Buying a car with Mayra was easily a great experience! She has a fun, vibrant personality that made the whole process exciting and enjoyable. On top of being a blast to work with, Mayra was super knowledgeable, patient, and completely attentive to what I was looking for without any pushy sales tactics. She made everything smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Mayra! read more

We had an amazing experience working with Michael Fouad. He truly went above and beyond for us. We purchased a vehicle for my daughter, and Michael made the entire process seamless, quick, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Because of the outstanding service we received, I would absolutely do business again with both Michael Fouad and Chia. They made today incredibly special for me and my daughter. This is her first new car purchase, and thanks to them, it will always be a memorable and positive experience. Highly recommend! read more

While we had a great experience in purchasing and our initial 2 service visits for oil change, the Service Department really dropped the ball for us this time... At the time of purchase, we opted in and purchased the Tire Warranty, which included road hazard, tire replacement, etc. We experienced a low tire pressure warning, filled out up with air and later that evening tire pressure dropped from 32 to 28 triggering another tire pressure alert. Next morning it was down to 22 psi... Brought it in to the Service Department. They took the vehicle in and after a small wait (about 15 minutes) told us that they refilled it up and didn't see any puncture/ nail and that if it went down again to bring it back in and that they would have to replace the tire. We explained that we had already tried to fill it up and that it went down again and that we would like it replaced (really!?? A professional tire shop would have found the leak and plugged it if they could - but no you want to replace the whole tire)... Anyways the Service Advisor said to give him a few minutes so he start the paperwork - then proceeded to tell us that they didn't have the the in stock and would have to order it. Wouldn't be in until the next day so we would have to bring it back. Then proceeded to tell us the price of the tire. I asked "what about the tire warranty we purchased? " He asked if I had proof because he said he didn't see anything on his end. I replied. Yes, it's in the car. He kept typing and talking in the phone and then told us that we would have to leave the vehicle until the next day because "you purchased a warranty that requires that the vehicle stays until repaired" - so suddenly, he found the warranty. Smh. So instead of letting us just go home and come back the next day, we're without a vehicle because they don't stock a tire for one of the most popular models(Kia Sportage Hybrid)... I guess we should have just declined the coverage and stayed with our local Tire Shop (Just Tires) since we've used them for close 20 years... very disappointing and would definitely NOT recommend a tour warranty purchase from this dealer... And on an additional side note, the oil change contract that we purchased stated "every 3,000 miles per 4 times per year", but the Service Advisor (on our last visit) stated that it was only 2x per year and capped at 10 visits total, which is definitely not what the contract states - I showed him the contract and he stated that I read it correctly and that I needed to talk to Finance. Left a message with another associate and she told me she would ask Saul to review it and correct it. After a week, still no contact or update... read more

This dealership's service department lacks integrity, transparency, and basic professionalism. After keeping my vehicle for a full month for a recurring rearview mirror malfunction, they delivered an abysmal customer experience defined by broken promises, poor communication, and a complete disregard for my time and property. Broken Rental Logistics: Despite booking my appointment a week in advance to secure a rental vehicle, my advisor, Sal, failed to reserve one. I was forced to disrupt my schedule, take a shuttle, and wait at an Enterprise location away as a walk-in, resulting in a vehicle that did not meet my family's needs. Severe Lack of Communication: The dealership held my vehicle for 30 days, yet I had to initiate 80% of all communication. Dashcam footage revealed my vehicle sat untouched in the lot for most of that month despite false status updates. Repeated False Readiness Alarms: I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup three separate times. Each time, I arranged to leave work early, only to be told the next day that the vehicle had "failed testing" and had to stay. Hostile Pickup Ultimatum: When the vehicle was finally ready, the advisor stated that I would be charged for the rental car if I didn't pick it up within two days. This completely ignored the fact that I had already disrupted my work schedule three times for their false alarms and had explicitly stated I could not make a weekday pickup. Disrespect for Customer Property: I requested the car be returned clean since it sat in a dusty, windy lot for a month. Instead, it was delivered covered in heavy water spots on the body, mirrors, and roof rails, with leaves and debris deep in the front windshield nooks. The interior was heavily coated in dust and left completely unwiped. Unprofessional Avoidance: Upon arrival, Sal was nowhere to be found. I was told he took an "early lunch" at 9:00 AM--just one hour after opening. No service manager was available or willing to speak with me. I had to seek out a sales manager just to get someone to listen to my concerns. As we drove away, we witnessed Sal returning in a vehicle, making it clear he purposely hid to avoid accountability. If you expect professional communication, reliable scheduling, and work backed by integrity, avoid this service department entirely. read more

