    I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this smaller dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Escondido Lexus and had a great experience. They did not have the car I wanted, and I found myself at the Temecula dealership. They just so happen to get the exact car that I was looking for and about to put a deposit on with another dealership in Carlsbad. Edward and Sales did a fantastic job. From the moment the new Sales Manager introduced us. He was great to work with, respected my needs and it wasn't a hard sell. he Just let me do what I needed to do. Super impressed they have a female Sales Manager, I feel like that's rare these days extra points for that and she was awesome. Sometimes you get in the finance office and it's just such an upsell, nightmare, and a bunch of haggling, however, finance was easy to deal with and respected what I wanted and what I did not want structured in my deal. They made it all happen quickly and got us in and out in a timely manner. *Edward delivered the car to our home as it needed to go through a pre-purchase inspection before we could take it home. He made sure he just set up everything in the car. He even busted out the rubber floor mats out of the box and installed them for me. I was really surprised to have such a great experience in a smaller dealership. I will definitely be back in three years when I'm ready for my next vehicle. I would refer my friends and family here without a worry. You're in good hands with *Edward and the entire team. Thanks guys!

    We had an amazing experience with Wayne buying our first new Lexus. It was the first time buying a car was enjoyable! He made the process so seamless, smooth and fun. The dealership went to go get the exact model of RX we wanted from another dealership and put a pretty bow on it and pulled it into the show room for us when it arrived. 5 star experience all around and we can't thank Wayne or Temecula Valley Lexus enough!     I recently purchased my new car at Temecula Valley Lexus, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially to my fellow female car shoppers. My experience with my salesperson, Derek Quinn, and the Finance Manager, Christiano Valencia, was so refreshingly positive that I felt compelled to share. As a woman, walking into a car dealership can sometimes be an intimidating experience. I've had past encounters where I was spoken down to, my budget was dismissed, or just an awful experience in general. This was the complete opposite. From the moment I met Derek, I was treated respectfully and was listened to. Here's how he made all the difference: I came in with a clear idea of what I needed in a vehicle--safety features, cargo space, and good fuel economy. Derek listened carefully and only showed me options that genuinely fit my criteria. The features of the car were explained clearly and thoroughly without being patronizing. When I asked technical questions, I received respectful, straightforward answers. I never once felt like I was being talked down to. There was no pressure and no games. I was able to test drive the Ux and Nx hybrids alone so I could really focus on how the drive and features felt. Derek was up front about the pricing and we were able to negotiate a fair price on my trade in. My positive experience continued seamlessly into the finance office with Christiano Valencia. This is often the most stressful part, but he was fantastic. Christiano walked me through every single document in detail, ensuring I understood what I was signing--from the warranty options to the loan terms. He never rushed me and encouraged all my questions. When presenting optional products like the maintenance package, he clearly explained the pros and cons of each one. He presented them as tools for my benefit, not as mandatory upsells, and he completely respected my "no" without any pushback. He made sure I knew that every decision was mine to make and even gave me time to call and discuss it with my family. I left the finance office feeling confident and secure in my purchase, not confused or worried that I had been talked into something I didn't need. In a few hours my car was cleaned, detailed, and ready to go. All features were explained to me by Derek and he also helped me set up the Lexus app on my phone. He was so helpful throughout the whole experience. This dealership, and specifically this team, has earned a customer for life. They proved that a car buying experience can be respectful, transparent, and even enjoyable. Thank you, Derek and Christiano, for making me feel valued and empowered throughout the entire process.     We weren't planning to buy a car today but ended up with one. We got a one year old RX350h with 20k miles for a good price. Michael Beckham was our sales person and took good care of us. Our closer/financial person was CeCe Garcia who was professional, not pushy. Our only complaint was that they should have more employees closing with the paperwork. We had to wait a long while and were there several hours. They do have a nice lounge with refreshments which helped but it was still a long day. We do love the addition to our family of Miss Lexi in a pretty shimmering pearl.

    Temecula Valley Lexus has to be the easiest dealership to do business with. I went to 4 different dealerships before I almost gave up. Naveed treats his customers like people not as a paycheck. This is how you retain customers! It was a seem less buying process I got to drive home a certified pre owned UX250h thank you!

    I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first truck, and a big part of that was thanks to Christiano and Rigo. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous going into the process, but Christiano stayed with me late into the night and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was handled properly. His knowledge and connections allowed him to secure an interest rate that I truly did not think was possible for my situation. Rigo, my sales associate, was just as great! He was very professional, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish. Because of the level of service both of them provided, I can confidently say I will 100% be coming back here for my next vehicle.     $260 for a tire rotation and oil change.

    Dont ever bring your vehicle to this location. Absolute scam. $87.50 for a tire rotation (no balancing) $167 for an oil change. Thats $260 for an oil change and tire rotation. Most shops are well below $150 for the same service. On top of that I requested shuttle service when I booked my appointment and had to wait 50 minutes before I was able to get a ride 1 mile down the road. The new management is absolutely terrible. We will never return to this facility.

    After discovering the Lexus TX 500h F Sport was my dream car, I quickly learned that finding one with my preferred color and trim was nearly impossible. Despite calling almost every Lexus dealership in California and being told I'd need to wait 6-12 months, Naveed at Temecula Valley Lexus accomplished the impossible - he located and secured exactly what I wanted when I was nearly ready to give up due to my tight timeline. Naveed's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. Living in San Jose, I flew to Temecula to pick up my car and personally thank him. I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

    The service department cannot be trusted, at least in my experience. I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

I worked with Ceasar at DCH Chrysler Dodge Temecula to sell my car, and the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and fair from start to finish. I drove nearly two hours to work with him because he gave me the best offer for my vehicle. That alone says a lot, but what really stood out was how he handled everything once I got there. No games, no last-minute deductions, no pressure. He easily could've knocked the price down over small things like a couple scratches or not having a second key fob -- but he didn't. He honored the offer and treated me with respect the entire time. If I hadn't already purchased my next car, I would've absolutely bought through him and the dealership. I'll definitely keep them in mind moving forward, and I wouldn't hesitate to make that drive again just to work with Ceasar. Before dropping off my car, I took photos for my records and marked the tires to verify if they were rotated (which is very important for vehicle safety). When I picked it up, the marked tires hadn't been rotated, even though the invoice documented the tire rotation was complete. The most frustrating part is they kept my car for 12 days, so in the interim I had to figure out how to get to work. Almost 2 weeks is excessive for what ended up being an oil change, a battery test, and some software updates,
