Reached out asking why my past service records were adjusted when I pointed a few issues out, and why my mileage was then messed with on my paperwork post-dated. Got an email response asking I call back on May 6th, and I have been calling back since May 8th. My calls and emails have been dodged ever since by the service manager, instead having the advisor finally call me back and try to get my car in, however I am needing to get this settled with the manager instead, as the advisor also has not been transparent in his pricing and service. Beyond frustrated. This is from an oil change service gone extended due to a repair found and covered under warranty and unfinished since the end of March. read more

On 07/17/25 I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor in for service to get oil changed and they performed a free inspection on it while I was there. They informed me that the rear brake pads were needing changed that day or it would destroy my rotors. At the time of service I didn't have hundreds of dollars to spend on brake and thought I would just get them done when I got to Ohio in a couple months since I hardly drive it much. Now in Ohio I took it to the local Fird dealership to get oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and have about 80% left on them. Why would Tim Moron try sell me something I don't need Also Tim Moron did my last oil change and never put everything back together right as you can see paperwork below. Update as of 6/19. The manager, Kory and Alex both came to my home clearly described the investigation they were doing and what they hoped to change to prevent this from happening in the future. THIS is what a company should do when an issue arises. They discussed options concerning credits on an account for future service as well as reimbursement for the pads I bought and installed. I appreciate the responses I received for my experience and that they are attempting to prevent this in the future. read more

The sales office was great! Vehicle had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. Not sure why this wasn't caught before selling the vehicle. Service department, not so good. Took vehicle in to fix. Appointment was made 1 week in advance. No parts when we brought it in. So far they have had vehicle 3 days with no work done. Also purchased locking lugnuts. Since vehicle was there to be fixed due to their negligence, figured they could at least intstall them for us. Nope! Want to charge us $150.00 to put them on. " Eric Came and Did a Great Ford Recall " Eric came to my house from Tim Moran Ford to do a Ford Vehicle Recall job on my 2018 Ford Explorer. The Windshield Trim Molding on both sides of my windshield was to be taken off and replaced with brand-new Windshield Trim Molding. Eric a young 22-year-old service man came exactly on time, and was a super nice worker, with a great personality. Eric answered all of my questions as he removed my 2 old Windshield Trim Moldings on both sides of my Ford's windshield, and replaced them within 1 hour with new Windshield Trim Moldings. Alex in service was SO GREAT. We took our Expedition in for a coolant issue, not covered under warranty unfortunately and pretty darn expensive, BUT Alex detected an issue with the transmission and we had 500 miles left on warranty! He managed to get the repair covered completely at over $9,000. We still had to pay $1700 for the coolant issue, but thank goodness Alex did a thorough inspection and was able to get the transmission replaced. I would trust Alex completely! read more

Had my oil changed today they pick my 2022 Ford F250 truck up for a Oil Change and service they delivered truck back tonight' and truck is leaking oil from oil filter and looks like when they drained the oil it went all over the front frame they did not bother to clean the oil off the frame as it is dripping on to my driveway they charge $353.00 and this is the poor Quality workmanship beware of Tim Moran Ford! read more

They quoted us $57k for a Bronco Outerbanks out the door, then when we drove over an hour to sign the paperwork, they said there were add-ons that could not be removed and we would have to pay an extra $5k. I went in back in February, was told I could not get the car I wanted, had to start small.. that was fine but I Was curious why they kept pushing this car on me but still took it, I was told to bring it in, in 6 months to trade it, I hadn't even had it 4 full months and it completely broke down, almost causing an accident for us. They said they didn't even feel safe giving us the car back at one point. They have had it over a month and said there's nothing wrong with it and trying to give it back to me to drive. They saw there was issues, but they "disappeared " the service guy Ben has been super helpful but the service manager I think Corey, was supposed to call us 2 times and we never hear back, apparently he's to busy to help anyone. So now we are stuck with a car payment and car that's not even drivable since I don't feel safe in it. Called beginning of Aug to get a service done on F150 and check on any recalls for my truck. Once they answered they continued to connect me through someone else, I talked to probably 3-4 people until I got someone who "said they would help then he connected me through someone else again. The last person I got connected to went straight to voice mail. I left a voice mail with my name and number and the what I needed. All of Aug has passed and I tried calling again but no answer this time and I haven't gotten a call back. Horrible service and seems like no one there knows what they are doing let alone knows what anyone else is doing. I called to schedule a repair of the heater and backup camera for my 2022 F250. Service writer said I would have to bring it in for a diagnostic - seemed fine. They said after the diagnostic I would have to "get in line" for about 5 days until they could start the repair - also seemed fine. Here is where they lost me...I was told that they wanted to keep the truck for the five days it was going to take for them to start the repair. I asked if I would be given a loaner- service person confirmed that my service contract included a loaner BUT I couldn't get one until they actually started the repair. Why would anyone let them keep their vehicle for a whole work week waiting for repairs to a non-safety issue like a heater and a back up camera? To confirm - I asked if I could take the vehicle home after the diagnostic and bring back on the day of the scheduled repair and they refused. I will never use this dealership for any future purchases or repairs. read more
