    Avoid Riverside Nissan - Deceptive Practices & Horrible Customer Service I'm absolutely done with Riverside Nissan's service department. If you care about honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, then avoid this dealership at all costs. On February 8, 2025, I brought my 2022 Nissan Altima in for its 30,000-mile service. I received a $50 off coupon in the mail, labeled for "major service." Nowhere on this coupon did it state that it was only valid if I purchased every single service recommended--the only instruction was to consult a service advisor. I did exactly that, and after carefully selecting the necessary services (oil change & transmission service totaling $429.90), I was denied the discount by Esteban Leyva. He claimed I needed to purchase all the recommended services for it to apply. Nowhere was this stated on the coupon. Frustrated by this bait-and-switch tactic, I reached out to Service Manager Fernando Alcaraz via email on February 9, 2025, asking for an explanation. Four days later, I have received no response. No apology. No clarification. Absolutely nothing. That alone speaks volumes about how this dealership views its customers. But here's what really sent me over the edge. After all that arguing with Esteban about the $50 coupon, I checked Riverside Nissan's own website, and guess what I found? A "Build Your Own Coupon" offer, stating that any service purchase between $400-$599 qualifies for a $50 discount. My total was $429.90--meaning I was 100% eligible for this discount. Yet, Esteban conveniently failed to mention it, effectively overcharging me. At this point, this isn't just a mistake--it's dishonest business practice. Customers should not have to fight to use valid coupons or be subjected to deception when bringing their vehicles in for service. I tried to resolve this professionally through the service manager, but since I've been ignored, corporate may be my only option. If this is how Riverside Nissan operates--ignoring complaints, misleading customers, and refusing to honor their own promotions--then I strongly advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that will actually respect their customers, honor their word, and not try to scam you over a measly $50. I will be attaching screenshots of my email to the service manager (which was ignored) and proof of the coupon from their website to show exactly how deceptive this dealership is.

    Went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. Takes a bit longer than valvoline but that my oil change was free was worth the wait.

After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.

    An unbelievably amazing resource for parts and knowledge!…read more I'm new to El Camino ownership and went to the Pomona Swap meet trying to find repair solutions for my 87 El Camino Choo Choo clone project. I ran into some crew from the "Key Club, " who had super siiick El Caminos and Monte Carlo SS's..They agreed that Rare El Camino Parts was the team to talk to, then gave me the vendor booth location and phone number! A few minutes talking to Robert, plus seeing the sexy burgundy El Co he brought to the show and his parts display, I know I found the right place. I schedule a time to meet at the retail location in San Bernadino, and OMG what an experience! I went specifically to get an impossible to find bumper support, but also needed little pieces for the seat belt, the windows, the steering column, the glove box and grill. Not only did he have EVERYTHING on my list, I was able to look at similar models that were disassembled so I see how to do the repairs. Even picked up some original Choo Choo SS aluminum rims..wow! Robert took the time to make sure I had what I needed, all the while entertaining me with Sage advise, philosophy and plenty of jokes. I got a great deal from a team I trust..who has an outstanding inventory. If you are having a hard time getting through on the phone, be patient. This place is busy!
