I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had at this dealership. I have been a long time fan of ford and their products however, my most recent visit has made me feel used. I had a mandatory recall for the Takata airbag in my mustang. Upon service my entire dash was removed and reinstalled damaged. Dealing with the dealership has been a complete run around. Multiple calls and zero Follow up from my service advisor. After multiple voice messages and multiple attempts to talk to a manager I have given up. I recently experience a transmission failure on my 2017 Ford Escape while commuting from San Diego. I dropped in to Gosch Ford of Temecula to have the vehicle diagnosed as was advised by an agent to return the following day. The following day I was greeted by Rachelle Long, and could not have been in better hands. She arranged for transportation to my home while they diagnosed my vehicle, and upon my return I was informed that the transmission would be replace under warranty. She arranged for a rental car company (Green Leaf) to transport to their office and provide a vehicle at now expense while my vehicle was serviced. Each and every day Ms Long contacted me to insure that all was going well, and kept informed of matters as they progressed. This totally kept my mind at ease, softened the blow of having my personal vehicle away during the Labor Day weekend. In the end I received a pleasant telephone call from Ms Long informing me to return my vehicle to the rental company, and they would transport me back to the dealership to retrieve my Ford Escape with a new transmission, and a shiny outward appearance. Highly recommend Gosch Ford of Temecula and Ms Long for all of your Ford service. Ms Rachelle Long is the best! Very professional, attentive, proactive, eager to assist, and an extremely high level of customer service. Bravo!! read more

Few dates ago I called Gosch Temecula Service Center asking for the FULL synthetic oil change price for my Ford Escape. I was told $55.95. Since the price was reasonable, I made an appointment for Friday 04/20/18. I took time from work to take my car to Gosch Ford Temecula Service only to be advised that full synthetic oil change cost $89.99, not $55.95. Service representative would not adjust the price to what I was quoted on the phone (they record phone conversation so there is the evidence of what I was quoted and they should honor that price). I left disappointed and not satisfied. I called the customer service manager only to be informed that it was an "honest mistake" the service representative made. This is it for my time wasted and dissatisfaction with the service center? They did not try to keep me as the potential future customer. read more

I will always call this place Rancho Ford. I first started using their service department in 1999 for a 2000 F350 (which I still have). Always great employees and advisors. I now go for the teacher oil change program and they provide such a great experience for local teachers. I have a Fusion Hybrid so it's pretty low maintenance. But I've been here with other Fusions, and three different mustangs. Always a good experience and super friendly staff. read more

I called the service department and was told their appointment system has been down for four days and they can't accept appointments. Then I asked if I could bring my truck in for an oil change and check a rubbing noise under the hood now. The lady on the phone informed me she doesn't know the wait times since it's a call center in Hemet and I can't call the department directly but if I'm in before noon it will be no problem. So I drive the 15 miles there and I'm told they are too busy to look at the rubbing noise on my brand new truck but I can leave my truck there all day for an oil change. I inform them I can not possibly leave my truck all day and it's ridiculous they don't get my brand new Raptor in to see what's wrong, it has 4,900 miles on it. So, I have a 2014 Fusion. I've been taking it to Gosch for service since I got the car, so for some time. It used to be very simple to do service. Create an account, log in, pick your car, pick service, pick date time, confirm, email/text confirmation. Near date of service, email/text reminder. That was the reason I kept taking it back there, besides keeping all the service records in one spot as I have an extended warranty. Now, not so much. They have changed the system to make it.....just the most infuriating thing you can get involved with. Log into account, click on your vehicle, NOTHING!!!! Then the box pops up, Chat? How may I help you? I can't log in to set a service appointment. I can help, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. OK, I have the information, I'll forward this to service and they will be in contact. I crap you not, I get a notice, NOT ALL CALL BACK, Appointment confirmed for Monday at 9:15. Yeah, sorry, unless you have pick up drop off in Orange County, that just isn't going to work. Click link to reschedule. Click, OH, look there's an appointment I can do, Tuesday 9:45, set. AGAIN, confirmation, Monday 11:00. WTF, NO, NO, NO, Tuesday 9:45. Girlfriend wouldn't do a reviews so I am..she dropped off her car on Thursday had an appointment and told her wouldn't be looked at until Saturday why make an appointment on Thursday if you can't look at the vehicle for two days..so she left it late Monday afternoon she hadn't heard anything so she called was told that the part didn't fix the problem incorrect voltage at the switch so they had to re-order some other part.. sounds like the tech shotgun the problem never diagnosing it.. Tuesday came around and again hadn't heard anything so she called late afternoon was told it was done so she asked if she could get courtesy shuttle they said it would be there within 15 min that was at 4:10 at 6:30 she called me at work and was making arrangements to have our two girls watched so she can get an Uber ride to the dealer.. what a joke of an operation this dealer runs.. whatever you do stay away from the writer name Mike Tinsley the guys a clown doesn't ever return any of my or her calls.. wish you luck you need it going here.. update tried calling left a message never got a call back read more