I did a lot of research before picking a dealership to buy my new Sorento Hybrid. This is my third Kia purchase since college. Riverside wanted to add way too many (useless for me) dealer add-ons (unlimited wash and detailing), AllStar never had what I wanted on the lot, so I went with Car Pros, who promised to beat anyone's price. CarPro's add-on was reasonable (LoJack). First, I want to initially praise Arthur for being honest, up-front, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. I had no qualms with him, until later (keep reading). Once we decided to make the deal, we went to Finance, and it was fine with Dayan. Once we declined the extended warranty, Dayan suddenly "had to work on something" and brought in Ryan. Ryan continued to push the extended warranty and "free oil changes for life." Once he heard that we do our own oil changes, he flat out LIED to us and stated that doing our own oil changes would void the warranty. (Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 in the US, it is illegal for a manufacturer to deny a warranty claim simply because you performed your own maintenance or used an independent shop). Sadly, I didn't fact check in front of him, and was pressured into buying the "Oil Changes for Life" (which actually is only for 60 months). When the customer satisfaction survey came around, I voiced my concern of feeling pressured into adding on to my purchase due to a lie. In hindsight, the sales team tried to groom me to answer "10, No, No" on the survey, which means it wouldn't ask anymore questions about my experience. Since I didn't rate the dealership a 10, the salesman Arthur texted me an hour after I did the survey and proceeded to guilt trip me, telling me that he doesn't get his bonus because I only scored an 8/10 on my experience. That's not my problem. He said if I had just told him before I drove off.... but I didn't know I had been lied to until I got home that night. Despite finding the perfect version/trim/color of the car I wanted, it's very disappointing that they deceive customers like this to upsell their services. My friend bought a Kia from this dealer last year and was told the same thing about the oil changes. I would not recommend this dealership, and I will get my next Kia from someone else. read more

I recently leased an EV9 from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales guy, "G," was the person I dealt with, and Edwin was the manager involved in the deal. Before contacting this dealership, I had already called four other dealerships looking for this exact vehicle. Some told me they had it, ran my credit, and then later told me they didn't actually have the vehicle. So when I contacted this dealership, I specifically made sure they physically had the EV9 before moving forward. I was completely upfront with G about the down payment I had available and explained that my aunt would be co-signing because of my credit situation. Since my aunt is older and the dealership was a long drive for us, we worked out the entire deal over the phone and arranged for the vehicle to be delivered. I also repeatedly insisted that I wanted to see the actual numbers before the vehicle was delivered and before signing anything. Instead, I kept being told, "Your payment is where you want it," which was true. The payment was within the range I had told them I was comfortable with. But that's not what good customer service is about. I'm actually in the sales and customer service business myself as a residential electrical contractor, so I understand exactly how sales works. I understand upselling, making a profit, and offering customers additional products and services. I do it myself. But there is a difference between selling to a customer and taking advantage of the fact that they trust you to give them a fair deal. A good salesperson should be able to make money while still making the customer feel like they got a fair and transparent deal. In my business, I would never hide thousands of dollars in a price and simply tell a customer, "Your payment is where you want it." I want to make one thing clear because the dealership may point to the $18,000 rebate as a "discount." The $18,000 was a nationwide lease rebate/incentive available on these vehicles. It was not a special $18,000 discount that G or the dealership negotiated specifically for me. Throughout our conversations, G repeatedly talked about how much they were "discounting" the vehicle and how they were taking this and that off the price. However, at no point did he or Edwin mention that there was a $5,000 markup on the vehicle. I only discovered the $5,000 markup when it was time to sign the paperwork. On top of that, I was pressured into purchasing roughly $2,000 in additional products, including LoJack and another product called Pulse. That is what really bothered me. I'm not upset that a dealership needs to make money, and I'm not upset that they offered additional products. I'm upset that the actual numbers were not clearly presented after I specifically asked to see them. Had I been shown the complete numbers upfront, I could have made an informed decision and potentially saved myself thousands of dollars. Cars are already extremely expensive. When a customer is completely transparent about their budget, down payment, credit situation, and what they are looking for, I expect the dealership to be equally transparent about the actual price. I'm happy with the EV9 itself, but I was very disappointed with how the pricing and add-ons were handled by G and Edwin. What should have been an exciting purchase ended up feeling like I was taken advantage of because I had found the exact vehicle I wanted. Real customer service would have been showing me the numbers and helping me get the best deal possible--not simply finding a payment that fit my budget. I'm in sales myself, and I know how important it is to make a profit. But I also know that the best customers are the ones who leave feeling like they were treated fairly. That's the part I felt was missing here. If there is a $5,000 markup, just be upfront about it. Tell the customer from the beginning. Don't repeatedly talk about how much you're "discounting" the vehicle while never mentioning the markup. read more

