Came in this morning helping a friend pick up some coolant for her car. She wanted to make sure that she was purchasing the right product. When we approached the counter the manager shook his head and laughed at us. Then said "well it's gonna be one of those Wednesdays!" WTH?!! Then shook his head and laughed again when she didn't know all the details of her car. He then tripled down and "mansplained" coolant to us! Again... WTH! When I made my purchase I told him that I have military Id and under his breath said "ohh of course". This is not the only time I've heard of the petty and rude behavior of the manager. My husband had an equally distasteful experience. I'm sorry if you are having a bad day. But that's a you problem and not a me problem. None of us (neighbor, myself and my husband) will not be back to this location if this is the type of customer service to expect. There are so many competing companies within a mile of this location. Please train your employees. Ive been spending a lot of money there and getting rewards. Justin told me the rewards were available in my text messages. I searched all my messages, couldnt find anything and he was like "oh well". Then I searched my emails as he was checking me out and found $20 in rewards. It was too late to use them. My husband walked in this morning at around 8am and one of the older gentlemen was vey rude and racist. My husband was trying to explain to him what our car problem was and he wouldn't even look at my husband or show interest in what he had to say. He was rushing and was not accommodating at all as he walked away to go back inside to take care of someone else. My husband finally said "thank you anyway" because he could not stand the rudeness. I usually buy stuff here for detailing or car parts. I recently ordered some struts from here supposedly KYB struts which were a special order they said, so I waited for them to come in. They came in a tad late but I picked them up didn't ask or question them about them since I thought these were the ones I ordered. Apparently the struts they got me were FCS brand but when I was ordering them it says KYB on the screen. So I'm not even sure if I paid the correct price for a brand I didn't ask for. If that was the case I would of gotten some Monroe struts instead. I got them installed and was hearing loud spring noises when I go over little driveway entrances which was strange so I asked an employee at oreilys and they were like I would check with the mechanic who installed them maybe somethings loose. On my off day i got them checked and he told me they are not KYB struts and that I should ask oreilys about that. Probably a lemon product . Manager was like we don't offer KYB here and your receipt shows FCS. Then I'm like did I pay more for something I received which wasn't even my order? Like what's the warranty on these,he's like most have 30 days. Basically the manager didn't do shit or know that much about returns. So I called corporate and told them my situation and to let their district manager know too. Like I just want struts that I know what brand they are. Hopefully if they give me new ones or a replacement it would come with a installation fee too since I have to get the ones I have on now replaced.. Just bad service in general. I bet if it was someone else they would have done the same and complain too. Specially if their new and there making noises on little bumps. Either I got bad struts or that FCS brand just sucks. Now they want to replace it with the same brand since there's no other brand available. I've done my research about FCS they are reputable struts hopefully I get good ones this time. read more

I had an issue with DCH temecula where they completed a recall for my vehicle and there is a problem where it drained my battery. I headed back to the dealership and as always they wanted to charge even for the initial assessment. Worst decision I have made in a while. I ordered parts, and they were promised next day. My truck is in pieces and the parts are nowhere to be found. Customer service is unsatisfactory. I will always come here first when I have a problem with my car. They are always so helpful and go way above anywhere else I've been to explain things to me and help save me money. As someone who knows very little about cars, many places including the Honda service center have charged me so much money just to " diagnose" my car, and then not offer any advice on the most economical way to fix it.
