First off, let me preface with saying I'm a Chevy guy thru and thru....... Here I go! I have a commuter that is a Ford sedan (was my daughters, now it's mine). Trust me, I don't like Fords. BUT...... This car has a known issue and is covered under warranty, within the parameters already set. So, I talk to the service guys and they simply stated, "bring it in, we'll take care of you and give you a rental if it's under the warranty issue at hand". Cool.... Fast forward 2 weeks. I call and I couldn't get through to anyone specific. I leave a voice mail with the service manager. Within 2 minutes I get a phone call back from her. I believe her name is Rachel. She gave me a timeline to drop off the vehicle. Cool. Without an appointment, I get the car towed there. Speak to a service rep. I'm in and out within 5 minutes. The perfect thing was they spoke the same language, said the same things, and left me feeling like they are really going to take care of my car. I felt confident knowing my car is going to taken care of....... AND I'M A CHEVY GUY!!! I scoff at Fords.... We know the acronyms ... but damn they make me want to second guess this brand. My Ford Mustang 5.0, didn't want to recognize the FOB and wont start, Towed to Gosh Ford in Inez Road Temecula. Big mistake, starting with the service rep. Joseph Britton, AND HIS ACTITTUDE. I reported the issue, and I suspected a FOB malfunction, Well Joseph gave an estimate of some $395.00, to look at it, I was shocked I said it just needs reprograming or batteries. Well, I had no choice, Left the car there in a Wednesday, the rep said that they will do a diagnose and most likely have the car by Friday, they keep the car for several days and not even calling back. Finaly I got a call from the rep telling me that the car started but needed new FOBS at a cost of $2,400.00, I said no way, if starts and running, I'm picking the car up; later I purchased two sets of Duracell batteries, replaced in the FOB'S and the car runs perfect, so the Gosh rep wanted to take me for $2,400.00, I fixed it with $10.00. I'll never bring the car to these delinquents again; this a warning for all the decent people reading my review. I owned several cars in my life, and these people are they are the worst experience I ever had. So, stay away from this dealership or become the next victim ; just a warning . Had an appointment to get tires replaced at 930am and it did not get started on until after noon. Ridiculous and no update given to my wife who was sitting there the whole time. Vehicle was still not done, they gave her a rental and said they would drop the car off to us at home. I went to America's Tire last week for the same on another vehicle and was in and out in about 45 mins. No respect for the customer at all. read more

Took my paid off Explorer here to get my catalytic converters replaced - I expected it to be costly, but despite that, I also approved several other services such as a tune up, fuel system treatments, etc. I expected it to be returned in a condition that would last us for several (hopefully painless) years. Not only did it take much longer than expected, but they communicated poorly, and I had to take it back after the check engine light came back after the initial repairs. To make matters worse, the seat heaters/AC stopped working (they corrected on the return service), it now has a strange electrical issue, and has been in the shop for non-stop exaust / evap system related codes. It may just be coincidence that my vehicle started having all of these problems, but it has turned into a money pit ever since and I regret ever taking it in for service here. read more

Took my commuter in 2 days ago to see if they could take care of the recall situation with the door latches. Stopped by on a whim and the young man who greeted me as I pulled up to the service center was friendly and told me to go in to see a service advisor to make my appt. Went in and talked to service advisor David Sanchez. He was nice and made my appointment for Fri at 11am. The service area was clean and covid prepped and all employees were wearing masks. I didn't see anywhere to sit down, but maybe it was in another area. Came in for today's appt. and was once again greeted by the same young man from before. Checked in with David and he got me up and running with a lyft that picked me up and dropped me off at my gym. I was there for about an hour before I got a call saying my car was done. I called back and David set up my lyft to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. I like how you get a text message confirming your ride is on its way. I waited about 10 min before it showed up. Got back and David had me sign the paperwork and said they would be bringing my car up in a minute. I was happy to see they are definitely taking covid precautions by covering the seat and steering wheel with plastic which they disposed of once they brought it out. The guy pulled them off too quick before I could get a pic, lol. My experience here was sweet! Fast, friendly service and the best part is when you don't have to pay because recalls are usually under warranty. Thanks guys, 5 stars for being awesome sauce!! read more

