BUT...... This car has a known issue and is covered under warranty, within the parameters already set. So, I talk to the service guys and they simply stated, "bring it in, we'll take care of you and give you a rental if it's under the warranty issue at hand". Cool.... Fast forward 2 weeks. I call and I couldn't get through to anyone specific. I leave a voice mail with the service manager. Within 2 minutes I get a phone call back from her. I believe her name is Rachel. She gave me a timeline to drop off the vehicle. Cool. Without an appointment, I get the car towed there. Speak to a service rep. I'm in and out within 5 minutes. The perfect thing was they spoke the same language, said the same things, and left me feeling like they are really going to take care of my car. I felt confident knowing my car is going to taken care of....... AND I'M A CHEVY GUY!!! I scoff at Fords.... We know the acronyms ... but damn they make me want to second guess this brand. Good job Gosh Ford!!

I reported the issue, and I suspected a FOB malfunction, Well Joseph gave an estimate of some $395.00, to look at it, I was shocked I said it just needs reprograming or batteries. Well, I had no choice, Left the car there in a Wednesday, the rep said that they will do a diagnose and most likely have the car by Friday, they keep the car for several days and not even calling back. Finaly I got a call from the rep telling me that the car started but needed new FOBS at a cost of $2,400.00, I said no way, if starts and running, I'm picking the car up; later I purchased two sets of Duracell batteries, replaced in the FOB'S and the car runs perfect, so the Gosh rep wanted to take me for $2,400.00, I fixed it with $10.00. I'll never bring the car to these delinquents again; this a warning for all the decent people reading my review. I owned several cars in my life, and these people are they are the worst experience I ever had. So, stay away from this dealership or become the next victim ; just a warning . Yours trully Richard Escala

1 Star...if I could leave negative stars best believe I would…read more We've been coming to this repair shop for years, but unfortunately, since the ownership changed, our experience has been completely different. My car had been sitting at the shop for six weeks. It originally went in for battery problems, and then were told it's turned into an electrical problem. For six weeks, we were repeatedly told, "It'll be ready tomorrow," then the next day, then the next day, with absolutely no resolution. There were multiple times we had to reach out ourselves just to find out what was happening because communication from the shop was essentially nonexistent. After six weeks, my car still wasn't fixed so we finally decided to throw in the rag with this place and take it to the Honda dealership. When picking it up, we were actually told that we shouldn't take it to Honda because their technicians "aren't very good." That was especially ironic considering my car had been sitting at this shop for six weeks without being repaired...pretty rich coming from you!!!! The condition of my car when I went to retrieve my belongings was also disappointing. All of the windows had been left rolled down, and there was dirt throughout the inside of the car. The lack of communication, extremely poor service, repeated missed timelines, and overall lack of accountability were incredibly frustrating. It's especially disappointing because we had trusted this shop for years under the previous ownership. Do not take your car here, it is nothing but terrible communication & disappointment!!!!!!
