I strongly advise avoiding this location after my experience with Morgan Conde (more like "Con"). I will never bring my business here again. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service, but dealing with Morgan was a textbook example of everything wrong with this industry. Instead of addressing my concerns, he turned the visit into three separate aggressive sales pitches for additional items and services. When I told him I work at an automotive repair facility and have access to excellent discounts and quality service, he belittled me without knowing anything about my background or workplace. He claimed my facility wasn't properly equipped and that I was just creating bigger problems down the road by using "unskilled technicians." What I learned is that you need to go to more upscale locations if you want to be respected and actually listened to. I don't need pushy sales tactics just so Morgan can chase his commission. Got the numbers with worksheet agreed upon with saleman, started filling out the purchase agreement online and only then salesman told me someone else is buying it and our deal is no good. Also told us we cannot give a deposit to really secure the deal because he said California law doesn't allow that which is another LIE. I've bought many cars out of state and locally by phone and or email - its the digital age, but some people and dealers have zero respect or customer loyalty. The second time I came for a windshield replacement, they tell me it'll be fine the same day and it ends up taking a 2 days because they didn't know they couldn't tint it. DECEPTIVE PRICING. I purchased a 2023 Mercedes from this dealership and pod exactly what they priced it t online and added the 100k extended warranty. I was then told that I had to pay an additional $1,500 for a GPS they install in all of their cars, the Mercedes has one installed factory already, but they made instead of removing it like I requested made me pay an additional $1,045. They also installed fancy stickers on the door edges which protect someone else's car if I open the door into their car for another $545. I also said I don't want those. They said that was on every car! After I agreed and told this to a friend who owns a Chevrolet dealership, he was furious and said that was illegal, they cannot add items to a vehicle and make you pay more than an advertised price. I spoke with a GM from another dealer and he said that was absolutely BS and they thought it was a shady business practice. I have since texted the salesman Heath at least 6-7 times which each time he has responded either someone will call, they're busy try calling direct, which I left Jeff the GM a voicemail and never got a call back, and let Heath know this which he said let me try something else. This has gone on for probably 2 months and I'm tired of calling. I would highly suggest finding a dealer that doesn't make money by adding things to the vehicle you don't need! And certainly one that will at least hear you out on your concerns after the purchase of you reach out as many times as I have. I tried several of the used car websites (Carmax, Carvana, etc) and KBB. I received the highest offer from the KBB instant Cash Offer Program. Jaguar/Land Rover Riverside is a KBB affiliate and was the first to contact me. I went down with all my information, and they took it for a test drive and offered me very close to the KBB price. Since it was late on a Friday, their business office was closed and would be through the weekend, I didn't get the check right there and then. I was assured that a check would be waiting for me on Monday after I got off work. I went right after work, and after about 10 minutes of getting there, I received my check in the agreed upon amount. Working with the service department has been a nightmare. We have taken our 2019 Surburban back 4 times and we still have the same problem. I am very disappointed with their service. They expect us to drop everything we are doing to pick up vehicles and trust they fixed the car. We started to fix the issue in November and they replaced the transmission. I had a 2017 RR Evoque that I'd take to the Anaheim location for service, but once this location opened I've been going here ever since. I've dealt with service advisor Morgan since day 1, and it has been nothing short of a great experience. He always has a loaner car ready for me when I go, and because I have my toddler with me they'll park the loaner and my car next to each other so it's easy for me to swap over my sons car seat, etc. I recently traded in my 2017 Evoque for a 2021 Sport due to some issues, and Morgan was extremely helpful when deciding whether or not I should fix my 2017 or move on to something new.
