My husband walked in this morning at around 8am and one of the older gentlemen was vey rude and racist. My husband was trying to explain to him what our car problem was and he wouldn't even look at my husband or show interest in what he had to say. He was rushing and was not accommodating at all as he walked away to go back inside to take care of someone else. My husband finally said "thank you anyway" because he could not stand the rudeness. I usually buy stuff here for detailing or car parts. I recently ordered some struts from here supposedly KYB struts which were a special order they said, so I waited for them to come in. They came in a tad late but I picked them up didn't ask or question them about them since I thought these were the ones I ordered. Apparently the struts they got me were FCS brand but when I was ordering them it says KYB on the screen. So I'm not even sure if I paid the correct price for a brand I didn't ask for. If that was the case I would of gotten some Monroe struts instead. I got them installed and was hearing loud spring noises when I go over little driveway entrances which was strange so I asked an employee at oreilys and they were like I would check with the mechanic who installed them maybe somethings loose. On my off day i got them checked and he told me they are not KYB struts and that I should ask oreilys about that. Probably a lemon product . Manager was like we don't offer KYB here and your receipt shows FCS. Then I'm like did I pay more for something I received which wasn't even my order? Like what's the warranty on these,he's like most have 30 days. Basically the manager didn't do shit or know that much about returns. So I called corporate and told them my situation and to let their district manager know too. Like I just want struts that I know what brand they are. Hopefully if they give me new ones or a replacement it would come with a installation fee too since I have to get the ones I have on now replaced.. Just bad service in general. I bet if it was someone else they would have done the same and complain too. Specially if their new and there making noises on little bumps. Either I got bad struts or that FCS brand just sucks. Now they want to replace it with the same brand since there's no other brand available. I've done my research about FCS they are reputable struts hopefully I get good ones this time. read more

I had an issue with DCH temecula where they completed a recall for my vehicle and there is a problem where it drained my battery. I headed back to the dealership and as always they wanted to charge even for the initial assessment. I would come back to this location again. Knowledgeable quick and were able to help me. I had called ahead to the location off Butterfield and 79 was told they had the battery I needed and that they would be able to install it. When i arrived an hour later they couldn't find it. The tone/vibe I got was that they didn't want to install it. So I had to go to this location which had two of the same battery I needed. I'm glad I went here instead. No issues at all. A few minutes later it was O'Reilly's calling me back and it was Juan he told me he continued searching and found the part that I had bought over a year ago and it had the limited lifetime warranty. Worst decision I have made in a while. I ordered parts, and they were promised next day. My truck is in pieces and the parts are nowhere to be found. Customer service is unsatisfactory. I will always come here first when I have a problem with my car. They are always so helpful and go way above anywhere else I've been to explain things to me and help save me money. As someone who knows very little about cars, many places including the Honda service center have charged me so much money just to " diagnose" my car, and then not offer any advice on the most economical way to fix it. The staff here are always friendly and honest and have helped me save money on several occasions. The Assistant Manager Thien is a great example of excellent customer service.
