4/6/26 I brought my niece here looking for a decent used car. Our preference was Toyota or Honda but we came across Dennis (Salesman) who found us a 2023 Kia Forte. It had low miles and looked very clean. We went on a test drive and ended up buying this vehicle. Dennis is very knowledgeable with the KIA lineup. He is professional, patient, and willing to work for a deal. My niece was happy. I would advise anyone looking for a car, to know your credit worthiness and be prepared to haggle, as this seems to be the way this dealer operates. Finance department, Daniel, was nice but sent me negative vibes. I'm not sure what it was but I didn't like the vibe, in there, at all. Spare tire was missing and so far Dennis promised he would get her one. Funny, as this was a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED KIA. I came in with multiple lender approvals already in place, including Westlake, yet the dealership repeatedly misrepresented the lenders' decisions. I was told that Westlake denied me due to my income and that I needed a co‑signer -- information that directly contradicted what Westlake and other lenders told me when I contacted them myself. Instead of being transparent, the dealership blamed the lenders for issues that were clearly related to how they structured the deal. When I asked for clarification, I received inconsistent explanations and pressure to add a co‑signer despite having the credit and approvals needed. No customer should have to call lenders directly to uncover the truth or feel misled about their own financing. This experience raised serious concerns about honesty and professionalism. I will be reporting the situation to the appropriate agencies so other customers don't go through the same thing. If I can give no stars I would. Brought my car in and the first service advisor was useless and ended up losing his job after my car being there for two weeks. You think the dealer would have told me when I kept calling his number and emailing him they would have deactivated his contact info. No one ever got back to me for almost 3 weeks. Finally, new service advisor reached out and I had to start the process all over with this new person. And when I did get my car back they couldn't even find it in the lot. I waited for over 20 mins for them to say it's not here and in our back lot which is 1 mile away!!! Kia cars stink and are cheaply made and hope no one ever experiences this mess. read more

I was able to get some things done before arriving to the dealership (which I highly recommend) and of course, the buying process is painfully long. I truly think this process went as quickly as it possibly could. I arrived around 5pm & left around 8:45pm. Huge shoutout to Damian, Sergio & our financing guy (so sorry forgot his name but he is awesome & a huge Dodgers fan). These guys made this long process bearable & smooth sailing. This place needs improvement. I have a 2025 Kia Telluride X Pro that I need an oil change on. I was calling to get pricing but can't get a hold of anyone. Tried online chat and email multiple times. They said someone will call or text me about my inquiry. I called and spoke to a scheduler that cannot give any quotes. She said someone will call me, nothing, it's been 2 days. This so my first service on my brand new car, safe to say I will not be using this dealer. Instead go to Hyundai across the street. I put one inquiry online and someone texted me right away. I called Hyundai ONE time and already got my oil change scheduled for the next day. Hyundai even offers shuttle service. This evening we called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in at this dealership. I asked a simple question about them possibly coming down on the price of the vehicle because I was going to fly in from Nor Cal to possible purchase it. I was hoping they would consider an offer a little less then they advertised it for. Instead, the sales manager, Adrian Aguirre, sent me a tacky message saying their vehicle is priced to sale and that is why we are reaching out from out of town. Obviously, this is a stupid response on his part!! He could of handled it more tack fully and professionally by saying they were at their bottom line and would not be able to work with us at the price we offered. We would have still consider this vehicle. Instead, he decided to be disrespectful and assumed we are desperate calling from Nor Cal. Adrian should know there is a plethora of opportunity to purchase a vehicle anywhere in this state. He needs to take some classes in etiquette of customer service. read more

