*****Wael Elassal -Ask for this guy! ***** From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Wael was all smiles and made me feel right at home. No pressure at all! I was in and out in just half a day--seriously a record compared to my past dealership experiences. I took my family out to lunch as we came in mid morning and when we got back, everything was ready to go. Wael was super patient and attentive, answering all my questions and showing me a bunch of cars. Just a few signatures, and I drove off in the car I wanted at the price I needed. If you're looking for a great experience, head to BMW of Riverside! They have an excellent manager and finance guy too. Couldn't be happier!

I had such a wonderful experience working with my sales representative Jamil during the purchase of my car. From the very beginning, before I even walked in he was very clear and sincere. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Best experience yet buying a car! Thank you !!!

I brought my car in on March 3rd for a problem with the ac. The air from the floorboard was blowing hot but the air from the dash was cold. At first I was told the issue was a leaking hose, but then another repair had to be made, then another. Long story short, I get my car back 3 weeks later on March 24th. During that time period, I tried calling my service advisor Ernesto multiple times. Every time I was sent straight to voicemail. Our only point of contact was text message and sometimes it would take a day or two to get a response. At one point I decided to show up in person to ask why the car was taking so long to repair. When the car was ready for pick up, Ernesto had already left so another advisor helped me. I discovered that many other repairs had been made to the car...none of which i was updated about. I did receive a text message earlier in the day saying "I just wanted to let you know you got a new steering wheel. The oil one was difficult to come out." When I tried to contact him for further information, I got no response. The other advisor explained that the steering wheel had to be replaced because the bolts were too tight and when they went to remove the bolts the wheel was damaged. But had I never asked, I would've never been updated. Right when I hopped in the car, I noticed soemthing was wrong. There were very obvious gaps in the center console, almost as if someone had cut the plastic and tried to pry it up. The trim on the side had such a big gap that you could pull up the entire center console cover if you wanted to. There were also scuff marks and debris everywhere. Best part was, when I drove the car out of the parking lot, the steering wheel started squeaking like a door! I immediately drove it back into the parking lot to speak to an advisor, but when i tried to, they said they were closed and to come back tomorrow. Before I even got on the freeway, the air stopped working again. It was hot at the feet and cold at the dash. In fact, at some point the air just stopped coming out of the vents all together. I was sweating all the way home. When i got home, i realized the ac made a grinding and squeaking noise like a mouse when turned off and on. I also noticed that the ac vent at the passenger side was poorly attached. It wiggled up and down with little effort. I genuinely don't understand how the car is leaving the shop in worse condition than it came in...3 weeks later. I understand that the dash had to be removed to replace the evaporator, but the way bmw of riverside left my car was and is unacceptable. I do have an extended warranty with bmw that ends in April, so I'm wondering if the long delay has something to do with that... but yes, i don't recommend. this entire experience has been a headache. i've never had an experience this bad before. i'm going back first thing tomorrow to get this sorted

I drove 2 hours to this dealership from Valencia because my family has had a great experience here in the past, and this visit was no different. Not only did I get a great car at a great price, but the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I traded in my Tesla Model 3 for a BMW, and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. JR and Robert T. were extremely helpful and accommodating, they explained everything clearly and walked me through each step. Dylan had the paperwork prepared right away, making everything efficient. David helped me set up the MyBMW app and mobile key, and Evan even drove 2 hours with me to complete paperwork with my co-signer. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. This type of service is rare and its exactly why I'll continue to come back. Truly appreciate the entire team!

Brake pad

Terrible experience. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and noticed the brakes were squeaking after purchasing, the sales rep said they would never sell a car low on brake pad since that's a liability. They had their own techs take a look and said everything is fine. After a few months of driving, I found out the lie. I was replacing my wheel and saw the brake pad was absolutely gone, just a sliver left

Started my search online, request info on an M car. I am undecided on what series, but the request was for an M4 comp. Of course I received daily calls and emails to visit and look at the car i made inquiry about. Enough to be considered annoying and unhelpful. Today I finally had time to come by and look. We walked around for a few minutes and did not get attention from any sales staff. We decided to leave and go to another dealer in the area where we received attention from the sales staff within minutes of walking on the lot. As we were leaving BMW we did notice an older couple walk up and immediately receive attention from the team. My recommendation is to spend less time pestering people during work hours to come in , and more attention to the people that walk on the lot. If we decide on a BMW it will be from another dealer

He didn't care to assist/direct me to something that may be better fit. He had nothing but flat responses. He claimed to be a manager, I can't imagine a person like that as a manager, he ran me out. Ultimately, the short experience I had with this dealership was bad enough. As I shop for a new vehicle, I was able to meet and speak with other salesman from other locations and they were way more helpful.

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.

Every time they claim that it is fixed and it will take 24 hours to update on the app. Well the app just spins and I am unable to use any of the features in car since the app is not working.

We noticed various stickers around the car that should have been removed thru detail, tells me that they did not spend as much time of the vehicle. We also noticed that there were white specks on the good, most likely from the delivery film for transport. They offered to detail again the next day. No big deal right? I bought the vehicle back the next day after nearly 2 hours of traffic, all just for them spend 1hr and a half to clean only the hood, even though I was promised verbally a total re-detail. Whatever, did not want to deal with it any longer, so I went home. The vehicle was parked in the garage for 2 days, tonight I opened the garage to get something, then I noticed that there were scratches on the Hood, in the area the white specks were. I only saw it because the light from the garage opener hit it just right. Really really frustrating.
