I usually take my truck into the dealer's service center but after three tries they couldn't get my alignment right. So I tried Chase Auto based on their reputation and I wasn't disappointed. Was able to drop in on a Saturday, they started right away and were super transparent about what they saw as issues past shops had getting my alignment right and what they were going to do differently to get it within spec. I have to say hands down if you want an honest mechanic that won't rip you off here is the place. My car was having issues and I thought it was a much bigger problem then it really was. My car would have issues turning on, just heard a click and engine wouldn't turn. Checked battery and alternator and everything was good so looking for an experts advice i found this shop on yelp. Expecting to pay money and researched that I may be dealing with a spark plug issue I went in looking for just that. Check engine light just turned on and was looking for the worst. Chris looked over my car and noticed that my car was also in need of an oil change, being that my car was still under the mileage and time frame was a little confusing to me but decided to go ahead. He discovered that the oil filter was cracked and the previous mechanic I took it to did a horrible job. Proceeded with the oil change and informed me he insists I not do any extra work to it and my car runs off of oil pressure and may solved the problem. I had a new engine installed and paid for a list of parts and labor the owner Javier Gomezof the business recommended be replaced. Anyways immediately after getting my truck back I realized it was over heating and lacking power. After repeated trips back and forth to this business and having the radiator,clutch fan and coolant temperature sensor replaced I came to realize this business didn't seem to care and clearly lacks the knowledge to repair vehicles. I currently have my truck at Toyota and I'm essentially paying them what I already payed Chase to do. The owner of Chase Auto repeatedly told me he had adjusted the timing accurately,that the over heating issue was resolved and that the engine was fine. Its been proven through Toyota he's wrong! Chase Auto didn't even change any of my hoses. Toyota informed me they they were so brittle they were falling apart by just being touched. This explains why one of the hoses started leaking coolant after they replaced the radiator.I know those of you who have done business with Mr. Gomez and his son Chris find them friendly and personable just as I have. I was referred here by the gentlemen at America's Tire. They couldn't diagnose the sound that was being generated from the right passenger side tire area where they installed my new tire. I called them and spoke to Javier, the owner, and he said to bring the car by and they could inspect my car the same day. The first guy to test drive my car couldn't hear the noise so I went with the second guy, Gabriel, on a test drive and we heard it. On the way back to the shop he gave me a couple of different scenarios on what might be wrong. They put my car on the lift and couldn't find anything wrong. While waiting for my car, Javier taught me about timing belts and seals. Gabriel got my car down and I went out the door without having to spend a penny since they do inspections for free. Probably going back to this auto shop since they don't mind doing work on Saturdays and they are open until 2:30. read more

If you need work done on your car and you're looking for a reasonable and reliable place to go don't look any further. I can honestly say that Chase Auto is one of the best shops I've been to. I've only been to this place a couple times and it was for a timing issue on an 88 rv in order to pass smog. The first time I got it retarded and the second time I got it advanced. Here's the cool part though, there was a gap of 4 months between the two (life got in the way). Yet, Chris (son) remembered me over the phone and Javier (owner) remembered that he had offered to do it for no charge. Now I know I haven't had any serious work done here, but I've seen how they treat other customers and overheard them talking to them and I can tell you two things for sure: they know what they're doing and they're a group of good guys. Never really found a good shop to take my car for service until I was told about this joint. It was recommend by a good friend of mine. I was looking for a shop get an alignment done to my truck. One of my good friends said he has a shop that he goes to get his services done for his cars. he has recommended chase auto tech to about everyone he knows! So I gave it a shot. The owner there, Javier, is a good guy. Their motto is, honest and reasonable mechanics, and that's exactly what they are! The shop is small but VERY clean and well organized. There's even a soda machine in the office with waiting chairs and a tv to watch while you wait. While they were getting the alignment done, Javier was kind enough to do a good inspection on my car to see if there was anything else wrong with it. The alignment cost was reasonable and he gave me a extra $10 discount for first time customers. Overall my experience was way more than expected and know ill be coming back in the near future for my services :) A++ read more

I started out going to Chase after I got angry that my tires from Costco were waring poorly, even with frequent tire rotations. That voided my warantee. I asked the tech. at Costco where he took his car, and he refered me to Chase. Javier and Chris take their time and explain what the problem is, and show me on the car what is broken or needs repairs. Very fair price, especially considering that they are fixing another mechanics mistake!! I would have saved even more money had I taken it to Chase in the first place!! They are a family owned business, and are down to earth people. They are located behind a car wash, and have low visability, but that helps to keep their costs down. They are always glad to work with their customers to meet their individual needs, and promptly admit when they were wrong on an estament making the appropriate adjustments when the parts come in less than expexted. They could have not said nothing, but they passed that savings on to their customers. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. read more