MAY 21/2024, Took my 2021 F-250 Diesel truck for service because the check engine light came on. Raymond Quintero the technician diagnosed the truck with contamination to the fuel system. He also stated that it was NOT covered by Ford warranty. 21k plus to repair it. My face obviously dropped. He was so kind that he advice me very well by submitting a claim thru my car insurance. He was so sure that the claim for vandalism was going to go thru. My car insurance denied the claim because there is NO evidence that the fuel system has been contaminated. There's shaving metal particles in the fuel system that they called "contamination". Yesterday July 8,2024 I showed up to the dealer to tow my vehicle to a different location. The quality of service is horrible. They don't answer phone calls and even the service manager was very rude. Below is some information for others to be aware. The fuel injection pump in affected vehicles appears to have a fragile and unstable design that allows metal components to rub against each other. The metal shavings this produces can contaminate the fuel system in affected vehicles, which can result in premature wear and engine failure. The Ford 6.7 diesel lawsuit states that Ford knew that the design of the CP4 pumps was not compatible with diesel fuel and the engine produces metal shavings regardless of fuel quality. read more

We've had so many different issues with Ford services for our F150. But this last incident is really what is making us very upset. I had taken my husbands F150 truck in on Thursday to get a simple or oil change. The gentleman who was helping me I believe his name was Nick told us that his service guys said that we had a coolant leak and that we need to address it right away. I called my husband and told him about it. He then called one of our local repair shop guys to get the truck in on Monday. When my husband had popped open the trunk when he had gotten home that Thursday he noticed that his air filter was completely off. When he had called and spoke to Nick about it Nick knew nothing of it. He said that if we needed to have it changed the service guys would've told him and he was not included in my paperwork. He said since his air filter was an aftermarket thing they wouldn't have touched it. And then my husband asked why was it off then? Nick did not have an answer for that nor did he contact my husband afterwards to explain. We brought our truck to another repair shop and had them do the testing to see if our cool it was leaking and they couldn't find any leakage of any sort. When I had asked Nick where was it leaking from he couldn't tell me and he told us that he would have to run a diagnostic test which was going to cost me about $200 to run to find out where it was leaking from. I'm very disappointed in Ford that they would do something like this! We work really hard for our money and we take our truck there to trust them to do the right thing and it turns out they are not doing it at all! They are all in it just for the money! So now I'm no longer going to support Ford and going to look for a small local company to bring all my repairs too! If I can give someone a negative review, this place wouldn't definitely get one! read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I bought a Bronco at this dealership and took it in a week ago for its first oil change. Two days later, the engine light comes on the dash. I make an appointment for Ford to look at it and decided to use their service where they pick the car up from your work and drive it to the dealership for it's service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I was leary of doing this as I am very picky about my vehicle and never let anyone else drive it. A gentleman shows up at my work and drives it away. I don't hear anything back all day about when my car will be done. I finally called twice to get ahold of someone who told me that they never had a chance to look at my car. So I wait for them to bring it back to me at work. A guy arrives, takes pictures, and leaves. I get in my car and the first thing I noticed is a crack in my front windshield that was not there when the vehicle got picked up. I immediately called the guy back who dropped my car off to tell him about the crack and he doesn't answer or call back. I drove straight to the dealership and had the manager look at it. I am beyond pissed. Still waiting to be called back to see how they will make this right. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy and still fuming. read more

