The best dealership I have ever visited. This place is amazing!! Five star experience , hands down. Go see Greg from sales , extremely helpful and met all challenges that came up throughout the process with great professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely buy from this dealership again , and recommend to all my friends and family. read more

I had a 2017 RR Evoque that I'd take to the Anaheim location for service, but once this location opened I've been going here ever since. I've dealt with service advisor Morgan since day 1, and it has been nothing short of a great experience. He always has a loaner car ready for me when I go, and because I have my toddler with me they'll park the loaner and my car next to each other so it's easy for me to swap over my sons car seat, etc. I recently traded in my 2017 Evoque for a 2021 Sport due to some issues, and Morgan was extremely helpful when deciding whether or not I should fix my 2017 or move on to something new. I highly recommend this location, I've never had any issues and it has always been friendly and fair when it comes to servicing my vehicle! :) read more

Greg made the car shopping experience pleasant and easy. I didn't feel any pressure, he showed us the cars available and explained the differences. He understood my families needs and made sure we got the best car to match our needs. Greg actually came in on his day off to help us out because it was the only day of the week that worked for us. read more

If we could give this dealership a zero, no-star rating, we would. We negotiated a price online and arranged a time to test drive and purchase the vehicle. We drove an hour to get to the dealership. When we arrived eight minutes after their opening, the salesman we negotiated with, Albert, was selling the car to another customer, knowing we would be coming in. We were treated so poorly. We will NEVER do business with this auto group, nor will we recommend them to friends, colleagues, or family. They lack honesty, integrity, morals, and ethics. They care more about the sale than their customers. read more

I drove from Downey all the way here to service my Range Rover, best costumer service from Joseph and Letty. I was also amaze of their cafeteria felt so welcomed. Bob was also very helpful Highly recommend this location definitely worth the drive. read more

Called about 8 Land Rover dealerships in Southern California area looking for a specific vehicle and a few locations had what I was looking for, but either sold them too quickly or were trying to put a significant markup due to a "chip shortage" that has halted new car production. I ended up dealing with Moe (Sales) and the deal we reached came within 45 minutes. I didn't have to fight for a price break and their pricing was pretty fair compared to other offers I was presented at different dealers. I did pay a bit of a premium but given the current situation in the car market, I was willing to and they worked on the markup price with me. Steven (Finance) was a breeze to work with as well. I purchased the vehicle over the phone and signed documents via email. The paperwork took about 2 days to finalize and the car was delivered to my home in the Bay Area 2 days after that. Their quote for enclosed transportation was far better than any auto transportation quotes I received. Thanks again guys, will def be back for an upgrade after this. read more

Bryan is the best! Every time I have brought in my Range Rover and now Jaguar for service, he is very informative and goes above and beyond for me. I have never had issues with this dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. Bryan, I hope Kelly or Joe see this email because you deserve a big recognition. I have dealt with other land rover dealers, but they always give me the run around. I'm so happy to have found a great service department. Thanks again, Bryan read more

First off, I am no novice to car buying. In my lifetime I have purchased way over 50 vehicles, including 5 Land Rovers, and Land Rover Riverside made this the absolute best car buying experience I ever had! We drove to Riverside from our home in San Diego County, as the local dealers here seem to think of buyers as simply cash cows and are unwilling to work with trades and pricing. From first e-mail contact with Scott Mccloud to driving off the lot with my 2021 Defender, everything was so pleasant and fast. Heck, we were in and out in about three hours including trading in our old vehicle, financing and driving away. The new vehicle was immaculate, as expected, and ready when we were. No high pressure tactics at all, which is what most car dealers are "infamous" for. We knew the vehicle we wanted, Scott helped us through the process, and Luis in finance was also great. Again, no high pressure tactics, just informal do you wish this or that and nothing else. The showroom was spotless, with many vehicles to look at. Everything was super clean, including the rest rooms and the coffee bar area. (They have a great selection of complimentary coffee's to choose from). I can highly recommend this dealership and would buy a new Land Rover there before anywhere else. read more

I have been searching to trade in my Velar for the better half of a year at the San Diego Dealership, and was not impressed with their service or what they had to offer, so I branched out. Albert at the Riverside dealership, found EXACTLY, What I wanted within minutes. It took about 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork, and since I am in San Diego he LITERALLY drove my new Range Sport down that day within 2.5 hours, with a full tank of gas, and drove my trade in back, on a SUNDAY. Amazing customer service all around, I am so pleased of how it turned out. If you are looking for a new/used Range, please consider Albert and his team at Land Rover Riverside. read more

