiar with the area or know of any reputable mechanic shops around to help me diagnosed my car. For the last 2 hrs driving on the California freeway my car started shaking tremendously. I drove it to the nearest tire shop (America's Tire) which got 4 new tires but the shaking of the car itself was still there. I was recommended to go to Bear alignment and Brake. It was about 9am and the shop was packed. I talked to the front desk gal and the mechanic and explained to them im from out of town and was just passing through. First they asked me if I could come back the following morning and they can take a look at my car but then they saw how desperate I looked to get back on the road again so they asked if I could wait a little bit and they can have a mechanic look at it. I called my husband and explained what the car was doing and he said it's my brakes and rotors. After awhile the mechanic took in the shop and came back and told me I needed new brakes and rotors just like what my husband told me over the phone. They gave me a written quote and said they can help me out in the next hr and get me back on the road. The quote was reasonable and fair and the whole experience at Bear was by far exceptional. I did not once feel that I was going to get ripped off because I was a desperate woman from out of town and needed to get back on the road. While I waited they offered me a loaner car so I could go get something to eat. Awfully nice of them to do that knowing I was not from there and did not have a way to get around. Within a few hours my car was fixed and I was back on the road again. California freeways are the worst but it was nice to have my Infiniti QX80 running nice and smooth again. From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU BEAR and your staff for taking such great care of this out of town woman passing thru town. I found out about this shop over a year ago and I've been coming here since for oil changes and alignments for all my cars. Great service starting from the front desk to the mechanics. Very clean and organized they'll even have your name on the welcome board when you come for your appointments. I've tried other shops in the area it I feel that they are honest here and they do the work right. I'm a car guy one of my car has lowered suspension they do alignments on lowered cars as well. They went as far as making sure the angle adjustment of my tires don't rub against the fenders. Totally recommend this shop to my friends and family. read more
