    Absolutely a joke of a dealership with zero communication and/or customer service skills. I drove over 200 miles from Las Vegas to get a CX-50 with a $30,000 check in my hand made out to the dealership, only to get told they sold the vehicle I wanted the day before. They feel they did nothing wrong. They wouldn't negotiate at all. They didn't care. They won't even admit fault and that's unacceptable. Find another dealership because they're utterly incompetent here. Valone, you Sir have failed......

    We purchased a used car from this place and 13 days later the catalytic converter went out. They told us many stories. Initially I was told they would cover the cost then my advisor went on vacation and I was called and told they wouldn't cover the repair. After many conversations with multiple people I finally got to Oscar he too refused to cover the cost of the repair and told me it was up to their discretion to purchase the vehicle back and they weren't going to buy it back from me. He got on the phone obviously upset that I wasn't happy about them selling me a car that needed 5k in repairs. He said maam you bought a used car with 90 thousand miles he repeated it several times. He made it seem as if it was my fault that they are selling faulty vehicles. He also said there was another instance where someone purchased a car and the engine blew up on the way home. He bought that car back but refused mine. He was telling me how great his employees did and when I tried to speak he said wait a minute and listen. He was condescending, rude, and not helpful at all. My initial quote for repairs was $4669 ish they called me and said they had a deal it would come out to $4418 and that the initial quote didn't have taxes. If you are considering purchasing a used car here DONT!!!!! To me they are scam artists that pick and choose who they want to help. Selling cars that need repairs in 13 days is diabolical. The lack of compassion from Oscar is horrible. He told me that he is running a business and that was his stance. They were very accommodating when I was purchasing the vehicle then they turned into business people and refused to help. I have since found out they are not BBB accredited. Hope this helps I would not purchase a car here . The warranty they give is 1000k miles or 3 months powertrain only. If your car breaks in the first month it's not covered. Typically people drive more than 1000 miles a month so the warranty is useless just another sales gimmick. Once you peel back the layers they do a lot of shady stuff. You just have to pay closer attention Any other company I purchased a car for and if issues arose in 30 days they covered them from Mossy Nissan to Volvo. I guess Mazda dealers just don't care unless you purchase a new Mazda from them. Update 7/26/25 my son took the vehicle to a repair shop for unrelated issues and they said the oil drip pan is fully saturated with oil so it's something that had to be an ongoing problem and should've been detected by the dealership and he advised us to take the car back to the dealership and have them repair it. I will update after the dealership visit and let you guys know how they choose to handle this so far they have failed us. I wouldn't buy a tonka truck from these guys

    I bought my Mazda 3 here and the service was amazing from start to finish. Crystal was low pressure and knowledgeable and I was in and out on a weeknight after work. They gave me a fair price for my trade and they even beat my credit union rate. I have also brought my car in for regular service and the level of customer service is top notch. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

    This is such an amazing dealership. I was looking at buying my first car and was just looking at a car to get a picture and to make sure it was the exact car I wanted to get a couple months down the line, I pulled to the dealership and Danny immediately came outside and made me and my family feel welcome. He helped me from the second we got in the lot to the second the pull d the car off the lot months later. He never pushed me, he knew this car was my dream and my motivation so he took a picture of me in it and told me to look at it everyday, I did and a couple weeks later I texted Danny and said I wanted to next one off the lot. I came in thinking I was going to buy the car but Oscar the general manager asked me first if he was allowed to talk to me instead of just immediately talking to me which made me feel comfortable as I'm 19 and went to the dealership the day of alone so I was anxious but Oscar sat me down and talked to me and helped me realize that their was better options and he helped me with Mazdas first time buyer program and got me a insane deal. I'm so grateful for Danny and Oscar and everything they helped me with!

    Price Reduction Email I received

    Deceptive Sales Practices Unveiled: Despite boasting of transparent pricing, this dealership resorts to misleading tactics, tarnishing its reputation. They falsely advertise no games or gimmicks in pricing, yet employ inflated MSRP figures to showcase seemingly substantial discounts. Disappointingly, they lured me in with an enticing price only to backtrack on their offer. You can read below about my interaction with Mazda of Temecula if you are interested. Ultimately, I am filing a complaint with the DMV, the licensing authority overseeing the dealership's operations. For those who share similar grievances, here is the link to the INV 172A, Record of Complaint Form for recourse. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/uploads/2021/11/INV172A_RecordOfComplaint.pdf My interaction with Mazda of Temecula began with optimism upon discovering a car via Carfax. However, after initial discussions, I found the proposed cost of $26,991 unsuitable. Shortly after declining, I received an email notifying me of a price reduction, accompanied by an iPacket containing details of the car now priced at $20,995. Intrigued yet cautious, I verified the new price with the sales representative, who confirmed its validity. Confident, I requested paperwork for purchase, anticipating collection later in the week. However, upon receiving the contract, the price reflected was $24,995, not the agreed-upon $20,995. To my dismay, I was informed that the $20,995 price was contingent on a $4,000 Pre-Owned EV Rebate, conveniently omitted until the contract stage. Despite their assertion that this information was disclosed in the iPacket's disclaimer, scrutiny revealed no such mention. Additionally, the provided a disclaimer referencing a different vehicle altogether, highlighting further deception. Throughout the process, pertinent details such as the rebate disclaimer were deliberately withheld, despite ample opportunities for disclosure. In addition, they buried the $4k into my finance contract as a manufacturer's rebate that I would have had to pay out of pocket like a down payment and would never have be reimbursed. They knew I would not have qualified for the rebate and did not disclose at any time. Buyer's stay educated and beware. Consequently, I endured wasted time, subjected my credit score to unnecessary scrutiny (lost 4 points), and left empty-handed.

I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

    The service department cannot be trusted, at least in my experience. I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

I worked with Ceasar at DCH Chrysler Dodge Temecula to sell my car, and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and fair from start to finish. I drove nearly two hours to work with him because he gave me the best offer for my vehicle. That alone says a lot, but what really stood out was how he handled everything once I got there. No games, no last-minute deductions, no pressure. He easily could've knocked the price down over small things like a couple scratches or not having a second key fob -- but he didn't. He honored the offer and treated me with respect the entire time. If I hadn't already purchased my next car, I would've absolutely bought through him and the dealership. I'll definitely keep them in mind moving forward, and I wouldn't hesitate to make that drive again just to work with Ceasar. Highly recommend if you want a straightforward, respectful experience -- which is harder to find than it should be.

It ended up taking 12 days, and when I finally got my car back, it was dirty and dusty. It gets Worse! Before dropping off my car, I took photos for my records and marked the tires to verify if they were rotated (which is very important for vehicle safety). When I picked it up, the marked tires hadn't been rotated, even though the invoice documented the tire rotation was complete. The most frustrating part is they kept my car for 12 days, so in the interim I had to figure out how to get to work.
