    The best car-buying customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived at the dealership for the first time, Monae was there to help. She was kind, informative, and made sure I felt comfortable while helping me choose the car I wanted. She never came off as pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Although I didn't buy a car that day, she gladly gave me her number in case I had any questions. The next day, I was so excited that I texted her at 7 in the morning! She replied within 5 minutes and immediately got to work on finding me the car I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color and model I wanted in stock, but she was able to locate one at another dealership and get it for me--all via text, so I didn't even have to come back to the dealership. Once we agreed on the price, I headed over to sign all the paperwork. I had a great time signing the loan papers with Sammer, the finance guy. He even managed to get me a customized extended warranty, something I didn't even know was possible, which made me really happy. Since I don't plan on driving the car much, the standard extended warranty wouldn't have worked for me. Once the paperwork was complete, Monae arrived with my new car, all washed and cleaned, and handed me the keys. Keep in mind, this was Monae's day off, and I didn't expect such excellent service on her day off. This entire experience was perfect, and I can't say enough good things about Monae and Sammer's amazing customer service. Thank you to Riverside Volkswagen and their entire team!

    The vehicle's cleanliness, and condition is unacceptable. The communication afterward is less than satisfactoy, I sent 3 emails to all of the people I worked with that night and never got a response from any of them. I would not recommend this dealership. If you choose to do your business here, make sure you fully inspect every aspect of your vehicle before purchasing. There Service department could not believe a vehicle was offered for sale in this condition. I would 100% not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership, they will not honor damages to the vehicle. My trunk has holes in it from the license plate not being mounted properly, it is littered with dents, and they don't even want to cover a $25 broken air vent. My vehicle is still in fleet mode with MyNet, and they have no answer for that. I did not get to inspect the vehicle, they pulled my vehicle from the backlot at 8:30 pm before it was even ready to be put up for sale. This is abysmal treatment of a paying customer. Out of good faith Carl in the service department is working with me to attempt to make it right. Sales floor is no help after you leave the dealership. They've made their money and that's that. They've lost my future business and I will not be passing good word to family and friends.

    After doing some research online and deciding to come to this location, I'm so glad I did! Starting from speaking to Monae who brought me in and meeting with John and Augie to secure a deal on a 2025 Atlas! I did a quick test drive and paper work within 20 minutes. Everything else was done in a timely manner which I appreciated due to having my hands full. My new car was also cleaned/ detailed by Jacob which came out amazing. Definitely recommend this location to any potential Volkswagen owners!

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

    I had such a great experience with King of Hybrid Auto Repair and I honestly can't recommend them…read moreenough. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to me. In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair.
