    My husband and I went this Saturday to look at vehicles and from start to finish, our experience with this dealership was nothing short of amazing. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge thank you to Jessy and his team Jose and Victor for taking such great care of us during our purchase!. They were professional, patient, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their customers--not just making a sale. What really stood out was something that happened after we left the dealership. Later that day, we stopped at a charging station, and Bailey--who works at the dealership--unexpectedly approached us. He had no idea who we were or that we had just purchased from PVK, but he still took the time (even after hours) to help us understand charging, setting up an account, and finding compatible stations for our Kia EV6. That kind of genuine, unprompted help says everything about the team and the culture at this dealership. It wasn't about recognition or credit--just someone going out of their way to help. It's rare to experience this level of customer care, both during and after the sale. We truly appreciate everyone and will absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family!

If you're looking for someone who will actually listen to your needs and work hard to get you what you want, I highly recommend asking for Mo Salam.     Summary: If you visit this location, especially on a Saturday, I strongly recommend marking your tires beforehand and confirming that all promised services--like tire rotation and inspections--are actually performed. Saturdays consistently suffer from a shortage of mechanics, and this has affected service quality. This was the second time I experienced excessive delays due to mechanics calling in sick. It may be worth reevaluating whether this location should remain open on Saturdays for the safety of your family. Background: On Saturday, May 24th, I brought my car in for its 40K service, which included a tire rotation, oil and filter change, and a complimentary multi-point inspection. I also reported that the car was shaking at freeway speeds (65-70+ mph) and asked them to check the alignment. I was told that the alignment machine wasn't available that day and that only one or two mechanics were working that day. They advised me to return on a weekday for the alignment. Since I had a long trip planned to Los Angeles and San Diego (~322 miles), I scheduled a follow-up appointment for June 4th. Upon arrival, the service advisor performed a visual inspection and asked me to turn the front tires to check the inner tread. To our surprise, the front tires were severely worn on the inside due to misalignment and needed to be replaced (see picture). They initially offered to sell me a new set of tires, but since they weren't in stock, I would have had to wait until the next day. I declined and went to a different tire shop for new tires and alignment. At the new location, the technician inspected the tires and confirmed that this level of wear would not have occurred in just 11 days. It should have been caught during the May 24th inspection and rotation. This raised serious concerns that the tires were never rotated or properly inspected. I returned to the Kia service center a few days later and spoke with the service manager. I explained the situation and showed him the service report, which falsely indicated that the tires were in good condition (see picture). He said he would investigate and follow up. A few days later, he called back and said the mechanic had seen the tire damage but didn't think it was serious. They offered to refund the cost of the tire rotation. However, the issue wasn't the money--it was the fact that my family's safety was compromised due to negligence, and no corrective actions or process improvements were promised. This location also pressures customers to leave positive reviews. I was encouraged to give a high rating, which I did, but later found I couldn't change it (see picture). I will be contacting Kia Corporate to report this incident. I hope they address the staffing shortages and ensure that all listed services are properly completed. No family should be put at risk due to incomplete or negligent service.

Now for what made me write this review. I had brought in a part that I had under warranty. When I went in to go exchange it, the person attending me couldn't find the part under 2 3 different phone numbers and an account I have with them. I found that odd and ending up buying a whole new part and using the part I brought in for my core charge. I go in the next day and talk to someone new to ask about the warranty and they were able to find my part with the account that I had with them. I had asked if they were able to somehow refund the part I bought the day prior and they had said that they wouldn't be able to give me a solid answer and to talk to the store manager or assistant store manager. That wasn't a problem for me. I go in the next day and talked to the assistant store manager and they confirmed that they were able to do what I had asked and that they would give me a call. They just told me that it would take about 7 days as they needed to request the part back from the depot to do the swap. This was done on a Monday. On Thursday afternoon I receive a call from the assistant store manager stating that the part had came back from the depot and that the exchange was successful. They went ahead and refunded the part that I bought a couple days prior without me needing to be present. Great service from O'Reillys! Shout out to Jesus and the assistant store manager!

ANDREW RAMIREZ not only provides high quality customer service but is also able to help guests in a timely and efficient manner. been having weird issue with my car recently, weird logo on the dash and my windshield wipers have been smearing dirt on my windshield when i use them. had no idea what was going on! no way im taking my car in to a shop to get absolutely taxed. went in to autozone the other day and asked for help from andrew ramirez and he was on it in a jiffy. he told me exactly what was going on and what i needed to fix it! turns out my windshield wiper fluid was low and he directed me towards some different options until we ruled out what was best for my car. since then ive never had that problem! anytime i need help im going straight to andrew ramirez! super sweet and funny guy, cracked funny jokes the entire time! left auto zone with a smile on my face and a happy car. thank you andrew! give this guy a raise and a promotion ASAP!