You want someone legit, no BS? Ask for Andy. I never planned on getting a Kia. I was nervous about the rep. But Andy (who previously sold us our 2023 Jeep Compass and 2023 Dodge Charger when he was at Jeep) told me he moved to Kia. I trusted him anyway. He heard my concerns, handled everything, and kept his word. Now I'm happily in my Telluride. I'm in sales too. I know how much a great rep matters. Whatever brand Andy stands behind next? I was gonna write a good review about this place after doing my trade in but then they ended up being really shady and now here are. So I came in one day because I got something in the mail saying I got a preapproval with capitol one. I came in out of curiosity because I've been thinking of trading in my 2023 Kia forte or maybe getting it refinanced. I know some dealerships are pushy and use predatory tactics but honestly I didn't really feel that way when I was there so that's why I gave them 2 stars. They ended up looking at all the numbers and decided that I qualify for the new EV6 2025 and laid out the payments I would be making a month. Now I'm not rich by any means but I make 72k a year and looked at my bill ratio and it was something I can do with no major issues. They even gave me a little discount with putting $0 down and that was fine with me. I was there for about 4 hours (right before they closed) and everything seemed to be fine with paperwork with an approval from them and everything. So fast forward I drive off the lot with my new car and trade in my Kia. LOVE the car. Upon signing the "paper contract" with them I was told by I believe his name is Ryan that I would have an email coming sometime next week to Docusign the final contract as the weekend was arriving and they would process it all then. Not an issue. I work for an airline and leave the country every month and I told them I would be leaving December 16th. They said I would have it all via email by then. About 10 days go by with me having my new car when I leave for my work trip and I'm in El Paso getting a phone call from Ryan saying that they had their audit underwriters double check everything and they tell me that I suddenly can't afford the monthly payments with my salary and checks that were turned in?? Then he proceeds to ask me for a co signer or a large down payment and I told him no that's not happening. Just like I said at the dealership when I signed all the contracts. I asked him and told him that this was such a waste of time because why have me sitting at the dealership for hours for me to sign all these things and be told that the dealership checked my credit and my income and that I was APPROVED then renege on me 9-10 days later. Why even let me drive off the Lott with it at that point ? It was more frustrating that I'm over here switching my fkn insurance charging all my stuff for my new vehicle and I was home for that long period BEFORE leaving for 15 days on a work trip where I could've been there to do a trade back. Calling me that long later to renege on this deal with signed for and then trying to ask for a larger down payment or co signer just seemed so fucking shady to me. It was ridiculous. I LOVE my Kia so I will still reach out to another Kia dealership in the future but this place I wouldn't go back to at all Very disappointed with this place. read more

