I've been to Bear Alignment & Brake Moreno valley twice now, and both times they absolutely nailed it! From the quality of their work to their honesty and professionalism, I couldn't be more impressed. They are officially my go-to shop from now on! What really stands out is that they don't use pushy sales tactics, don't try to sell you work you don't need, and actually treat their customers with honesty and respect. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. It's refreshing to find an auto shop where you can bring your vehicle in and know you're being treated fairly and getting the work you actually need. If you're looking for a shop you can trust, I highly recommend Bear Alignment & Brake. They've definitely earned my business, and I'll be taking my vehicles there from now on. Thank you, Bear Alignment & Brake, for doing things the right way! tom sako read more

Luis and the team were very welcoming, patient, and efficient! I told them I was going on a road trip by myself, so they made sure to take care of anything that might become an issue, considering my safety the whole way through the inspection. Will be back! read more

Stopped in for a quick alignment and left disappointed. Didn't seem too busy, I was ready to pay, but got turned away without much effort to fit me in or even check options. I get schedules get tight, but moments like that matter this felt like an easy win that was missed. Service isn't just the job, it's how you handle people when they're right there ready to do business. Hope that improves. read more

I showed up for my appointment for an alignment. Then, I was told that I was not on the book. However, they said they will squeeze me in. Waited 20 minutes and was told they do not have the capability to fix the alignment on my 2025 Honda Passport. This place wasted my time and they love to play jokes like that. Yes, I fell for their joke. Well, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. It was the worst customer service. Lesson learned: it is not worth the time or money to deal with small shops. Explain to me how is it that it takes 20 minutes to find out that you do not have the capability to fix an alignment. What kind of shop is this? read more

Bear always does great work on our cars. They are fast and reliable and I trust all of their work.

I needed to find a place to take care of my car other than the dealer. Some place that I can trust that they'll be fair in cost & honest. This has been the 2nd time I've had my car serviced at Bear. I like the cleanliness of the place & especially the customer service & respect I received. I do recommend this place for your car services. read more

Had a panel on the bottom of my car falling off and was far away from home. Don't know the mans name, but he bolted the piece back on within 5 minutes of me walking in, no questions asked. Went to pay for the service and he didn't want to charge me! That is great service. read more

I was in first in the door with another customer and they prioritized the person after me. Charge me a diagnostic fee that was not mentioned when i called for an appointment. Excellent service and fast, too. This shop has not disappointed me once yet in the years I've been going here. If you need a trusted mechanic with affordable rates, you can't go wrong with the team at the Moreno Valley location. I had brakes installed this visit. I was not happy with my experience. When I came in to the office, I clearly stated I would like to have my suspension checked out. These guys decided all they do is check my front make their quick me an alignment and force me out the door. When I said to them, I asked you to check my suspension not just my front end, the little guy with the smiley face in the front said oh that means we'll have to go test drive it. We're about to close now. So I just counted my loss and I will never come there again so as far as you three out of and I will never come to your establishment again read more

They did the service I requested. It was super fast and got an amazing deal on Groupon.

"Professional, honest, and reliable--they always provide excellent service and quality work."

I am glad American Tire referred me to Bear in Moreno Valley for an alignment and brake job. Have been looking for years to find a Auto repair shop where you are not treated as a money object. After the car inspection Jack the supervisor, advised me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for later. The people at Bear are very pleasant, honest and helpful. The woman at the front desk surely made me feel welcome (Vanet, I think) made me coffee and gave my little dog a cup of water. Mechanics are very polite and knowledgeable. For sure I will be back to Bear for my car maintenance. Gerrit Zwart. read more

I took my 2012 Toyota Prius for a wheel alignment. I was there for less than 40 minutes. There was one customer ahead of me, so waiting time rather expeditious and on time. One complement about my service there was no charge because according to the mechanic who was performing the wheel alignment, there was no need to align my car it was perfect. I was not charge a single penny. It is very hard in today's world to find honest people that are not willing to rip you off. read more

Visit med Bear for a Groupon deal on an alignment. The value of the Groupon alignment is unmatched for what you get from the shop. They even gave me a free inspection. Honestly everyone there was on point. The receptionist was incredibly kind, even pointed me and another customer to the coffee machine. The work was done timely, honestly, and kindly. What was just an alignment shop has intrigued me to come do my auto care here in the near future. read more

What can I say I was greeted very pleasantly was told a timeframe which was exactly what I was told great service very professional!

I am from out of town and not familiar with the area or know of any reputable mechanic shops around to help me diagnosed my car. For the last 2 hrs driving on the California freeway my car started shaking tremendously. I drove it to the nearest tire shop (America's Tire) which got 4 new tires but the shaking of the car itself was still there. I was recommended to go to Bear alignment and Brake. It was about 9am and the shop was packed. I talked to the front desk gal and the mechanic and explained to them im from out of town and was just passing through. First they asked me if I could come back the following morning and they can take a look at my car but then they saw how desperate I looked to get back on the road again so they asked if I could wait a little bit and they can have a mechanic look at it. I called my husband and explained what the car was doing and he said it's my brakes and rotors. After awhile the mechanic took in the shop and came back and told me I needed new brakes and rotors just like what my husband told me over the phone. They gave me a written quote and said they can help me out in the next hr and get me back on the road. The quote was reasonable and fair and the whole experience at Bear was by far exceptional. I did not once feel that I was going to get ripped off because I was a desperate woman from out of town and needed to get back on the road. While I waited they offered me a loaner car so I could go get something to eat. Awfully nice of them to do that knowing I was not from there and did not have a way to get around. Within a few hours my car was fixed and I was back on the road again. California freeways are the worst but it was nice to have my Infiniti QX80 running nice and smooth again. From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU BEAR and your staff for taking such great care of this out of town woman passing thru town. If you live in the area and need a great mechanic please consider going to Bear and I promise you that you'll get the best care there. ~Kat M.~ Gilbert, AZ read more

I've went to at least two places and told them about my car shaking when I brake and paid for new brakes and still had the same issues. I asked a friend if she had a trusted shop that could look at my car and not take advantage of me. She recommended me to Bear Alignment. Drove from Northridge to Moreno Valley and the staff were great. Very polite and helpful. Loved that they actually listened to what the issue was and took the car for a drive to see what I was talking about. They confirmed my concern and told me the issues. Didn't pressure me into unwanted repairs. Recommended the best parts for repairs, but also let me know there were cheaper options. Service was done in a good amount of time. Now my car is back to running smoothly. Would gladly make the drive from Northridge to Moreno Valley to get my car serviced by them for future repairs read more