It was a "performance" car that ran like a 1971 Pinto the shifts were horribly harsh and the car ran like crap trying to shift. I took it back to Hemet FORD and they of course gave me the traditional "can't re-create the problem! I return to Hemet FORD, with an appointment, after the problem continued for 10 months; Even with an appointment the service rep said it could be one or two days before they could get to it and we'll call you when we get to it. needless to say I left and made an appointment with Temecula Ford and I can tell you this thanks to Temecula Ford I may consider buying another Ford. Nick ADKISON, should be thanked by the Ford motor company for actually doing his job they found the problem with my car and I can tell you it's never run this good! they reprogram the transmission and did some thing with the software and this thing runs better than the day I got it! Appalling customer service!!!! My 3 year old Ford Ranger 2020 with only 20,000 miles, driven locally started shaking. I had it towed to Gosch Ford and Samantha Masuguschi was our service adviser. They diagnosed the problem as "the spark plug had water damage". My husband asked from what? She said from the rain and car wash. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover it. My husband asked "so what, every time we wash the car or it rains, we will have this issue?". They are charging us $1800 to fix. Samantha said, oh we can see if Ford will cover and then she comes back with sorry they won't pay for it. We called customer service who told us that we should have gotten the extended warranty, she was so condescending and speaking to her was just a waste of time. My husband told her we shouldn't have this issue with a car that is only 3 years old and this is not even our fault, it's their manufacturing fault. And get this, they said oh Ford is fixing it, they have a cover for it now. Whhhhhhhaaaat????? So Ford knows the issue but not telling their customers about it, waiting for customers to bring in their cars when it happens and then charge them $1800 dollars to fix it and blame them for not having an extended warranty? Oh they did put a cover but it was $208.25. NOT FREE, even though it should be, because it's an issue! So then customer service gives my husband the number to recall, recall is it's own entity. The person on the other end said that 80% of their calls are from Ford customers. Can you believe it? So now we have no choice but to pay the $1800. Oh and you know what else Samantha told us? "that they feel bad and want to help us as much as they can and gave us a dealers discount which brought it down to $1300." We will NEVER EVER get a FORD car again!!!!!!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS! I took my ford transit in to get serviced and had a great experience. Every person I spoke with was super friendly, helpful and detailed in every step and procedure. They even rinsed off my high roof van which was greatly appreciated! The service lounge is very spacious, clean and relaxing and I was in and out of there very quickly for the number of services they provided. It's been FOUR MONTHS and They HAVE NOT fixed the car, because they claim that they can't duplicate issues or there are no codes coming up, yet the problem persist, I can't even drive the vehicle around town for more than 5 minutes without any issues.They refused acknowledge my vehicle concerns. After my last review I encountered with my service tech at Gosch, I'd figured I would go elsewhere for my F-250 service. I had left Gosch angry and disappointed at the lack of service and rudeness I received. I will not talk badly about my last service tech other than Edward Jones is definitely an asset to Gosch Ford and the person to deal with when you want great customer service and to be treated like someone important. After explaining the service my truck required, Ed said he would have it fixed and returned promptly. Hello I just went in to test drive the new mach e. I am buying a new EV and had heard amazing things about the Ford. My experience definitely was not pleasant. I feel like I was given the left over sales people because they knew the car was about to sell to someone else. None of the two sales people I spoke to had any real knowledge about the car. The other sales people wouldn't bother to talk to me I assume because it was about to be sold to someone else. I was given a young man who just kept telling me he got his mom in one last year and it's perfect for her. I wanted to say "thanks son!" But I wanted to know about the self driving and the other options. He didn't know the answers. The girl on the phone did not know any information nor did this young man. After driving the car I realized it does not have any of the features I requested on the phone. So I left work early and missed a meeting to test drive a car that a competent sales person could have helped me not waist my time driving. I am not defiantly not returning to Gosh Ford. I felt like an after thought and a bother to their time. read more

This service department continually delivers excellent customer service and both a professional yet comfortable environment. I really appreciate the upgrades they've made to the lounge and dealership overall - it looks fabulous! They even have a couple of computer work stations so you don't miss a beat while you're waiting for your car if you want to stay and work. Of course they will shuttle you back home or to the mall or wherever if you have multiple hours to wait for a service... They've taken such good care of my Prius for four years and now my Sienna that I bought at their HEMET location. Prius is still going strong at 220K miles! Woohoo! read more

Had a couple issues with my Ford Fusion, and Gosch Ford service and maintenance took Great care of me. In particular, Rachelle Long was my advisor and treated me to A++ service. She was able to get my car in immediately for an inspection and arranged a ride home thru Lyft (at no cost). After my entire software package was reloaded, I discovered the rear window motor was out. Back to the shop, and Rachelle arranged a rental for me until the motor was replaced. NO blame on Gosch, but Ford took a week to get the correct parts shipped. Rachelle stayed in daily contact with me, extending the rental. All this was at no cost to me, but was covered by my extended warranty. Rachelle and Gosch took complete care of me and deserve a huge Thank You. Rachelle is the Best, as are the other service advisors I am sure. Brought my 2016 Ford Expedition in for an oil change, and in 3 hours it was ready for pick up. Not even a couple hours later, our truck began shaking uncontrollably and slowed down to a near stop, making us pull over 3 times to make it home. Truck was in perfect condition when we dropped it off and service records are all on file with their service department, just for clarification. And their multi point inspection shows there were no findings. I will be calling to demand them to look at our truck at their cost because we barely drove it anywhere other than from home to grab dinner 3 mi away and back. read more