Stopped by the service department today because the Land Rover emblem on the tailgate of my 2016 full size fell off while parked in my garage. Upon arrival, I was told "we're really busy but if you want to buy the part, someone will be out to help you." Fair enough. I purchased the part and then was "helped" by another service advisor. I told him what the issue was and said I hoped a tech could help my quickly replace the emblem in the proper place. His response: "you get me." He came out and looked at the tailgate and said the old residue needed to be cleaned away and they had nothing in the shop to remove it (odd, considering they sell and detail new and used cars). He then said the detailer was at the other lot (about a mile away). He didn't offer to bring him over or have me meet the detailer for a job that would have taken 5 minutes. I was repeatedly told how busy they were. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and he effectively told me "no." He then offered to get some rulers so I could take pictures for myself for where the emblem was supposed to be situated. Really? Long story short, they could not have been less interested in helping a potential new service customer with a very quick job that could have been handled in the driveway. Truly a sad introduction to the brand new local dealership for a premium brand. I was looking forward to having a local dealership to service this vehicle. Looks like I will still be going to Orange County for this vehicle's service needs. read more

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. My car is having so many problems I just bought it! Terrible customer care they don't care. Don't buy cars from here brand new and problematic! Not luxury service! They treat you like you are at a Kia dealership! read more

I called weeks in advance to book a service appointment to get my AC repaired. Although they can't promise a loaner vehicle, I was told they would try to accommodate me. I find it a little ridiculous that you spend that nearly 100k on a car and they can't even give you a car to use that's comparable to the one I purchased. I was given a rental by Hertz which I was told would be comparable to my vehicle. Last time I checked, a Hyundai is not comparable to a Range Rover. read more

This dealership is so unprofessional. The service department sucks. Treated like I didn't know what I was talking about when I came in to have my car looked at. No loaner vehicles? Unless you make an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance what a joke! After spending over $100,000.00 on a vehicle I would expect a loaner. Not once have I been checked on or been given an update on my car. I have been here for 4 hours now. The waiting room has no space, uncomfortable chairs with one couch. I have not been acknowledged by any employees that have walked by. I will never come back here for service. I would rather commute the hour and a half to Pasadena or Anaheim Hills then return here which is 25 minutes from my home. read more

We recently purchased our first Range Rover from Land Rover Riverside dealership. After scheduling a test drive appointment online, Gregory texted me and coordinated my visit; and it was a real pleasure meeting him a few days later. He was attentive to our needs and expectations from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very courteous in pointing out the different features on paper as well as during the test drive. He was personable but not pushy. He went through all the details and options and we are able to close the deal smoothly and without hiccups or surprises. Gregory and the team took very good care of us from the moment we stepped into the dealership until we left. He followed up with me few days later to check. This was one of the classiest and most professional dealerships I ever dealt with. Great experience ! read more

John Jiries is your guy when purchasing a Land Rover at this dealership. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very pleasant to work with. He doesn't try to swindle or play any games, but he's forthcoming and honest and knows his product and pricing well. Most importantly, he gives you space to make your decision without pressuring, and that was very valuable to me. If you're looking to buy a Land Rover, go see John and the rest will be Smooth sailing. By far, buying from John has been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. This purchase is my 10 th car buying experience and by far the best! Thank you John!!! read more

Worst dealership went in to buy Range Rover and was not treated well. Was going to spend over 100k on vehicle but due to sales managers attitude. Everything was smooth & straightforward getting the lease done on my new beautiful Land Rover Discovery. All my questions were answered, the finance paperwork executed efficiently, and sales rep Greg Suzuki went through the preliminary setup & explanation of the basic tech features. In addition, another appointment was made for further instruction with a technician at my home to link the garage opener and explain the vehicle's features in more detail. I have not yet needed service at this location as this is a new vehicle. read more

Mark Espinoza is the go to man in the service department. My family is happy with his customer service. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

Called in to the dealership today and it reminded me of how awful each experience I've had has been going to this location. Customer service is not great. First time I had service done here. They checked my VIN to make sure the part was in, scheduled for me to come in... then it turned out the part was not the right part... I was sitting there for 4.5 HOURS. Crazy part is, they didn't actually tell me that they had the wrong part until 1.5 hours after my scheduled app. time. Second experience, I had a woman in the service department hand the phone over to someone else, mid convo of me explaining to her my car situation. Imaging hearing "hi, this is.." mid sentence. Like huh? What just happened here. Last time I went in to possibly trade my evoque, I sat down with someone, they checked my car, ran my credit, then at the end "couldn't" tell me what my credit score was or what they found out about MY car. Lack of communication? Terrible policies? Or was it that person's personal spite? I have no clue. (Definitely didn't move forward with closing a deal with this place. I will more than likely go out of my way to avoid coming to this Land Rover dealership. read more