This dealer is an absolute joke. I bought my vehicle here and unfortunately have resorted to taking my vehicle here for routine maintenance because I foolishly bought into their lifetime oil change package, but they have the most abysmal service department in existence with zero operational standards. I don't think they train their people or hold them accountable- neither variable nor fixed have a clue how to run a store. Quit trying to take advantage of an area like Moreno Valley. It sucks, it's cheap, and it's pathetic. They also had the audacity to attempt to solicit a review for me for $40 off my next service. Look at this garbage. Did your district rep put you up to this? This is a horrible gesture. None of these things were at all done for me. I hate going here. I'm at a point where I'd rather forego the stress of coming here and abandon my oil change contract and go somewhere else. Congrats, you fleeced me out of chump change rather than getting better operationally and creating lifetime customers. Trash business. Do not go here. read more

We had a great experience with our purchase thanks to Andy. So much so that I'm going to give this five stars for the buying experience because at the end of the day the purchase is the most important aspect. He got us into our Telluride. And it's been 2 months, we're happy. But we do have pointers for the facility itself. We've been to other dealers and buying is an experience. Here's our tips for the dealer. - fix your coffee station (it's sad) something as simple as a good coffee station changes an entire experience. (Honda and Jeep have great snack / coffee stations) - fix your vending machines (they were broken) - clean the scruffs on the walls, get new clean office chairs (when you buy a car you want to feel luxury) You're the #2 KIA dealership... let's show out. Coming from a customer, it matters! read more

Oh boy, if i knew it was gonna be such a hassle to buy a car from them, I wouldn't have done it. The day I came in to look at a possible car, they tell me that I can't take it for a test drive since they're having the brakes changed. Ok, fine, i'll just come back tomorrow then, mind you, the day before I was already texting a sale's person, Chris, that said the car would be ready that day (as in brakes changed and already done with a detail), so I was already annoyed. At this point, I said i'll come back tomorrow, when I can take the car for a test drive, before I could even get outta my seat, the sale person, Daniel comes in with a better deal. (I should've taken this as a sign that something was wrong with the car.) I ended up finishing the paperwork that day, and the day after, I was supposed to come grab the car. When I came back the next day, before I could even drive off the lot, I noticed there were chips all over the windshield, I let them know and they got me scheduled within the week to fill the cracks. After waiting hours that day, they tell me that the previous owner already filled them in, so that's the best it'll get. I was really annoyed at this point. But, the used car sale's manager, Luis (or Junior), noticed this and told me that he could get the windshield team to come meet me at my house and just replace the whole windshield, which sounded great to me. But that wasn't the only problem with the car. The day I came to pick up the car, I asked for a full tank of gas, which they agreed to, and Daniel went to get gas, a week afterwards, when the gas was getting low, I went to get gas and noticed that the gas latch button didn't even work! I just had to press the gas tank from the outside of the car for it to open, I was like wow, you, you guys didn't have to decency to let me know about this?! The whole process of buying the car and fixing it up took a whole month, I bought the car on the 19th of August, and everything just got fixed today (10th of September). The whole time I was coming back and forth to the dealership, the finance team, more specifically Dayan, gave the impression that she was more concerned about getting the check from me. When I told her I'd be more comfortable giving the check after all the issues on the car got resolved, she just got a manager (Brandon) to basically tell me that if I don't give them the check, they'll send the contract to the bank to get financed. The only reason the review is a 2 star is because of the service team. Manny went out of the way to make sure I was happy with the car. When I was letting the service team know about how I just bought the car from them and all the car's problems, they just kinda gave me an exasperated look when I mentioned the conduct of the sale's team. I guess this is a regular occurrence for them. Let this review be a warning on why you should avoid this dealership. read more