Being in a recession has its many negative affects on the public. Mine was having to sell my car that I held dearly to my heart. I worked and paid it off in 4 years. Unfortunately, I needed some quick cash on a deadline. I went to this dealership as it was offered to me by BlueBook. I left with no car and a check that no Wells Fargo Bank would cash. Three trips to Ford and the bank with a confirmed "the check will cash." Never again will I go to this dealership for even an oil change. Check cashed next day, but my deadline cost me more. I felt like I was given the runaround and left to anxiety for my time restraint. They knew what circumstance I was in prior to arriving. Untrustworthy is all I can say. read more

Called to make an appointment for service and thought I was good to go. When I got my email reminder the services that was scheduled was not scheduled. I called to speak with the service advisor (Chris Vecchi) for a second time to confirm the work was scheduled and it wasn't. It took an additional hour and a half on top of the 4 hours quoted. If you want to Buy a Car at the Gosh Ford Temecula think twice cuz you car will never going to serviced correctly always issues every single time for all this 4 years. My Ford explorer have a recall I called 2 weeks ago and they are claiming they don't have a part and they will call me 2 to 5 business days when the part arrives well is been 2 weeks and nothing I called the 3rd time yesterday and still nothing the person on the phone supposedly can get on hold on anyone, and still nothing. Took my car in to fix a glitch in the speaker. Drove off with none of my controls working and heater stuck on. When I brought it in to get fixed they said they couldn't look at it for a week. I brought my car in for them to look at the check engine light. They gave me the diagnosis and I decided not to fix the problem that day. My service adviser promptly walked me to the cashier for me to pay $130 for the diagnosis. He did not tell me that verbally prior to them taking the car but they said it's in the several pages of paperwork we sign...and no one reads when you drop off your car. I don't know if that is common practice in the car service world but I was surprised and disappointed. The customer service manager was responsive and helpful. He was not able to refund my money but gave me a credit in that amount. read more

If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I have never been so severely disappointed in any company as much as Ford and their employees. My car has had a recall since LAST NOVEMBER and only a week ago did I get a letter in the mail saying that the parts are coming in but won't be available for another TWO WEEKS! It has been an extreme inconvenience and I can't safely take my family anywhere, since I cannot utilize my front passenger seat. The service consultants lack integrity and have the most unprofessional attitudes. They never even pretend to care about their customers or their needs and always seem annoyed over the phone. I will NEVER buy a Ford again and will discourage EVERYONE and ANYONE from purchasing one either. read more

I am a manufacturer of parts for fords and been in business for 13 years. I called asking for a torque spec for a part and was bounced around before being told i need an appointment to drop off a vehicle. I explained i just need a torque spec and was transferred to a number that didnt answer. I left a call back number but never received a call back. I dove in to ask in person and was greeted by a service tech who argued with me and was exceedingly rude. I tried to explain the situation and his responses were condescending and unprofessional. Out of all the ford dealers I have talked with over the past decade and some change of business this one has the worst service. I could not recommend this establishment to any of my customers. I hate leaving negative reviews as I understand their impact on business but gosch management should be aware of these issues, especially from someone who is also in the automotive field. read more