Came in to look at a new car we had been researching online. As a previous Land Rover owner I loved my Range Rover sport from Anaheim Land Rover, and was looking at purchasing a car, we had 3 different cars we were looking at that day. Audi, Porsche and Range Rover. Maybe we weren't dressed nice enough or the car we came in wasn't nice enough for them to bother but NOT ONE person would help us after 45 min so we left. Not even a hello. So after no one even approaching or helping us after 45 min I went down the street and purchased a Porsche. Audi was helpful, Porsche was helpful, Range Rover Riverside I guess they felt we weren't good enough‍ Don't judge a book by it's cover read more

Brough my Range Rover 2021 for an appointment on Wednesday for a low battery checkup and was provided with a Lyft car transportation (Not a loaner car). No follow up whatsoever. On Friday, three days later, I called to find out status of my vehicle. The service rep. said they haven't got the car in the service yet. I decided to get my car back home without service completed and wasted 3 days for nothing. Very frustrating and bad service!!! This is a Range Rover Dealership? Are you kidding me!!! read more

I highly recommend Land Rover Riverside, especially Sales Associate Eric Brooks. Eric truly went above and beyond for us. He exceeded our expectations. My lease was up on my Evoque. So we initially went to the Land Rover dealership we got my original lease from. They couldn't get us to where we wanted to be in terms of monthly payment. A friend of mine, who Eric helped get into a Velar, highly recommended Eric. Eric and his sales manager were able to get us where we wanted to be. Once we had a deal, we couldn't get to Riverside since we both worked. So Eric made her happened and delivered the car and picked up my lease that was being turned in. Did I mention that all my communication with Eric was on his day off?! Also, I forgot my garage remote in my old car and called Eric. Without any hesitation, he said "no problem, I will FedEx it to you tomorrow." I cannot express how thankful and pleased I am with this entire transaction. Once my lease is up on my Velar, I will definitely contact Eric. Thank you, Eric and Land Rover Riverside!! read more

I just purchased a 2020 Range Rover Velar from this dealership 3 weeks ago. We drove home and realized that there were bolts missing underneath the car. We immediately contacted our sales representative by text and phone call. We told him the issue and he said he would ship out the bolts that Monday. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not received the package. We even asked for a tracking number that he chose to not provide to us. We have texted and called multiple times in the past few weeks and he promised he will look into it. Yesterday 11/20/2020 we contacted him again to see where the package is, also asking for a tracking number and now we are getting no response. Now I will be taking my car to a different dealership for a very simple issue on a brand new car. read more

Hello to all. I am extremely saddened with the recent issues on my 2017 LR Sport. I loved this car until about 6 weeks ago. Then all of the sudden I had two significant issues with my car. Mind you I am a female who takes care of everything that's mine, including my car. I am a little out of my warranty timeframe and received a significant discount on service but I still consider my car a new vehicle and now with two major issues. The ONLY thing that is saving this car brand from me writing a terrible review is my service advisor MARK ESPINOZA. I feel like he has had my back above and beyond anyone else at this dealership. I cannot say enough great things about him. Please take care of him Indigo because from what I have read and heard, he has salvaged many customer-business relationships there. I am not easily pleased but I can say I walk away with a smile when I leave his desk. Please reward him in some way, not just for me but others working at this dealership read more

I ordered the new Range Rover 1 year ago with my salesman, Albert, telling me it would be 10k over sticker. This has been the worst Experience ever for me. First, got a text from One of the salespeople with huge over sticker price on the vehicle which is not even disclosed in their website. Second got follow up call from a sales manager to see if he can help me. I said sure, we spoke over the phone and agreed on a sale price for a vehicle. When i got to the dealership their was more stuff added to the price of the vehicle. I also had a trade in vehicle which i said I have more somewhere else So don't worry about the trade. As soon i said take the Trade out he was like no give it to me for less so i can make money on it. Why would i do that if i have $3000 more money somewhere else. And also as soon i said i will not trade my car, they said they wont sell me the new car without trading my car. read more
