I've been coming to Speedy Lube since I got my car in 2018, and they've consistently provided great service. You can walk in, tell them exactly what you need, and they're on it...quick and efficient every time. As a woman, it can feel a little intimidating going into places like this at first, but they've always made me feel comfortable. Even when I decline additional services, they're respectful and don't pressure me, which I really appreciate. Their prices are fair, the customer service is solid, and overall it's just a reliable spot I keep coming back to. read more

Speedy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Total scam. I was driving by and saw that they do oil changes for $40. My car takes regular oil and they told me that because of the year of my car it should only take synthetic. I've had my car since it was new and it's been 5 years taking regular oil. Don't come here. They will try and scam you into paying more. read more

I've been going to this location for years- the owner and his team are friendly and very knowledgeable- and most of all- honest. Their prices are good and they complete the work in a very timely manner. I don't even live in Mo Val anymore but I choose to continue to go there because of the service. read more

I had been a loyal customer at this location and trusted Speedy Lube to handle for all my vehicles' oil change and car fluid replacements. Unfortunately, I am not returning again due to the most recent failure and ineptitude by their staff with a simple oil change. I had to have another vehicle inspection and oil change two days after going to Speedy Lube due to bad oil leak caused by their staff. Never again. read more

Buyer beware. Don't be fooled by the $39 oil-change sign. This company is a textbook example of the deceptive and dishonest tactic known as "bait and switch" in which a tantalizingly-LOW price is advertised in order to lure you in. Then when ask about the $39 oil change they regretfully inform you that YOUR vehicle (it doesn't matter what make, model, or year your vehicle is) it doesn't qualify for the $39 advertised special. They may say that they need "special oil" or that your vehicle has a "tricky design" and requires extra labor. Whatever line they feed you it's the last thing you hear before you're told that an oil change won't cost you $39 but rather $95, $129, $185. They're banking on the chance that you'll think to yourself, "Well....I'm already here, I don't want to drive around all day. Alright go ahead and I'll pay the extra." I was told an oil change for my 2022 Camry would run me just under $100. Almost THREE times the advertised price. I laughed, got back in my car, drove to AutoZone, bought five quarts of oil AND a new filter for $39.00 plus tax. Drove home and in thirty minutes had my oil and filter changed and my maintenance light deactivated. DON'T fall for this scam. If they're not going to be honest in their advertised prices, go somewhere else or do it yourself. Moreno Valley can do without dishonest businesses. read more

Always so friendly and so quick, and they never try to sell me anything extra. Reasonably priced. Even on their busiest days, I've never waited more than about 30 minutes. I love the owner? Manager? I'm not sure but he's always so happy and welcoming and makes a pleasant experience. And all of the service men are super friendly ! The only place I take my car. read more

They have always given me great customer service, and they do a good job working on my vehicle

Ive been going to this shop for years, due to their supreme customer service! Thank you all!

Went in to get an oil change and was out within three minutes. Horrible customer service. I didn't even hesitate to leave. Simply had asked the mechanic what the cost would be for an oil change, and before I could say anything, he demanded my keys? I mean okay, yea sure, I was interested in getting an oil change. So then I asked again what the cost would be, and to my disbelief I was answered in some obnoxious nasty attitude. Got my keys and left l. I never even got a quote of the oil change. Drove to valvoline and got my oil change there. Pricier but superior experience. read more

Best place for oil changes and minor repairs. Very honest and very fair prices. Been coming for about 3 years and never disappointed.

Bitch ass company. Everything was good (oil change, air filter) until I left. My car was driving funny. I get 2 minutes up the street and my tire popped. They put too much air in my tire. I called within 10 minutes after leaving to let them know, the older black man was on the phone telling me that's not his problem and he wasn't going to pay for my new tire. He's on the phone arguing with me like a bitch. He could have easily handled the situation better and I'm going to tell everyone about their horrible service. read more

The workers there were extremely RUDE. I went in for a oil change and they already had some people waiting to be serviced (nobody was at the counter) so I asked a guy who was getting out of a car who has long curly hair and wears AirPods in his ear had on the attire as if he worked there and he rudely says "go in the office!" so I tell him about himself as he continues to walk away. I walk inside wait 10 mins a short heavy set Mexican guy walks to the counter and just looks and stares at me not saying anything so I say "how long" and before I can finish my question he says "1 hour" so I also tell him about himself and walk out. Those men didn't know what it was I was going to ask them for them to treat me as if I'm a nobody. Me and my family have been going there for YEARS! and to be treated like nothing just irritates me. I didn't walk in there with no attitude or anything to be talked to and brushed off like that is rude! If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I can't but they lost a VERY loyal bunch of customers. I ended up going to the place that next door Auto Express Lube off sunny mead and Heacock next-door to Wienerschnitzel. The customer service was excellent! and the price was cheaper, they also did a few minor things that I asked them to do for free!! read more

Been here a few times, anyone can change oil. Last visit they didn't tighten the oil filter so my truck leaked oil all over my driveway. I work so I sent my wife to let them know, they told her is was rear main seal and sent her home. I had her call back and ask if they tightened filter, they said no. She took it back and when I got home I pressure washed underneath and wouldn't you know no leak. What separates good businesses from ones that don't last is the ability to admit mistakes and provide excellent service. My driveway now has several huge oil spots and the underneath of my truck is still full of oil. Last time I'm going there. I'd recommend the Goodyear down street. Always a coupon for a $15.99 oil change in pennysaver or weekly mailer. read more

So last month I took my new Bettle for an oil change and all of a sudden my car starts to leak oil so I took it to my mechanic.I told him that I had recently did the oil and filter change and to take a look at it.Well he told me that they did the oil change but not the filter and that's when it click. When I first got to do he oil change the guy doing my oil change came out and told me that they didn't have the filter and a few minutes later he comes out and tells me that I was lucky cause they happened to have one left but it was a special filter so it was extra.Never coming back here again and for all you make sure you check your oil filter is being change read more
