I have been here before and no problems. But today I went for an oil change and there were 2 employees I have never seen, a manager and employee. I was told to drive my vehicle into the bay. This opens the Company to a liability lawsuit if something bed were to happen. The employee was directing me in but the way he was doing it , I felt unsafe and left. It was my first time ever taking a car to get an oil change. They explain to me clearly that I needed a cabin filter and a new air filter. I personally don't know nothing about that because I'm a girl lol but I knew I needed it because they showed me both of them and they were very dark. They have the best prices in town I highly recommend coming here!! read more

I went to Speedy Lube off of Sunnymead to get an Oil Change in Monday the 11th of May 2020. I have a 2010 Chevy Cobalt, my car up to til the Day I took my car in for an oil change NEVER and I Specify NEVER Leaked any kind of type of oil or fluids and now my car is leaking so bad! This place did something to my car for it to start leaking badly. They say they change your oil, install new & quality oil filter, Inspect wiper blades, air filters, check 'll vial fluids Inflate tires to proper pressure well they DID NOT DO ANYTHING ONLY CHANGE MY OIL and DEFINITELY DID DO SOMETHING TO MY CAR TO COMMENCE THE SEVERE OIL LEAKAGE I HAVE NOW. I go in for an oil change and they broke a valve on my mini. I have done at least 6 times. It's a bit difficult. You have to relocate the washer reservoir. Well after seeing this "tech" staring blankly at my motor I directed his attention to where the oil filter was. Long story short this dude broke something. He then said I could go go to the closest auto parts shop and buy the part. I walked over 1 mile to Napa then back to fix his problem. They didn't even comp the part. Bad service. read more

Online shows they closed at 5pm, when I arrived at 4:30 p.m. there was no cars that they were working on and when I asked to take what time he close he said 4:30 so I decided to call to to confirm because I looked online and they said 5:00 p.m. I asked the tech why does it say online they close at 5:00 he said because their boss hasn't changed it . I have seen folks coming to this business to have their other Lubeshops headaches (stripped oil plugs, etc) fixed, and get valuable insights as to what services they need, not upselling some unneeded services. Compare prices and service and speed and location offered and it becomes clear why his second location in town is a huge success as is his first location on Allessandro blvd across from US Post ofc. If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD, DONT EVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! Let me start off first by saying I am a very young lady who THEY may think doesn't know anything about cars and let me just tell you they took advantage of the fact that I was YOUNG and a girl I shouldn't say they I should say GIO because he is the man that took advantage of me and KEPT my oil. I was told that I could buy my own oil and filter and he could do an oil change for me for $20 so I went to O'Reillys bought my oil and filter which was $41 and not to mention my car needs full synthetic oil, my car is a 2013 Mazda 3, so I buy the oil and take him my car takes him about 15 minutes, because I never saw him (GIO) put the oil into my car I asked another guy who was younger and I asked him are you sure he put the oil into my car, and he goes I'm sure but let me double check and ask him so he asks him and he says yes he put the oil in your car and he put the remaining of oil in the backseat of my car and I said okay but why I was questioning it because the container that they put the oil in and then pour into the car was still full of oil so that's why I was a little suspicious but they reassured me so I left so I leave and I'm driving my car throughout the day and a sensor comes on on my car that has never turned on before since I had my car only turned on since I got the oil change at this place by GIO, I then take my car to get an alignment and the guy there asks me what a noise is on my car and I'm not sure just told him got my oil change and now there's a sensor after I got it and he checked it well turns out GIO never put MY OIL that I bought in my car so the guy who is doing my alignment asked for the remaining oil that he left me so he put it in for me and then checked and it still wasn't enough so he even put some of his own oil from his shop to put in my car and it then was finally enough so he put 3QUARTS of his own synthetic oil from his shop and the 1 quart that I had left of my own the point is, is that GIO never put oil in my car and he KEPT MY FULL SYNTHETIC BLEND OIL and is now gonna make money off of it so not ONLY did I loose my oil but I also LOST THE $20 I PAID FOR HIM TO DO NOTHING to my car it's so sad and low that an older man is going to take advantage of a young girl like me GIO if your reading this, imagine a man doing this to your daughter or granddaughter.
