This was my second visit to Tim Moran Ford. I left a five star review on goggle last time. It won't let me review again, so I will yelp! The experience was stellar! To note, I had to leave quickly and (Bless his heart) Tyler found me truck and expedited its return so that I could head back home. I soooo appreciate this exceptional customer service!! Please give Tyler a pat on the back and a bonus!!!!! read more

I have never felt more comfortable than I was when working with Leo at Ford. There was no pressure, great conversation and even greater concern for getting my daughter in the right vehicle. I am bringing my entire family here to work with Leo. Shout out to Ramy as well!!! Great experience! read more

On 07/17/25 I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor in for service to get oil changed and they performed a free inspection on it while I was there. They informed me that the rear brake pads were needing changed that day or it would destroy my rotors. At the time of service I didn't have hundreds of dollars to spend on brake and thought I would just get them done when I got to Ohio in a couple months since I hardly drive it much. Now in Ohio I took it to the local Fird dealership to get oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and have about 80% left on them. Why would Tim Moron try sell me something I don't need Also Tim Moron did my last oil change and never put everything back together right as you can see paperwork below. If this stuff was missing they should have told me like Ford if Mansfield did. Sad is that we just bought a 2025 Bronco from them too read more

Moises was great, very helpful and gave very fast assistance as well. Very happy with the overall experience

Reached out asking why my past service records were adjusted when I pointed a few issues out, and why my mileage was then messed with on my paperwork post-dated. Got an email response asking I call back on May 6th, and I have been calling back since May 8th. My calls and emails have been dodged ever since by the service manager, instead having the advisor finally call me back and try to get my car in, however I am needing to get this settled with the manager instead, as the advisor also has not been transparent in his pricing and service. Beyond frustrated. This is from an oil change service gone extended due to a repair found and covered under warranty and unfinished since the end of March. read more

Update as of 6/19. The manager, Kory and Alex both came to my home clearly described the investigation they were doing and what they hoped to change to prevent this from happening in the future. THIS is what a company should do when an issue arises. They discussed options concerning credits on an account for future service as well as reimbursement for the pads I bought and installed. I appreciate the responses I received for my experience and that they are attempting to prevent this in the future. read more

Service needs improvement about communication, always leaving unsatisfied, they asked me if I wanted my car wash, I was like sure l.. came to pick it up and it was dirty. I dropped off my car. They didn't tell me they're gonna keep it for two days didn't give me a rental. I was the one who kept texting and calling them asking what was going on with my truck and still I had to wait all day. Customer service and communication is very important read more

Arturo Arreola made my car buying experience great here at Ford! I'm a returning customer.

Purchased a car in November my sales men was Leo , was promised warranty with free oil changes & tire rotation (full warranty) and I went to get my oil change done and they are saying it is not covered and I have to pay for my maintenance. Definitely not what was agreed , tried talking to the sales manager and was turned away saying I had to pay out of pocket for these service that were promised to me. read more

The sales office was great! Vehicle had a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. Not sure why this wasn't caught before selling the vehicle. Service department, not so good. Took vehicle in to fix. Appointment was made 1 week in advance. No parts when we brought it in. So far they have had vehicle 3 days with no work done. Also purchased locking lugnuts. Since vehicle was there to be fixed due to their negligence, figured they could at least intstall them for us. Nope! Want to charge us $150.00 to put them on. Will never use their service department again. read more

Shopping for a new car is historically not my favorite experience. Lorenzo, Vivian, and Brandon were incredible and very patient with me. Lorenzo especially went out of his way to put my family in the car right for us and did everything he could with the team to get the price right. The numbers guys never get a shout out but Brandon deserves one as well. These guys care about their sales of course but did not push anything on us out of our comfort zone. If you need new car this is the place to go. To those like me, your new car anxiety is also invited and will be treated kindly. read more

" Eric Came and Did a Great Ford Recall " Eric came to my house from Tim Moran Ford to do a Ford Vehicle Recall job on my 2018 Ford Explorer. The Windshield Trim Molding on both sides of my windshield was to be taken off and replaced with brand-new Windshield Trim Molding. Eric a young 22-year-old service man came exactly on time, and was a super nice worker, with a great personality. Eric answered all of my questions as he removed my 2 old Windshield Trim Moldings on both sides of my Ford's windshield, and replaced them within 1 hour with new Windshield Trim Moldings. Eric did a great Recall job, working perfectly to ensure everything he did was correct. Eric was a Great Service Technician !! read more

This was the fastest most AMAZING car buying trip I have ever had. I really didn't think it would be possible to get a car loan. Chris A and Steve worked a AMAZING deal for me. Had my oil changed today they pick my 2022 Ford F250 truck up for a Oil Change and service they delivered truck back tonight' and truck is leaking oil from oil filter and looks like when they drained the oil it went all over the front frame they did not bother to clean the oil off the frame as it is dripping on to my driveway they charge $353.00 and this is the poor Quality workmanship beware of Tim Moran Ford! read more

They quoted us $57k for a Bronco Outerbanks out the door, then when we drove over an hour to sign the paperwork, they said there were add-ons that could not be removed and we would have to pay an extra $5k. Even when we were discussing on the phone, they were extremely disorganized and told me and my boyfriend multiple different things. Don't waste your time - go to a different dealer. read more

Ramy and Lorenzo were great. They did a fantastic job , just got my E-Mach lease and we are happy with it

I went in back in February, was told I could not get the car I wanted, had to start small.. that was fine but I Was curious why they kept pushing this car on me but still took it, I was told to bring it in, in 6 months to trade it, I hadn't even had it 4 full months and it completely broke down, almost causing an accident for us. They said they didn't even feel safe giving us the car back at one point. They have had it over a month and said there's nothing wrong with it and trying to give it back to me to drive. They saw there was issues, but they "disappeared " the service guy Ben has been super helpful but the service manager I think Corey, was supposed to call us 2 times and we never hear back, apparently he's to busy to help anyone. So now we are stuck with a car payment and car that's not even drivable since I don't feel safe in it. Super Disappointed cause we heard great things about this dealership that's why we went, but they are just crooks. read more

Great experience with sales department. Brandon and Julio are worth asking for. We didn't get the typical "sell you more" or kept at the dealership for hours. Best car buying experience in 45 years. read more

Alex in service was SO GREAT. We took our Expedition in for a coolant issue, not covered under warranty unfortunately and pretty darn expensive, BUT Alex detected an issue with the transmission and we had 500 miles left on warranty! He managed to get the repair covered completely at over $9,000. We still had to pay $1700 for the coolant issue, but thank goodness Alex did a thorough inspection and was able to get the transmission replaced. I would trust Alex completely! read more
