I am a retired power plant coordinator 35 years. Went there for an oil change. I noticed my foot pedal pad was off the pedal. Didn't think of it as it being a bad thing so placed pad back on myself. By that reason I decided to open the hood to check oil levels. I never seen new oil as dirty as the one jiffy lube had replaced it with. All I ask is that anyone having your oil change please check your dip stick after your service So basically it seems as though they replaced my oil with dirty recycled oil. After the service, I watched the technician immediately start my car and pull it forward without checking for leaks or inspecting underneath--no one visibly monitored the car after it was running. When I asked about this, the manager (who was there on his day off) insisted they do a "thorough inspection," but that's hard to believe when the post-start check clearly didn't happen. jiffy lube does not service your vehicle properly for the service you pay for! I've been going to Jiffy Lube for over 12 years with our first vehicles which was a mercury grand marquis, and a 2008 Chevy 2500 Chevy Marquis had the lower A-frame fall off at my wife's work when she backed out my Chevy 2500 at the top Ball joint fall off that was maybe for five years after being serviced by Jiffy Lube which now I know doesn't grease vehicles. I first reported this one almost a year ago at four different locations that every time I got your oil changed I checked the grease Certs they were not being greased, so I called complained about the four local Jiffy Lube's because the one in Anaheim I would not go to anymore and each independent owner said that they now have grease guns, so I went back to the ones closest to my house and specifically told them I know you have grease guns, and he said that my unit is sealed and again I told them it is not there are Grease certs and it needs to be greased! After completing service he came in and said we did find a grease Certs and everything is greased and service was complete. This was a flat outright lie to a paying customer !!! This been going on over 13 years of a company that has been screwing the American people by so-called offering a service that they are not giving but the American people are paying for. I think a class action lawsuit needs to be started against Jiffy Lube and everybody's who has had a vehicle serviced should get a partial or full refund for each service. Where it not been completed!!! And I wonder how many government agencies are having their vehicles serviced by Jiffy Lube with our tax money and they we are not getting the service and the critical infrastructure of our government vehicles!? Was contacted by the owner of Jiffy Lube and said they did grease the front end. They supposedly have a video on it so I'm going to look at the video tomorrow when I get my wife's car serviced I'll let you know how that goes but me as being a train mechanic, no putting eight pumps inside of a grease fitting Means it was almost empty and you can ask anybody. Stopped in today for a quick oil change 2/18/25. I brought my own oil and filter with me so I was only paying for labor. It was 51 bucks and some change just for the labor. I thought it was kinda steep for something so simple but I was in and out in a jiffy ( you see what I did there ) lol. One everything said and done it still cost me about the same as the dealer minus the extremely long wait. I don't think they checked tire pressure levels but that's not what came here for but I was expecting that since they do that at other places such as Valvoline. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was my first time at a jiffy lube in general so I thought it was a drive up and sit in your type deal. I was wrong. You drive, you wait, they tell you to leave your keys and go to the office/waiting room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In the waiting room there was plenty of seating with free coffee which wasn't half bad. I my oil light was like, "Don't you see my change oil!! Do not continue to Ignore my light!!! So I went to Jiffy Lube in Redlands on Redlands. The two gentlemen were quite nice and proceeded to change my oil. I use synthetic Oil only, because my husband who is deceased and was mechanically knowledgeable. The best oil to use is synthetic. So I've been been using synthetic oil only in all my vehicles with good mileage and upkeep, it worth the few extra dollars. Had a better experience at this location than most other Jiffy Lubes, and I usually keep my expectations low. Was approached right away after pulling up. Thanks to JR and Raul for being patient and honest with me, especially since I had just finished a graveyard shift and was anxious about the burning smell in my engine. I had gotten my oil changed at a Tustin Jiffy Lube 2 weeks ago - the past 2 days there was a burning smell and the last day I was getting low oil pressure alerts. Turns out a defective oil filter was causing oil to leak all over my engine =/ I knew that whatever was causing the burning and how to fix it might be out of their control, but JR was upfront with me before, during, and after to help me figure it out. What a relief! At checkout he gave me a heads up about residual burning of oil remaining on the engine, so I would know to expect a smell still, and to maybe consider finding someone who could clean up the engine. Very appreciative of how they were willing to try to find the problem, fix it, and how they kept me informed and answered my questions. read more

Completely rude manager very disrespectful!! I went to get my tire pressure properly adjusted, one the workers told me to pull in and he immediately runs out and tells me to leave. No explanation just extremely abrupt and aggressively telling me to reverse. The arrows point forward in direction so when i asked to continue straight through to go with the direction of traffic he wouldn't allow me. I dont know why? Great customer service. Pulled up & immediately a Technician came out to help. Waited in lobby area & another technician let me know my cabin filter needed to be changed & that my air filter was good & was honest to say he didn't want to sell me anything I didn't need. Less than 15 mins my car was done & they accepted my digital coupon. Went to my car & they should me my oil level to ensure they did the work. They cleaned my windows & I believe they even vacuumed my front mats. ( Haven't seen service like this since the 90's) it was just fantastic. This will definitely be my regular place now. I just left here and I've got to say I am blown away. The service was amazing. They were about to close and took me anyway and offered me coffee while I waited. Raul the manager was very detailed on what was going on with my car and made sure I was taken care of. I even forgot my water bottle and he flagged me down and handed it to me in my car. Great customer service, soft opening and I was greeted with a smile by an Employee Ron. Of course with a newly opened shop it was very clean with great coffee and the service was definitely fast. Moments after taking a seat An Employee Angel had come inside and went over vehicle recommendations and had offered a $20 dollar off because of the grand opening, they made it very easy and I would most definitely come back for my next 5k miles, only slight issue would be it is kind of pricey but with the coupons it becomes reasonable read more

First time coming to this jiffy lube and at fist I was hesitant because the last time I went to one was a few months ago at the Heacock location and they tried to sell me filters that I had changed myself. When I came to this new store , everyone was so inviting and friendly. They showed me my filters and mentioned they were still good , the technician was very precise on what oil my car uses and what grade of oil covers and everything, they did things that no other shop usually does like clean my windows, clean my carpets and review all my fluids, they added air to my tires and I was in and out in 10-15 min. I would much rather pay a bit more and have everything taken care of than wait hours at the dealer and them not do half the things this store does! I will definitely be coming back to this location again with all my vehicles and definitely recommending them to my family and friends! read more

Being a new location, I thought I would have the best customer experience, but it was quite the opposite, probably the worst I ever experienced. My initial quote at the door was different from the actual cost. Then reps persisted during tire rotation that 40% of my lug nuts were stripped and they couldn't proceed with tire rotation. It wasn't until I asked to inspect all of the lugs that the rep admitted of his wrong doing. The wheel he attempted to start/work on was the only lugs damaged. After all of the back n forward, rep contacted and corporate instructed him to replace all 5 lugs with OEM parts, but only changed 4 because he didn't have enough cash on hand to buy the 5th lug. During checkout rep provided me $20 off the entire suggesting that I provide a good survey and earn my future business. Two weeks since the nightmare visit, my vehicle is now leaking oil. I highly recommend corporate reaching out to make this right, since I don't want to go through another argument with the locate shop. My jeep has never had issues until this visit. read more
