    Service: I've got a bit of a special Lexus. It is definitely loved, and because of that, I make sure it's always properly taken care of. Tony in service is hands down the reason I keep coming back. I was originally referred to him, and after my first visit, he immediately became my go-to. Now he's literally saved in my favorites he's the first person I call anytime my GX needs anything. Over the years, I've trusted Tony and the team with everything from annual maintenance and routine oil services to major services like the timing belt and water pump, alternator replacement, brake jobs (pads and rotors), and full fluid services including transmission, differential, and coolant flushes. Every time, the work has been thorough, transparent, and done right. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Tony is always responsive, honest about what's needed (and what's not), and makes scheduling effortless. He treats my vehicle like it's his own, which is rare and incredibly valuable especially when you care about keeping your Lexus running strong for the long haul (currently 276k miles) If you're bringing your Lexus in, ask for Tony in service. There's a reason he's the first call I make every single time

    Went there with my wife last week to check out a Lexus NX last minute. We were helped out by a young, new girl who immediately was able to help us out with a test drive. We ended up liking the vehicle and then went in to talk numbers with the floor manager Ray. He was able to help us get to the number we were looking for and even beat the financing rate that my credit union offered by a big margin! Very happy with the quality of service and that they didn't try to BS us or play games. I would be happy to go work with Ray again when we look to upgrade!

    2026 Lexus IS350 in Infrared

    Where do I begin? Working with Joe Finley, Fhal Simaan, and Malcolm Dougan was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. This team sets a standard that's difficult to match. Joe went far beyond what you'd expect from a salesperson. He tracked down an IS 350 in the exact color we had struggled to find-- Infrared (this is the bright red--similar vibe to Inferno Red)--and guided us through every step with genuine care and attention. What stood out most was his sincerity; by the end of the process, he felt more like a trusted friend than just someone helping us purchase a car. Fhal, the Internet Sales Manager, made an immediate impression with his positive energy and professionalism. His warm welcome and hospitality created a comfortable, no-pressure environment that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Malcolm in finance was equally outstanding. He walked us through the contract with patience and clarity, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensuring we felt confident in every decision. Together, this team at Crown Lexus delivers a level of service that is rare to find. If you're considering a new or certified Lexus, I can wholeheartedly recommend working with them.     I absolutely love my 2026 IS350 F Sport! Ray was my salesman and he went above and beyond to get the car in the color and package I wanted. Dealerships always take forever with paperwork but at the end of the day, I made it home in my new baby and couldn't be more happy!

    Convenience and ease of booking a service appointment... Five stars! Customer service is a bit iffy, hence the lower rating. A couple of odd things have happened in the past services I've had for my car. One of them was something decorating my car went missing and then the other one was that I ended up having a screw stuck in my tire. Heads up, there no proof that the screw came from the service department, and it's just so happened that my tire went flat on the freeway the same day I picked up my car from service. I had only been to one other location before the tire popped. Consumers in general: Be mindful that certain Lexus models do not carry spare tires, so that'll end up costing more to replace and to tow. All that to say is the drop off service option overnight is very convenient. they replaced my tire within a couple of hours... It was just a very costly inconvenience. The Lexus representatives range from nice to apathetic.

    This Pick Your Part location was a solid experience overall. I came here to turn in my car through…read morethe California BAR program, and this is one of the approved locations that accepts vehicles through the state program. I'm really glad I went the state route. The generic Pick Your Part quote I got online was around $190, which was much lower than I expected. Through the BAR program, I ended up receiving a little over $1,000, which made a huge difference and was well worth meeting the program requirements. Finding the location was the only slightly confusing part. When I first arrived, I followed a sign that said "We Buy Cars" and made a sharp right, but that turned out to be the wrong entrance. If you're using Apple Maps, keep going straight instead. The correct office where the paperwork is handled will be on your left. Once inside, the front desk staff member was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The paperwork took the longest, but everything was clearly explained. After the initial paperwork, I was directed back to the "We Buy Cars" area, drove straight down, made a small left, and found a mobile office where they finalized everything, took the car, and gave me the remaining documents. A couple of things to note: * Customer restrooms are portable toilets only, with a pump-style hand washer * Plan accordingly if that's important to you I arrived right when they opened at 9:00 AM and was completely finished by 9:53 AM, which I thought was very reasonable given the process. They handled everything on the DMV side and issued the check without any issues. Overall, a smooth experience, and I'd recommend this location if you're doing a BAR program vehicle turn-in.

Cal is a personality and will make you feel at ease while purchasing a vehicle, and he will do what he can to get you everything you want. I walked in, and a very tall man sitting at a desk asked if he could help me. I said I was there to look at some Seqouias - in either TRD Pro or another 'luxury' trim. He took me out & showed me a TRDPro/1794 unit. We discussed the various trim levels, etc. After maybe 5minutes, he asked if I could have my wife come to the dealership. I responded that the car was going to be for me - that once I narrowed it down to a make/model/trim level...then I'd bring her in for a test drive before I buy. He said "so you're looking at other makes?" I said "yes, everything from a GMC Hummer EV to a Genesis GV80 Coupe." He rolled his eyes & said "well, I'll be inside" and walked away. Your dealership can pound sand. Sorry I didn't just walk in, point to a car, and swipe my credit card for MSRP. I've never felt so dismissed by a salesman for a product I'm looking to spend up to $120k on. That money can go to a different dealer. In fact, it may have put me off Toyota altogether.
