Peter Younes was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with! Everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently. Mario Sanchez completed the recall and service update, performed a full multi-point inspection, checked the brakes and tires, adjusted tire pressures, and reset all four windows. A software update was also done, and I immediately noticed the difference. The vehicle feels smoother and the screen is more responsive. A lot of care went into a simple service. Everything was documented clearly, and the car was returned in excellent condition (they included a car wash). Instead of negotiating, Blake wanted to charge more for the vehicle, as a matter of fact he seemed offended I asked questions. 2. I was quoted $200-300 for delivery, please review what their delivery changed to. 3. They did not want to remove their LoJack and noted all Audi dealerships charged this, which is not true, I bought an Audi from another dealership and they had the most amazing customer service and transparency service. 3. When I questioned the charge for the LoJack and asked Blake to have his manager call me, he was also on the call and they began mocking me, do you record conversations? If so, please take a listen, I was even told "you don't have to buy it" My experience was genuine and frustrating and I also felt it had to do with race. Do better as a company and learn from other dealerships. Yelp is being devious and works with businesses and not the consumer, perhaps with some evidential photos they will cooperate. read more

While the initial sales experience was pleasant, the reality of the vehicle's condition has turned into an absolute financial and logistical nightmare. Less than a few weeks after driving off the lot, we were hit with catastrophic problems. After taking the car to Audi OC, we received a shocking estimate: over $7,000 in necessary repairs! ISSUES: TRANSMISSION OIL PAN LEAKING WATER PUMP LEAKING AND OIL INSIDE SOS NOT FUNCTIONING I no longer trust the dealership's inspection. I was under the impression that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from a reputable luxury dealership like Audi meant the vehicle had undergone a rigorous, honest inspection. Clearly, this was not the case. The issues found--which were not minor wear-and-tear items but serious, fundamental mechanical failures--should have been caught, disclosed, or fixed before the sale. Update: I disputed the charge with my bank as I did not receive the service I was charged for. However the dealership still charged me through visa and made me pay for the service not done. So I paid almost $300 for them to break the back of my driver seat, lie about my coolant levels and windshield wiper levels (I had to personally top them off the next day as the light turned on my dash) and not diagnose the original problem I came in for (no sound coming out of my speakers) another issue I resolved on my own. They weren't too invested in finding out about what was important to me and finding the vehicle that best suited what I was looking for. I was set on buying a car and didn't ask for much, but found that I had to follow up multiple times to receive what was agreed upon. Coupled with, not knowing that certain basic features weren't loaded on the car, which was slightly disappointing. Both key batteries were low, so they graciously replaced them when I stopped in. As well, I inquired about touch up paint, which they also provided. Great customer service with those requests. My car had approx. 10k miles on it, when I purchased it. I recently took it in for the 20k maintenance (at another Audi location) and was initially told that it was going to be covered. After a few minutes, I was informed that Audi Riverside performed the complimentary 30k maintenance on the vehicle, therefore I was left responsible for paying the maintenance fee of $330. read more

Upon first walking into Walter's Audi I was impressed with the ambiance and the facility itself. I thought this would be a great experience based on initial appearances. I was greeted when I came in and I was told someone would be with me shortly. My service advisor was really nice I liked her. My issue was that when I was leaving she said I could text or call and she gave me two different numbers, one for texting and one for calling. Well I always prefer texting especially because I'm not able to answer my phone when I'm at work. Every time I texted my texts went unanswered, and then I would get what seemed like an automated text. It was very weird and annoying. Then she would call me instead of answering my texts when I wouldn't be able to pick k up the phone. So we played phone tag a lot. My texts were never responded to it was like she didn't even read them. I got a call from her saying my car needed a part and would be longer than they expected. I asked for a loaner which they gave me. One of the texts I sent was asking if they could look at my battery (I have an A3 etron) because lately I noticed it wasn't holding a charge. Never got a response. When I returned the loaner I brought it back with exactly the same amount of gas it had when it was given to me and they charged my credit card for gas! I looked at the final report and it said they checked the battery as a "complimentary service" and it was all good. I have a very hard time believing that especially since getting my car back it's not charging at all. We plug it in and charge it all night and the battery still shows empty in the morning. It makes me wonder how many of these "complimentary services" are actually done. read more

I purchased new 2018 Audi A4 there, always had my service done there as well. Once the warranty was up so was the customer service. Pricing is exorbitant as well. In spite of lower mileage, maintaining timely and required maintenance, things are going wrong and getting expensive. All the things are known issues with actual class action lawsuits, but Audi is not standing behind their cars. Now going to a 5 Star foreign auto repair with twice the service and half the cost. My next car will not be an Audi. read more

Well, initially the experience was good, my car ran great before I dropped it off. But then my car starts misfiring after getting my service done which included spark plugs. They said my coil pack went bad and wanted $500 plus another 150 point inspection which had just been completed during the service for another pretty penny. Changed the coil and the misfire returned. Pretty sure they broke my car and now I have to deal with it. read more

Had a similar experience as Amanda. Called Audi corporate and they affirmed it is not their policy to refuse to reset inspection due light if you don't have everything done on the 50, 60 or 100k mile services. I took my Audi to a dealership in another county and they took care of it for me. That service manager told me, "It states inspection due, not full maintenance due." They said it is not Audi's policy. I am a single female and could not afford over $2,000 for a regular service checkup. Audi corporate told me John the manager would be contacting me and he never did. Brock the service manager was also rude to me. I also agree charging a 3% credit card fee during inflationary times and we may go into a recession is pure greed. I bought two Audi's from Walters and those will be my last. The absolute worst Audi dealership in the area. Bought an S6 under the CPO program with extended warranty. I went in because the exhaust smelled strongly of fuel. After making me agree to a $250 diagnostic fee, they proceeded to tell me the fuel smell is normal in these cars exhaust. They then pointed out that my intake tubing was torn and needed replacement. Great, I bought a CPO car for this reason, nope! They refused to repair the intake, and tried to charge me the $250 fee on top of the repairs. Thankfully, I'm an expert in recognizing BS. Took my car to another Audi dealer, they diagnosed the fuel smell as a bad O2 sensor. They then replaced both the sensor and the torn intake tubing, under warranty as they should have. All in all, I tell everyone I know to steer clear of Walters Riverside, from sales to service they exist solely to take advantage of ill-informed customers. read more

We are already overpaying for the labor and parts for having a luxury vehicle, which I get and that was my choice. However, it's the principle of being charged more at any possible chance. I brought my 2018 Audi A3 in for service. I thought it was a transmission issue but it turned out to be a wheel bearing, I also opted to get my back windshield wiper replaced and have one more thing looked at. It was still an 1,800 bill at the end of the day. It was supposed to be done that day but I was told by my service advisor that they needed to order a part and it would be a couple days. Well it just so happens that our Lexus was in the shop as well so we were getting rides to work and everywhere we needed to go. I asked for a loaner car which they were very good about providing, I will say. My car was finally done one week after dropping it off. I took the loaner car back with the line on the gas tank exactly where it was when I received it. I got a text message originally stating "Your starting fuel level is 5/8 of a tank" okay cool, well I have no way of knowing exactly what is in there all I can do is go by where the line is. Right before I brought it back I went to put gas in the car. I started with $20 and the line was just a hair under where it was so I even went back into the gas station and put more money in just to be sure. The line was exactly where it was when I got when I brought it back. When I got my final receipt this morning I was charged $23 for gas. If I had put another $23 in it would have been a full tank. It's not the $23 it's the principle. I just don't appreciate that at all. read more
