While visiting my children in Southern California from Washington State, the transmission in my nearly new Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax failed with only about 25,000 miles on it. Needless to say, having a major transmission failure that early--especially while hundreds of miles from home--was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, I was able to get the truck to Paradise Chevrolet, and I cannot say enough good things about how they treated me. From the beginning, Paradise Chevrolet stepped up to help. They helped get me into a rental vehicle while I was in town and continued working with me after I had to return home to Washington. When Chevrolet's warranty process would not cover my rental expenses the way I expected, Paradise Chevrolet went above and beyond and actually reimbursed me themselves. They did not have to take responsibility for Chevrolet's shortcomings, but they chose to take care of their customer anyway. That says a lot about a dealership and the people running it. I would 100% recommend Paradise Chevrolet based on the customer service I received. They took a very frustrating situation and did everything within their control to make it better. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with Chevrolet itself. This was my first Chevy, and having a Silverado 2500HD Duramax suffer a major transmission failure at only 25,000 miles has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. I had owned the truck for over two years, but it was basically a "princess truck" that spent much of its life sitting in my driveway and certainly was not abused. Between such an early major mechanical failure and my disappointment with Chevrolet's warranty support, I would have a very difficult time recommending a Chevy or purchasing another one. But Paradise Chevrolet? Absolutely. They earned my respect and my recommendation. Great customer service, great communication, and most importantly, they stepped up when I needed them. read more

This place is unorganized and a waste of time. I am in this dealers PMA and it's getting to the point where I would rather drive to another city. I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list. read more

I really wanted to like this place for my Corvette. Showed up for service on time with about a dozen other cars. They told me my advisor would be right with me, but after over 20 minutes, they took everybody plus another 1/2 dozen of so...and I'm standing in the drive looking like an idiot, so I left. Nobody offered an explanation or an ETA, just open ended. Service Mgr called several hours later to apologize, but Aaron Chevrolet is about the same distance, so gonna give them a try...too bad. read more

With as many positive reviews and accolades as this place receives, I am honestly disappointed with the service and communication I received. I initially brought my car in because the fuel economy/range did not seem accurate and I wanted to make sure there wasn't a larger underlying issue. I was told there were a few recommended services and that I would receive more details after they had a chance to fully inspect the vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience brought up some additional concerns for me. A few years ago, I had my battery replaced here and I later learned from another mechanic that the incorrect battery had been installed in my vehicle, which contributed to corrosion around the negative terminal. During this visit, I was told they would look into how far the corrosion had progressed. They also suspected an oil leak in the engine and said they would take a closer look. However, when I picked up my car, I was not given clear information about what they found or what the next steps should be. I left feeling very uninformed about the condition of my own vehicle. What was especially frustrating was being charged for a replacement brake fluid reservoir after they cracked the reservoir during the brake fluid service. I understand that "older" plastic components can become brittle, but I don't feel it is fair to charge the customer for a part that was damaged during the service. I was told the dealership would cover the overnight shipping but I still don't believe I should have been responsible for the replacement cost. During the ride home, my brakes also feel noticeably looser/ softer. They did offer me a rental vehicle, which I declined because I am on a budget and did not want to risk additional incremental costs. I also had to leave for work out of town before the rental place opened, so even if I accepted, I would not have made it. I also requested additional information on manufacturer recommendations for services needed at certain mileage and information about what to do with the transmission fluid because I missed the first one- again, nothing on the report or notes they gave me with my receipt. From what I also understand, AAA members get a discount and that discount was never applied, even when I mentioned it during intake. Between the previous battery issue, being charged for a part that was damaged during service, and the lack of communication about what was actually found during my inspection, this experience left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I don't see myself returning and would have a difficult time recommending this dealership to others. read more

Having anything done with my car at Paradise Chevy has always been a pleasurable experience. This time was no different. Ty is the perfect communicator! This review is for our second purchasing experience, this time with Matt. Again, this dealership is the gold standard for customer service. Matt was communicative and understanding of our needs. He was transparent and efficient throughout the entire process, which took less than 3 hours from start to finish. Matt ensured we received all the rebates and discounts we were eligible for. The entire staff shares a genuine, collective appreciation for customers. This was our second experience with Christian, one of the managers. Christian is the consummate professional and has a direct approach. He listens and he understands. He makes deals happen. Leo in finance is knowledgeable and efficient. He makes the otherwise onerous contracting piece pleasant. Paradise Chevrolet has the selection and most importantly, capable, quality individuals to make your next vehicle lease or purchase experience your best! read more

Great experience with Jon Hernandez! Went as smooth as could be. Overall very good. Highly recommend

While I had been to Paradise Cadillac for a rental, this was my first experience with their service department. The online check-in had a few hiccups, and I wasn't found in the system when I arrived. Nevertheless, despite a very busy 7 a.m. service department, I was greeted warmly and professionally. After a short wait, I met Aubry. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. Since I'd had the vehicle shipped from Florida, I explained what I wanted serviced. She took careful notes, provided an estimate, and told me the work and complimentary wash should be completed by 4 p.m. Aubry kept me updated by text throughout the day. Shortly after 4, she called to explain that although they could finish that afternoon, she didn't want the technician rushing the transmission flush. We agreed to let him finish it properly the following morning. I appreciated that. I didn't want the job rushed, either. Before 7 a.m. the next morning, Aubry messaged me that the car was ready. When I arrived, another associate offered to walk me across the lot to the cashier when I wasn't sure where to go. That small gesture was indicative of the entire experience. I was taken care of promptly, and Aubry personally drove my car up, greeted me with a big smile, and handed me the keys. I was extremely pleased with the service and, especially, the people. I'll be back because of Aubry's attention to detail, but it's obvious the entire team is on point. Thanks! read more

