    This is the second time this year our family is buying a car from Temecula Valley Toyota. Phenomenal dealership and customer service here. With six kiddos we bought eight cars over the last few years been to dealerships all over Lake Elsinore & Riverside, non-compared to Temecula Valley Toyota. Steve our sales associate was very patient and thorough, thank you Steve. Also our guy Nick in the Financial Dept, this guy above and beyond for sure. Ultimately just made sure my wife was extremely happy. Amazing warranties, and even extended maintenance packages, no more headaches for the wifey. I couldn't be more grateful, thank you Steve and Nick and Temecula Valley Toyota

    Awesome service...if you got a Toyota bring it here...Alex Anbari helped me out and was very knowledgeable and even did his own research to see my trucks history...very impressed and loved the lounge to wait in. Will definitely be recommending and bringing my vehicles for future service.

    This review is for the service department. Disappointed in so many ways! I recently leased a new vehicle from Temecula Valley Toyota. The lease comes with complementary maintenance for the first 25,000 miles or 24 months (whichever comes first). Naturally I take advantage of this service since it's included in the cost of the vehicle. Sadly their service department is lacking anything resembling customer service. I arrived about 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. Upon entering the property, I ended up in a line to be checked in by a "greeter". The line was about 5 or 6 cars deep. Moved along slowly as the person checking people in worked on an iPad or tablet and placed numbers on the vehicles. When I approached the check in station, the attendant didn't look at me, but rather blandly stated, "what's the time and name for the appointment". After I shared my information, she still didn't look in my direction, grabbed a number hat and placed it on my windshield. She finally looked at me and said, go ahead and pull forward. I would think the person on this role would be a little more personable and possibly smile and look at customers in the eyes when talking to them.... Not the case. I then pulled forward to the area where service advisors meet with customers and waited again. By now, it was almost 15 minutes after I had arrived on property. Other cars had been removed from this area both ahead of me and behind. Still waiting. I was asked to pull forward to make more space for more cars to wait behind me. Eventually my advisor came out to discuss my vehicle. Not a whole lot to do with my vehicle at this time. I mentioned that I would wait for my car to be worked on and headed to the waiting room. Inside, it looked like a classroom. A few rows of chairs facing a tv screen with a beverage station in the corner with coffee machine, creamers and mini fridge with water bottles. The creamers were pretty disgusting! Drips and drops from each of the creamers were all over the place. Doesn't look like this area is thoroughly cleaned ever. They have a complimentary charging station with various cables for different electronic devices. Even an old 30 pin for an iPhone 3! Each of these cables has deteriorated over time. Again, very little care for this "complementary" service for customers. After about 45 minutes, my vehicle was ready. The advisor was thorough in going over details of my service, which I appreciated. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my phone wasn't synching with my car, which it usually does immediately when I get in and start my car. I looked at the display and noticed a "guest" was signed into the audio system and my profile was logged out. This is something that someone has to manually do. So apparently the technician paired their device to my car while they were performing the service. So glad they were entertained while working on my car! Anyway, while this service is "complementary", I hope they improve on how the entire operation runs so customers can look forward to using this service offered by Toyota. Keep on Yelp'n!

    I purchased a used 2023 Toyota Tacoma today from TV Toyota, and I am throughly impressed and pleased with the entire experience! The Sales and Finance people were very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. I got the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I especially want to commend my sales person Jaime. Not only did he make my shopping experience enjoyable, he even delivered the truck to my house, so I had time to go to the bank and secure the check for him. Totally Above and beyond service!

I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

My husband wanted a specific model in a specific color ("Ether," I think?), so it had to be custom ordered from Japan and shipped to California. He had been working with John Cunningham, who gave him frequent updates about the status of the car from its time in the factory all the way to its delivery to the dealership. Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. Of course they could do it for under $900 ( didn't include an alignment which it will need after the work done). I declined went elsewhere for a second opinion and told it wasn't needed ( what a shocker). It seems they have something always "highly" recommended to be done and my experience is that it's always something different (brakes, new battery, or something else) and I get the second opinion which proves to be not necessary. Yes I get it there is something that will need replacing, repaired or serviced but stop with the implied statement of it's highly recommended right now. Be aware that you will get the same experience when you go.
