My husband and I went this Saturday to look at vehicles and from start to finish, our experience with this dealership was nothing short of amazing. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge thank you to Jessy and his team Jose and Victor for taking such great care of us during our purchase!. They were professional, patient, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their customers--not just making a sale. What really stood out was something that happened after we left the dealership. Later that day, we stopped at a charging station, and Bailey--who works at the dealership--unexpectedly approached us. He had no idea who we were or that we had just purchased from PVK, but he still took the time (even after hours) to help us understand charging, setting up an account, and finding compatible stations for our Kia EV6. That kind of genuine, unprompted help says everything about the team and the culture at this dealership. It wasn't about recognition or credit--just someone going out of their way to help. It's rare to experience this level of customer care, both during and after the sale. We truly appreciate everyone and will absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family!

My name is Kenneth, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mo Salam while searching for a new car. From the moment I walked in, Mo treated me with genuine respect and professionalism. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked the right questions, and never once made me feel pressured. Not only did he find the perfect car for me, but he also made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His knowledge, patience, and dedication truly stood out. I've worked with salespeople before, but Mo went above and beyond in every way. If you're looking for someone who will actually listen to your needs and work hard to get you what you want, I highly recommend asking for Mo Salam. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this process--he's a true professional and an even better human being.

Summary: If you visit this location, especially on a Saturday, I strongly recommend marking your tires beforehand and confirming that all promised services--like tire rotation and inspections--are actually performed. Saturdays consistently suffer from a shortage of mechanics, and this has affected service quality. This was the second time I experienced excessive delays due to mechanics calling in sick. It may be worth reevaluating whether this location should remain open on Saturdays for the safety of your family. Background: On Saturday, May 24th, I brought my car in for its 40K service, which included a tire rotation, oil and filter change, and a complimentary multi-point inspection. I also reported that the car was shaking at freeway speeds (65-70+ mph) and asked them to check the alignment. I was told that the alignment machine wasn't available that day and that only one or two mechanics were working that day. They advised me to return on a weekday for the alignment. Since I had a long trip planned to Los Angeles and San Diego (~322 miles), I scheduled a follow-up appointment for June 4th. Upon arrival, the service advisor performed a visual inspection and asked me to turn the front tires to check the inner tread. To our surprise, the front tires were severely worn on the inside due to misalignment and needed to be replaced (see picture). They initially offered to sell me a new set of tires, but since they weren't in stock, I would have had to wait until the next day. I declined and went to a different tire shop for new tires and alignment. At the new location, the technician inspected the tires and confirmed that this level of wear would not have occurred in just 11 days. It should have been caught during the May 24th inspection and rotation. This raised serious concerns that the tires were never rotated or properly inspected. I returned to the Kia service center a few days later and spoke with the service manager. I explained the situation and showed him the service report, which falsely indicated that the tires were in good condition (see picture). He said he would investigate and follow up. A few days later, he called back and said the mechanic had seen the tire damage but didn't think it was serious. They offered to refund the cost of the tire rotation. However, the issue wasn't the money--it was the fact that my family's safety was compromised due to negligence, and no corrective actions or process improvements were promised. This location also pressures customers to leave positive reviews. I was encouraged to give a high rating, which I did, but later found I couldn't change it (see picture). I will be contacting Kia Corporate to report this incident. I hope they address the staffing shortages and ensure that all listed services are properly completed. No family should be put at risk due to incomplete or negligent service.

Danny was called to inspect and repair a water leak in her vehicle. He initially quoted $360 via text message--no formal documentation, invoice, or written estimate was ever provided. A few days later, Danny claimed additional parts were needed but failed to specify what those parts were or how much they would cost. Despite multiple requests for a breakdown of charges and parts, no information was given. Then, without warning or authorization for any additional work, Danny texted that the vehicle was "all fixed" and demanded $740--more than double the original quote. At no point was a revised estimate presented, nor was consent given for extra repairs. This lack of transparency and disregard for proper documentation is especially concerning given that the customer is an elderly woman. It's clear she was taken advantage of during this process. Danny's reply was, I can come back and remove all the parts and give your money back, what's an 83-year lady supposed to do? Consumers--especially seniors--deserve honesty, clarity, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you have a like story, please post it to avoid this happening to someone else.

Today was my lucky day and the first thing I did when Mario was done was rush to write this review…read more I have an older vehicle that was running horribly. I had been told that I needed a tune up but the quotes were a lot so I was putting it off. Well it took a turn for the worse and was getting close to undriveable. I made an appointment with a reputable auto repair shop in the area to get it taken care of. They looked it over and called me and said they were declining to work on it because it had over 10 codes on the OBP scan, they had to jump start it from the parking lot (news to me) and could barely drive it into the bay. They recommended taking it to the dealership (out of the question) or start looking for a replacement vehicle. I left dejected, thinking it was a goner. I called around looking for someone who would be willing to work on it and right away. One call was to Mario, who had a mobile service. I wasn't sure about the mobile thing as opposed to a brick and mortar garage but was willing to roll the dice because he had an opening the following morning. He was running behind due and I considered going to a local shop because I thought he might not be able to get to me and I needed it done that day and couldn't put it off. However, I just had a good feeling about him, and because of our phone conversation he really demonstrated a lot of knowledge about my vehicle. I decided to wait it out and have faith in him, and it really paid off. Not only is my truck purring like a kitten again but his cost came under what the shops were charging. In fact, I couldn't even get a firm quote from other people- they were leaving the door open that the price could go up depending on what they encountered and were also talking about $200ish diagnostic fees in addition to the repair cost before the work was done. I'm gonna be calling this guy, and I'm gonna keep his ass busy. I had a trusted mechanic for over 20 years who passed away, and so I was a free agent looking for another good guy. I think I'm officially off the market and I have three cars that need upkeep. 100% satisfaction today. He's definitely a master of his craft and was very fair and honest from soup to nuts. Now if you'll excuse me I have to get back on the gas.