I've lived in Temecula four years now I take my car there for service actually three cars. I bought two of them from Paradise. I bought the new grand sport from Ryan Kelly a great hard to find sports car that will really hold its value. This is the launch edition and they're not marking them up so if you want the new baddest Corvette on the block go see Ryan because he's one of the few guys around that has one and he'll be happy to sell it to you a brand new 2027 grand sport. read more

Complete Dirt Bags. My Mom who is dying of cancer and ready to go onto hospice went into to turn in her lease which was already over priced. They treated us with very little respect and charged us/her over $6000 to turn in a lease with almost no miles on it. She only drove it to Walmart and back a couple times a week. Joshua S in sales was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.I appreciated his professionalism and great customer service.

I had a wonderful experience here. Esme (Esmeralda ) and the finance manager ( I'm so sorry it was late and I forget his name but he is likely a stand up comedian on the side if that helps) helped us out so much. Esme showed me everything about the Tahoe we purchased, was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles and really made sure I got what I wanted. The finance manager was efficient and informative and honestly hilarious. We had a great time in finance (not something you hear often). Disappointing experience. The vehicle was listed around $34k, but the out-the-door price came back close to $41k. Even accounting for taxes and standard fees, there was still a several-thousand-dollar gap made up of add-ons that were not clearly explained or agreed to upfront. When I asked for a full breakdown of pricing and financing, including the actual lender approval, I was not provided clear documentation. The rate presented seemed high, and without transparency, it raised concerns about how the financing terms were determined. The vehicle itself was clean, but the overall experience did not feel straightforward. I'd recommend others carefully review all pricing, add-ons, and financing details before moving forward. read more

Paradise Chevrolet quickly came to the rescue when our Traverse was disabled first thing on Monday morning. Within an hour, Kendal had a tow truck there to take it to their Service Department. If I could give this place less than a star I would. They have zero integrity! Let me explain, I was in the process of getting final out the door price on a vehicle via text, I do not live in Temecula. All of the sudden communication stops I never hear back from the salesman. This guy sold the car to someone else. Zero integrity! If it happened to me don't be surprised when it happens to you! Never ever trust a car salesman. They are some of the absolute worst people you will ever encounter. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership! The review below mine says these folks are honest. Really? I beg to differ! Clearly No salesman or dealership for that matter is honest! read more

I'll never come back here. My husband and I stopped by because we're in the market for a new car. Our family is growing and it's just time for something bigger. We pulled up to the dealership and of course a salesmen was already talking to us before we even fully stepped out of the car. Which really, wasn't the part that bothered us. We let the salesman know what we were looking for and he started showing us a few cars. He had us looking at the Traverse and I had mentioned I liked the RS (more expensive version) and he continued to walk us back to the base model. It was almost insulting because I'm assuming he just thought we couldn't afford something nicer? I then walked over to the Tahoes and again...he didn't even try to sell us on the car. Walked us straight back to the traverse base model. Again, most likely because he assumed we couldn't afford it? I'm sorry but that didn't make sense to me...why wouldn't you want to sell us a more expensive car? After that my husband walked straight back to the car. My husband even told me, "if he would've just tried a little bit, he would've got the sale". Waste of time. read more

Do not buy a car from here. I bought a car and less than a week later it overheated. Took it in and lo and behold, it had a blown head gasket and other issues and ended up in the shop with them for 2 months! Luckily I'd bought the warranty but even with that, the warranty company denied the claim and I had to wait for Paradise Chevrolet to do the right thing and cover all the costs since they sold me a broken vehicle. This was the worse experience buying a car. They sweet talk you in the beginning of course and once you buy the car, they treat you as if you're a bother. Overview of the worst experience I've ever had during a purchase. I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new truck from this dealership., I have all the financial documents signed by both parties to prove it. During the purchasing process I made it clear that I needed to ship the vehicle to Hawaii. After coming to a conclusion on a final price out the door for the vehicle they said that they would ship it for me for 7k, I told them they didn't need to because I already had a quote for 5600. They came back and told me that they would match my quote and still ship it for me, so I said ok, what can go wrong. Everything went wrong. The moment I sent the dealership $26,500 for the down payment everything went sideways. The dealership refused to send the truck!!! They started pushing the shipping date further and further out. Every time I talked to them the date would change. One day it was the 6th then the 9th then the 18th. Then the dealership started doing weird things with the numbers on the bill of sale, and that made a difference to me because I needed to pay taxes on the numbers that were on the bill of sale when they arrived in Hawaii. This dealership refused to change the numbers on the bill of sale and the registration paperwork so much so that they threatened to cancel the deal after all the paperwork was signed,I have all the documents to prove it. The sales manager called me telling me that he didn't like my attitude because I was upset that they weren't shipping my truck. Sales manager canceled the deal and kept the truck, so they canceled the deal but they're refusing to send my $26,500 back to me. I asked them to send my money back as a wire transfer, the same way that I sent them the money but they refused. This dealership is nothing but a headache do not do business with them you will regret it. I called the dealership Manager, she did not answer, I left her a message, but no call back. read more

Service department review. My hats off to these guys. Impressive level of care and attention, unexpected from a dealership service department. Smooth experience, no hustle, no fear tactics, no forced up sales no rushing. They gave me proper regard, time, and attention.