My first time buying a car, second time walking into a dealership and honestly it was way less stressful as opposed to another dealership I went to. I didn't have much of A back and forth conversation with my salesman, but it did seem like he did what he could to lower my monthly payments as much as possible for the lease of my Kia K4 GT. Unfortunately something probably came up but I wasn't able to meet him at the dealership and somebody else assisted me. He did great but the financial guy was probably the most relieving part of the purchase. He gave it to me straight, and pretty much answered my question for what seems to be almost 3 hours. It didn't seem like he tried to take advantage of the fact that I didn't know much and while he did look a little bit irritated when I had to call a friend for some advice once he realized why he completely understood and it seemed like he was genuinely interested in answering my questions period the guy really knows his stuff, and he broke down pretty much everything. at times when I try to speak my mind it can come off as rude. For example I told him, I'm the type of person that would say something like "hey I feel comfortable now and I feel really good about this deal so if I am getting screwed it certainly doesn't feel like it." lol really though this guy really made my time there with my fiance much less stressful, and educational. As far as kudos goes this guy has mine. I'm so sorry I forgot your name dude. But I really appreciate you. If I'm gonna be honest, and this sounds very cheesy and I'm embarrassed to admit it but I was slightly disappointed when they didn't do that thing where they take your picture with your new car. My whole life I have seen pictures and videos of people getting their new car keys in hand picture at the dealership next to their brand new car and growing up I always kinda dreamed of that moment as silly and embarrassing as it is to admit. So when they didn't do it I was a little bit sad. Like really sad lol i know I'm a chump idk i guess i may have said no and been too shy to do it anyway. I have tried so many different methods to get ahold of them but have been unsuccessful. They also never fixed my wife's car when she brought it in for warranty work for the windshield wipers. If you are looking to get SCAMMED out of money "and" get a car with un-disclosed body damage, then DCH Kia of Temecula is for you! We purchased an EV6 from this dealership, which we also had a trade-in. As a prior licensed vehicle dealer in California, I know the process. I also know about full transparency, which this dealers lacks in a big way. Since I am very distant to the dealership, the deal was done online thru phone and texting the salesman. Pictures and condition disclosures were received, and all got a clear of damages. Price was agreed upon and a contract was signed. Here's where Kia of Temecula starts to show its deceiving practice. I made the long trip with my wife to finish off the deal by doing the test drive and visual inspection. Only to find some front valence (body) damage as whoever owned it before hit a parking curb causing a small smash/crack, which was not disclosed. Non-disclosure is a big no/no in the dealership business, and I even asked the Finance Manager is they will be doing anything about it. His answer was that they sell cars as/is. Well, we all know this in the used car business, it's the non-disclosure is where I have a problem with. That's shows dishonesty. That's strike #1 At the end of completing the documents with the Finance Manager, we paid with our Military Credit Union (USAA), which they already knew about. The check was higher than the sales price, so an overpayment check is due to us. The Finance Manager stated that we would receive the check within 2-3 weeks, well it's now going on 2 months and still no refund check. I contacted the salesman (Muhammad) multiple times to have the Finance Manager contact me on why it was taking so long, he just kept telling me he would be contacting me the same day, which he never did. Now the salesman is no longer replying. That's strike #2 I've given Kia of Temecula every chance to make this right, but they no longer willing to. I have filed a complaint to the BBB and now having to give a negative feedback for everyone to know what to expect from this dealership. This is a huge waste of time and now if BBB doesn't resolve this, I am now forced to file a Small Claims Court Lawsuit. That's strike #3 As stated in my first paragraph, if you're looking to get scammed out of money and have non disclosed vehicle damage, then DCH Kia of Temecula is for you. read more

I purchased a Kia electric car 10 months ago. The sales person was friendly, however, the service department is horrible. I need service done on my car and have tried calling several times with no answer. I have left voice mails with no return calls. I have spoken to the service manager who just forwarded me to another service worker who didn't answer the phone. I left a message and still no return call. I have a service warranty on my car. At this point, I'll likely not use it since I can't get through. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FEOM THIS DEALERSHIP. You may get a deal but it's not worth it. Customer service/sales I went today to test drive the 2024 Sportage EX. As this was the closest dealership that had the color I wanted. We were on the lot for a good 20 minutes and had to ask for assistance. Akira (spelling maybe incorrect) as she never introduced herself, I had to ask her for her name before leaving. I test drove the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised. My husband would have purchased for me but due to the lack of customer service we will definitely be buying from a different dealership. I came all the way from Los Angeles because all the dealerships around me were marking up the vehicles with insane costs that they wouldn't lower. Found this dealership because they had the color of car I wanted. Did my credit app and cost negotiations over the phone.
