Located behind the hand car wash, this mechanic was hands down the best interaction I have ever had. He explained in detail what needed to be done and why. He showed me all the EOM parts he was using to ensure quality is never sub par. He made my vehicle smog ready and passed with flying colors. Chris was a pleasure doing business with. read more

Have used Chase Auto for a number of years, multiple family autos as well. Service has been professional, quick with no surprises during or after service. No upselling, just great service that addresses the car maintenance needs. Honesty, is a great reason to patronize Chase Auto. Various times there was an opportunity to charge much more, staff advised that those repairs weren't needed You can trust the owner and staff to take care of you and your cars. They are a little far away in Moreno Valley, but your vehicles and peace of mind are worth the drive. read more

Excellent service...the best in Moreno Valley Javier and Chris are the best technicians. Excellent in everything they are doing read more

Service was great, estimate was fair, no up selling. They even sent a video of what needed to be repaired. Front drive shaft was removed & replace due to U- Joint failure. The failure: I didn't stop driving when it started rattling. I've taken my Mercedes E350 wagon there a few times. It's a hidden gem. This 75-year-old lady will continue using their service. read more

Took my car in and they were able to help me right away and explain what was going on. I appreciate the time Chris took to explain to me and I felt they were honest and didn't recommend anything that I did not need. I know am driving my car with no issues. read more

Absolutely LOVE this shop AND the people! In my 60+ years of age, never befkre have I had any shop explain in great detail and simple terms tje issue with my car. Most honest people I have ever come across. I chose this shop because the reviews and the word prompt and timely repairs stood out to me. After having the same trusted mechanic for over 20 years close his shop, I was desperately trying to find a new ine I could trust. Chris and Jesus did not let me down. I plan to tell everyone about them. Family owned and treats customers like family. Best people and expert mechanical advice ever. Thanks guys! read more

Good experience having my '66 Mustang aligned here. I replaced my entire front end some years back, but had not had the car on the road in quite a few years, so I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't find a shop capable of doing a vintage car. Chase Auto was recommended by a friend, and I was very pleasantly surprised. These guys were very knowledgeable and professional, and they were very comfortable in taking on the job. My car now drives like it's supposed to, and I was charged a fair price. They have the very latest equipment to perform an accurate alignment and I'm a 100% satisfied customer. I highly recommend Mr. Gomez and his entire shop!! read more

Best mechanic experience I've ever had, hands down. This shop is exactly why people say to find a local place and not a chain or dealer. I usually take my truck into the dealer's service center but after three tries they couldn't get my alignment right. So I tried Chase Auto based on their reputation and I wasn't disappointed. Was able to drop in on a Saturday, they started right away and were super transparent about what they saw as issues past shops had getting my alignment right and what they were going to do differently to get it within spec. Less than an hour later I was paid up and on my way, truck drove tight and true afterward. Thanks Chase Auto Tech. read more

I have to say hands down if you want an honest mechanic that won't rip you off here is the place. My car was having issues and I thought it was a much bigger problem then it really was. My car would have issues turning on, just heard a click and engine wouldn't turn. Checked battery and alternator and everything was good so looking for an experts advice i found this shop on yelp. Expecting to pay money and researched that I may be dealing with a spark plug issue I went in looking for just that. Check engine light just turned on and was looking for the worst. Chris looked over my car and noticed that my car was also in need of an oil change, being that my car was still under the mileage and time frame was a little confusing to me but decided to go ahead. He discovered that the oil filter was cracked and the previous mechanic I took it to did a horrible job. Proceeded with the oil change and informed me he insists I not do any extra work to it and my car runs off of oil pressure and may solved the problem. Sure enough, no more issues and won a long term customer, thanks Chris! I will be returning for all my car needs read more

I was referred here by the gentlemen at America's Tire. They couldn't diagnose the sound that was being generated from the right passenger side tire area where they installed my new tire. I called them and spoke to Javier, the owner, and he said to bring the car by and they could inspect my car the same day. The first guy to test drive my car couldn't hear the noise so I went with the second guy, Gabriel, on a test drive and we heard it. On the way back to the shop he gave me a couple of different scenarios on what might be wrong. They put my car on the lift and couldn't find anything wrong. While waiting for my car, Javier taught me about timing belts and seals. Gabriel got my car down and I went out the door without having to spend a penny since they do inspections for free. Probably going back to this auto shop since they don't mind doing work on Saturdays and they are open until 2:30. read more

I'm leaving town soon and I had to make sure that I did a review for these guys before I left. If you need work done on your car and you're looking for a reasonable and reliable place to go don't look any further. I can honestly say that Chase Auto is one of the best shops I've been to. I've only been to this place a couple times and it was for a timing issue on an 88 rv in order to pass smog. The first time I got it retarded and the second time I got it advanced. Here's the cool part though, there was a gap of 4 months between the two (life got in the way). Yet, Chris (son) remembered me over the phone and Javier (owner) remembered that he had offered to do it for no charge. Now I know I haven't had any serious work done here, but I've seen how they treat other customers and overheard them talking to them and I can tell you two things for sure: they know what they're doing and they're a group of good guys. Oh and bonus, the prices are great! So stop having to guess and go get some actual help from the guys at Chase Auto! read more

I had a new engine installed and paid for a list of parts and labor the owner Javier Gomezof the business recommended be replaced. Anyways immediately after getting my truck back I realized it was over heating and lacking power. After repeated trips back and forth to this business and having the radiator, clutch fan and coolant temperature sensor replaced I came to realize this business didn't seem to care and clearly lacks the knowledge to repair vehicles. I currently have my truck at Toyota and I'm essentially paying them what I already payed Chase to do. The owner of Chase Auto repeatedly told me he had adjusted the timing accurately, that the over heating issue was resolved and that the engine was fine. Its been proven through Toyota he's wrong! Chase Auto didn't even change any of my hoses. Toyota informed me they they were so brittle they were falling apart by just being touched. This explains why one of the hoses started leaking coolant after they replaced the radiator.I know those of you who have done business with Mr. Gomez and his son Chris find them friendly and personable just as I have. Anyways I'm spreading the word to any current and prospective customers to AVOID this business! read more

They were referred by my tire store that I have worked with for 10 years. They recommend them for alignment and said they will be straight up. They showed me what happened to my alignment, what it will take to fix it, how much it will cost, when they could do it, and the report of how the alignment is when work was completed. Did NOT try to cross sell any upgrades or other BS. Price was reasonable, car was done on time. 5 stars. Price good, Credit cards accepted, knowledgeable and transparent. Next week they get my wifes car...... stay tuned! read more

Never really found a good shop to take my car for service until I was told about this joint. It was recommend by a good friend of mine. I was looking for a shop get an alignment done to my truck. One of my good friends said he has a shop that he goes to get his services done for his cars. he has recommended chase auto tech to about everyone he knows! So I gave it a shot. The owner there, Javier, is a good guy. Their motto is, honest and reasonable mechanics, and that's exactly what they are! The shop is small but VERY clean and well organized. There's even a soda machine in the office with waiting chairs and a tv to watch while you wait. While they were getting the alignment done, Javier was kind enough to do a good inspection on my car to see if there was anything else wrong with it. The alignment cost was reasonable and he gave me a extra $10 discount for first time customers. Overall my experience was way more than expected and know ill be coming back in the near future for my services :) A++ read more