12/08/25 at Kia to get oil change. I pay an extra $100 per month which is $1200 annually to receive "free" oil changes. I was told recently I can only have 2 per year based on mileage. I asked Steven Reinard, service person this morning of when my "free" oil changes take effect again. Steven seemed irritated by my question so I statedd " you seem upset with me for reason". Steven presented himself as condescending and very gruff when speaking with me. Its a shame that this dealership continues to provide my husband and and I bad service. Today I was also told my Kia needs $1200+ of work but when I took Kia to Perris dealership I was only informed to change cabin filter that was coming up. Its unfortunate weve had such bad service here. Alsp, the service group is upset with me because I am asking for a buy back on my Kia 2024 Sportage because moonroof exploded and blew up while driving on the freeway back in February. Case has been open and escalated to Kia customer service for many months now. Called again today still no updated. This is my 70th call since this occurred. read more

I recently bought a used Mazda 3 from Car Pros Kia Moreno Valley. The car itself is excellent and I'm very happy with the vehicle overall. However, my experience with the dealership had several issues that affected my satisfaction. When I picked up the car, I was only given one key, and unfortunately that key was damaged and glued together. Shortly after driving it, the car displayed a "Keyless Entry System Malfunction" warning. Mazda later confirmed that the key needs to be reprogrammed or replaced, which is a costly repair that was never disclosed by the dealer. I reached out for support, but didn't receive much help or responsibility from their side. Additionally, after reviewing my paperwork, I noticed that some of my information was entered incorrectly, including an email address that I never provided. These kinds of mistakes make the process feel less transparent and less professional. The car itself is great, but the key issue, the lack of assistance, and the errors in my documents significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the dealership improves accuracy and customer support moving forward. read more

After making a 9 am appointment with the service center to have over $1000 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. I was told the wait would be 3 to 3.5 hours. I decided to stay locally and do some shopping while I waited. After 4 hours I walked back to the dealership at which time I was told it would be another 1.5 hours before my vehicle was done. I told them I didn't understand how they could be when I had an appointment. I was told they're backed up. I asked where in the process is my vehicle. I was told they had just taken the car back to be put up on the lift. So I told him to bring my car out I'm not getting my vehicle serviced here. I took my car in to the service center for a simple issue, possibly a clogged condensation drain. I have extended warranty, so I figured I'd have the dealership help me out with the problem. That was a terrible mistake. I had Phillip as a service advisor. In two days of waiting for a simple follow up phone call, just to know the status of my vehicle, I had a single communication stating that he didn't know if it would be covered under warranty, and that he'd follow up with me. That was the only time he called me. After that, I could not reach him for further communication, whatsoever. I spent an entire day trying to get a hold of him, without a single reply. I had the customer care representative send several emails trying to get him to call me back and let me know what was happening to my car, and no reply. One of the emails that was sent to him, was CC'ed to the manager in order to see if that would prompt a reply, and nothing. I spent the rest of the day trying to get in contact with literally ANYONE ELSE there, and nothing. I left voicemails to different service advisors asking for an update, and no reply. I asked for the manager and left a voicemail there, and no reply. No one returned my phone call, no one tried to follow up and let me know what was happening, no one was helpful or useful besides the customer care representatives answering the phone, but they're offsite and all they can do is forward my calls over to the service center. I just needed an update, a singular phone call letting me know the status of my vehicle and they couldn't even do that. Having my car for 2 whole days, without an idea of how much longer it would take, is unacceptable. I couldn't even plan for renting a car to use in the meantime, because I had almost zero communication. I ended up having to call and ask the off-site customer care representative to send the service center an email letting them know that I was going to go pick up my car, and was no longer interested in their service. Only then did it appear there was some sort of care, when I went in person asking for my keys and car to be returned to me. And, it wasn't even my assigned service advisor because he had already left home for the day. This was the worst customer experience I've had at a service center. I'll never take my car there, ever again. If you value your time, avoid this business read more