Very pleased with the service department. I took my husbands 2010 F-150 in for a regular service appointment. Ken, was beyond nice and helpful. Took extra time out to not only make sure I was taken care of but that all the issues with my husbands truck were as well. The service department was knowledgeable and efficient. They also took care of documenting and fixing the cracking leather on the drivers seat. Doug, the shuttle driver is BEYOND AMAZING. All in all great customer service, service department, and staff. I've been taking my 2004 Ford Mustang to their service department for a few years now and I have always had a great experience. Last week I started having issues with the battery light coming on, and after going to Autozone and getting a new battery and alternator, it was still having problems so I brought my car in to Rancho Ford and they were able to diagnose it quickly and gave me a couple of options for how to fix it. After giving me a quote, they were able to fix the issue and it ended up being even cheaper than the original quote! My car is now working beautifully, and I had a great experience once again. I've now worked with both Debra and Kenn in the service department and each time they always keep me updated on what's going on with the car, help explain my options, and are a pleasure to work with. I always request Dane to work on my car as he is fantastic, and he always does an excellent job and can easily explain what is going on with the car and the best options for fixing it. He also recommends anything that I may want to keep an eye out for in the future, so you can tell he cares about making sure my car is performing the best it can and that it is completely safe. Overall I highly recommend Rancho Ford for any service work as they will treat you right, provide excellent customer service, they won't overcharge you or tell you that you need work you don't need, and do a great job on your vehicle. They also have a courtesy shuttle to give you a ride if you need it, which I found very helpful. read more

Definitely not a one stop shop. The continually want to reschedule to get different items done. You would think when you spend 50000 on a truck, you would be able to get service, warranty, and special requests done at the same time. No three separate appointments to nickel and dime. Also causing severe inconvenience. I have had my truck for a year, and have been without it for over two weeks over the year to handle stuff that has popped up. Sadly, they only care about there convenience not yours. This is not my first issue with the service department or body shop! Do not take your truck here for service or body work. *****BUYER BEWARE!!!! ***** DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! This kind of dealership is the reason they created the LEMON LAWS! They are great when they sell you the car, but when it comes to fixing it (under their bogus warranty) it's a whole other story! They do not care about their customers, once they get your $$$ they treat you like trash! Purchased a brand new car from here a few months ago, only to find out there was a noise coming from the transmission rotating assembly. Brought it into their joke of a service department, and after a month of my car being in their shop, they "found nothing". They drove a similar car on the lot to compare theirs with the one we bought- the other car had no vibration and ours did. Even with the differences in noises coming from the car we bought, they refused to even take a look at the area which the noise was coming from.. that said they would not look at it because they "found nothing wrong with the car"--but how can you know there's nothing wrong if you don't even look at the specific area the problem/noise is coming from?? in fact they wanted to charge US to look at the broken car THEY sold us (supposedly covered under warranty) We brought this to the attention of the operations manager Jason Noble, and without him ever even looking at our car he had already decided there was nothing wrong with our car. When we expressed to him that we have a newborn baby and did not want to endanger him in a damaged car, he blew up on my husband, got in his face screaming at him and shoved his hand in my husbands face. I had to actually ask Jason to step back and take his hand out of his face, it was borderline violent. (((If he even denies this incident happened like he does in the comment below, let's go ahead and take a look at your security cameras recordings on Ford Temecula's property Jason and we'll see the truth revealed because the cameras don't lie!! ;) Also when we picked up our car from the service department they lied about how many days the car was in the shop (pretty sketchy) my door was also chipped, of course never received a call back. My husband worked so hard and was so excited to finally buy his dream car. Needless to say, buying a car from here has been an absolute nightmare. Never in my entire life have I experienced what I experienced at Gosch Ford Temecula. I don't even know how they are still in business. PS if you read many of the negative reviews in Ford Temecula, this is a common thing that they do to their customers. They say they "found nothing" so they don't have to go in and pay their mechanics to look at the car on warranty vehicles, because they get a fixed amount from the manufacturer which is lower than a private pay customer... all the while screwing you over, and trapping you, making you wait until your warranty is over when they finally tell you that you need a new transmission. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment 5 days ahead, and requested that my transmission be fixed and my turn signal. I said if they had time, they could also do an oil change. I was told to get my car there at 8:00am, which I did. No one called me with an update or cost estimate. I had to call three times just to get any info. The receptionist finally told me that all they had time for was the oil change and I could come and pick up my car! Unbelievable. This was a total waste of my time. I took the day off work to get this stuff done, and all I got was an expensive oil change. I will never take my car back here. read more
