Buyer beware. Don't be fooled by the $39 oil-change sign. This company is a textbook example of the deceptive and dishonest tactic known as "bait and switch" in which a tantalizingly-LOW price is advertised in order to lure you in. Then when ask about the $39 oil change they regretfully inform you that YOUR vehicle (it doesn't matter what make, model, or year your vehicle is) it doesn't qualify for the $39 advertised special. They may say that they need "special oil" or that your vehicle has a "tricky design" and requires extra labor. Whatever line they feed you it's the last thing you hear before you're told that an oil change won't cost you $39 but rather $95, $129, $185. They're banking on the chance that you'll think to yourself, "Well....I'm already here, I don't want to drive around all day. Alright go ahead and I'll pay the extra." I was told an oil change for my 2022 Camry would run me just under $100. Almost THREE times the advertised price. I laughed, got back in my car, drove to AutoZone, bought five quarts of oil AND a new filter for $39.00 plus tax. Drove home and in thirty minutes had my oil and filter changed and my maintenance light deactivated. DON'T fall for this scam. If they're not going to be honest in their advertised prices, go somewhere else or do it yourself. Moreno Valley can do without dishonest businesses. read more

Simply had asked the mechanic what the cost would be for an oil change, and before I could say anything, he demanded my keys? I mean okay, yea sure, I was interested in getting an oil change. So then I asked again what the cost would be, and to my disbelief I was answered in some obnoxious nasty attitude. Got my keys and left l. I never even got a quote of the oil change. Bitch ass company. Everything was good (oil change, air filter) until I left. My car was driving funny. I get 2 minutes up the street and my tire popped. They put too much air in my tire. I called within 10 minutes after leaving to let them know, the older black man was on the phone telling me that's not his problem and he wasn't going to pay for my new tire. The workers there were extremely RUDE. I went in for a oil change and they already had some people waiting to be serviced (nobody was at the counter) so I asked a guy who was getting out of a car who has long curly hair and wears AirPods in his ear had on the attire as if he worked there and he rudely says "go in the office!" so I tell him about himself as he continues to walk away. I walk inside wait 10 mins a short heavy set Mexican guy walks to the counter and just looks and stares at me not saying anything so I say "how long" and before I can finish my question he says "1 hour" so I also tell him about himself and walk out. Those men didn't know what it was I was going to ask them for them to treat me as if I'm a nobody. Me and my family have been going there for YEARS! and to be treated like nothing just irritates me. I didn't walk in there with no attitude or anything to be talked to and brushed off like that is rude! If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I can't but they lost a VERY loyal bunch of customers. I ended up going to the place that next door Auto Express Lube off sunny mead and Heacock next-door to Wienerschnitzel. Been here a few times, anyone can change oil. Last visit they didn't tighten the oil filter so my truck leaked oil all over my driveway. I work so I sent my wife to let them know, they told her is was rear main seal and sent her home. I had her call back and ask if they tightened filter, they said no. She took it back and when I got home I pressure washed underneath and wouldn't you know no leak. What separates good businesses from ones that don't last is the ability to admit mistakes and provide excellent service. My driveway now has several huge oil spots and the underneath of my truck is still full of oil. Last time I'm going there. I'd recommend the Goodyear down street.