Check engine light came on - the first available appointment was a week later. There is a shuttle service for local customers if they don't want to wait there but, that shuttle is for 5 miles, 1 way. So if they bring me back to work to keep my car, they will not come back and get me. They have free coffee and decaf. There's vending machines for snacks and drinks. I don't see any free water bottles. Chairs are comfortable enough. They have a cool window so you can watch your car being serviced. There's free WiFi. A very nice Indian man came over and was making fresh coffee. They have a high desk area to do work from. There's a small parts area selling a combination of Kia branded items and cheap imported car accessories. The parts department control the TV remote. Twice I have heard the woman back there say "there's only so much I can do with what's being provided to me". I don't know why she said it the first time. The TV was asking "are you still watching" and counting down to turn itself off and I asked her to confirm that we were indeed still watching and she got the remote, and switched it to Spanish television. Since I am unable to understand Spanish and I am the only person in the waiting area I went back over to a for it to be turned back to what was on, or to any TV show to which she told me "I can only do so much with what is provided for me" she said she can't get back to where it was and has no idea how the remoter works. Idea; Can the remote be left out in the waiting area? Maybe slip it into a holder on the TV wall? Maybe the customers can decide and not involve the overwhelmed parts department? I feel confident that I could do it " with the tools provided ". I was scheduled to come back the next day and my salesman told me he had no business cards but that his contact information is on the upper right corner of my work order so after a few hours had passed I called to check in on my status but the man who answered the phone said "Alex Cota" doesn't work there anymore?! BEWARE! Brand new cars in very poor condition and terrible customer service! I recently visited Car Pros to look at a Kia Carnival, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was greeted by a salesman and shown to the lot, which was completely packed. The cars were covered in thick dust, had surface rust on the wheels, and looked like they hadn't been moved in ages. It was hard to believe these were supposed to be new cars. The lot was so crowded that cars were even parked in the driving aisle, making it impossible to take one out without moving at least 10 others first. The salesman didn't want to move any cars, suggesting instead that we look at the ones that were easier to access -- including a used model from the prior year. Shockingly, he knew nothing about the features of the cars and repeatedly apologized, saying, "Sorry, I honestly don't know." The overcrowding was overwhelming. We had to squeeze between cars just to walk around, and most of the doors wouldn't open because they were parked so tightly. Frustrated, we were taken inside to meet another salesman, Moe. We had already discussed our desired features with the first salesman, so we assumed Moe knew what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we later realized that the lower model didn't have the interior we wanted, so we had to move up to the top model. To make matters worse, every time Moe brought numbers, the paperwork listed the wrong car. When I pointed this out, he just said to "disregard that" -- but I wasn't comfortable ignoring such a major mistake. After a lot of back and forth, Moe handed me an envelope labeled with Sharpie, showing $799/month with a line to sign. When I hesitated about the price, Moe took us out to see the car, but it turned out the battery was completely dead. We couldn't even open the door to check the interior. Back inside, a sales manager named Karmina approached, aggressively asking what needed to be done to close the deal. When I mentioned wanting to see a price breakdown, she snapped that this "wasn't the car for me" and seemed annoyed. The next day, I spoke to Moe, explaining that I liked the car's exterior and features, but my husband hadn't driven it, and I wanted to see if we could work on the price. Moe told me to come back in. Right before I arrived, he tried to reschedule, but I couldn't, so he said to come anyway. When I got there, the car was still trapped, and I had to wait for him to dig it out. After finally driving it, Moe came back with a new offer -- now $838/month -- and smugly said I should have taken the previous day's deal. He smirked and chuckled at my surprise, claiming it wasn't his fault and that I should have just agreed earlier. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. The dealership wasted my time and treated me disrespectfully. Moe's condescending attitude and lack of professionalism were the final straw. Looking back, I can't believe I put up with all of it. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I ended up visiting a dealership in Palm Springs, and the difference in service was like night and day! read more

Despite multiple visits to your dealership, my car's check engine light keeps coming on, despite being told it would be fixed. Appointments were made, only to be informed of lunch breaks or that the car hadn't been examined. What's the point of making an appointment if the car isn't inspected? Today, the same issue occurred. I spoke to the manager, who assured me my car was ready. Five minutes later, I received a call informing me it wasn't ready and would be ready in the morning. They had my car all day. read more