We didn't have an appointment but our service advisor Kenn Olson was able to fit us in (and this was on a Saturday) and had the battery replaced within an hour. Gosch Ford Temecula does it again!!! This time I'm trying to see if there's any openings for an oil change today (SAT). I called at 1140a. The service lady on the phone says they only do walk-in's until 12p and they don't do same-day appts. So she was going to transfer me to a service advisor to see what they could do for me. Well it just rang for about 4 min. I gave up & just hung up. Well my husband gets down there at 1150 to squeeze in as a walk in. The kid says we stop doing walk-ins at 9a. My husband tells him, well my wife just got off the phone w/ a service person & they said 12. Another kid chimes in and says your wife probably called another dealership, she's wrong. My husband also heard the service lady say 12. He had to leave before he snapped at the lil punk!!! Accusing me of calling the wrong dealership!! That's it.. I'm so done with this dealership!! Customer service sucks & they charge way too much for services that can be done yourself for way cheaper... RIPOFF!!! Grrr!! It really sucks b/c I love my Ford... Thank for the prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Our 2016 Explorer recently had an issue with battery. Took it to Autozone first and had the battery tested, they said it was 100% charged and found no issue. The next morning the car wouldn't start. Called Ford roadside as the vehicle is still under factory warranty. When roadside arrived they agreed the battery seemed to be the cause. The vehicle jumped no problem. I drove it straight to Gosch Ford and they were able to test and replace the battery in under an hour. Obviously there was no charge since the warranty is still valid but the quick service was much appreciated. read more

Thought I'd give them a second chance but same problem, twice. Disappointing to say the least, but honestly...it does not take almost 20 minutes to bring a vehicle out after I've been called that it's ready for pick up. This happened at my last visit and again when I gave them a second chance. Just an oil change too, I'd assume they'd leave the vehicle up front after it's been serviced but apparently they don't. Excuse was they brought the wrong vehicle or he had the wrong keys. Yes I like Ford to service my Ford vehicle but nowadays any dealer can change any car's oil. Service is something that's different at each dealer and Ford's service, in my two experiences, sucked. I want to start by saying I am not someone who complains.. I took my car in recently for an oil change. The service advisor I was assigned to Ramphis, tried to upsell me for a bigger service package that I did not need. When I said no, he continued to push me so I agreed to get two of his recommended items on top of my oil change. (Again things I did not need) When I returned to pickup my car I was helped by another Service guy. When he handed me my paper work, he looked at me and said "how much money do you have with you?" And laughed. It felt really inappropriate and was honestly really annoying. I also noticed in my paperwork when I got home that it states the service I got done was because of a customer concern.. which is not what happened, I came for an oil change and was pushed to get more work done. I am a young girl and every single time I come and work with the service advisors here they treat me like I do not know anything. I feel like they intentionally try to upsell to get my money. I have bought 4 cars at this dealership and my family are long time customers. It really feels like a bummer to be treated this way. read more

I towed my pickup truck to Gosch and got an estimate to replace the O rings in my 6.0L Diesel engine for $3700. They explained that it would take over a few days and it was a major job. Well I couldn't afford that so I called around and got 2 estimates from 2 local diesel shops within 25 miles. Both estimates were well below Gosch and I finally got it fixed for $576. I know that the dealer is more expensive but not 600% more !!!!!! Do not go to Gosch unless you've won the lottery. Shame on you Gosch. read more

I took my fusion in for service to have the charge cable replaced since there was a recall and the rear seat fixed. Apparently it's a common issue that when folding the seat down, the seatbelt locks and you can't get it back up. It's a certified pre owned car with a 100k warranty. I was told I have to pay $135 to diagnose the problem and they would then let me know if it was covered under warranty. I think that a tech could have taken a minute to look at it and tell me what was wrong without charging me $135. It's not like any troubleshooting or diagnostic was necessary. I looked the issue up on YouTube and fixed it myself in 10 minutes. Charging $135 to diagnose something that someone who is not a mechanic can fix in 10 minutes seems excessive. This seems like something that should be covered under a ford warranty. Also the check in process is not easy. When I walked into the service center, nobody acknowledged me and there was no line or greater. They need a better system so that customers aren't just standing around wondering who to talk to. When picking up my car, it took 25 minutes and it wasn't busy. Not very efficient. read more
