    Hi, been leasing from Walters Audi Riverside for over the past 10 years or so. Their sales and especially their service department is extremely customer friendly and efficient. I've been to other dealerships and I'm willing to drive the distance for their exemplary customer service. The Service Mgr. Brock, General manager, Shawn, service advisor, Luis, and intake specialist, Mycal; always kept me updated and respond to my questions. My family is forever loyal to Walters Audi Riverside as long as this team is there!

    Broken back of driver seat

    Update: I disputed the charge with my bank as I did not receive the service I was charged for. However the dealership still charged me through visa and made me pay for the service not done. So I paid almost $300 for them to break the back of my driver seat, lie about my coolant levels and windshield wiper levels (I had to personally top them off the next day as the light turned on my dash) and not diagnose the original problem I came in for (no sound coming out of my speakers) another issue I resolved on my own. Thank you Audi Riverside for robbing a mother. Your business is truly shady and terrible.

    My experience with Audi Riverside was exceptional! From John Scholz, the General Manager to Blake Lewis my sales person, I could not say enough of how smooth the process was. Blake set himself apart from any other sales person I have dealt with in the past. He found the car I was looking for and sent me a personalized video of the car. And from there we made the deal. I picked up the car a few days later. Just had to sign! Blake took extra care in showing me the ropes of all the car has to offer with most patience and detail. Thank you Blake! You have a bright future with your salesmanship.

    Upon first walking into Walter's Audi I was impressed with the ambiance and the facility itself. I thought this would be a great experience based on initial appearances. I was greeted when I came in and I was told someone would be with me shortly. My service advisor was really nice I liked her. My issue was that when I was leaving she said I could text or call and she gave me two different numbers, one for texting and one for calling. Well I always prefer texting especially because I'm not able to answer my phone when I'm at work. Every time I texted my texts went unanswered, and then I would get what seemed like an automated text. It was very weird and annoying. Then she would call me instead of answering my texts when I wouldn't be able to pick k up the phone. So we played phone tag a lot. My texts were never responded to it was like she didn't even read them. I got a call from her saying my car needed a part and would be longer than they expected. I asked for a loaner which they gave me. One of the texts I sent was asking if they could look at my battery (I have an A3 etron) because lately I noticed it wasn't holding a charge. Never got a response. When I returned the loaner I brought it back with exactly the same amount of gas it had when it was given to me and they charged my credit card for gas! I looked at the final report and it said they checked the battery as a "complimentary service" and it was all good. I have a very hard time believing that especially since getting my car back it's not charging at all. We plug it in and charge it all night and the battery still shows empty in the morning. It makes me wonder how many of these "complimentary services" are actually done.

    I was really happy with my last experience at Walter's Audi that I decided to go back again to see about getting a new car. I was lucky that the same salesman who helped me last time was still working there. I spoke to Romen about possibly trading in my car and he really helped me and answered all my questions. Romen was once again polite, courteous and patient. He took his time to show me different options and never pressured me. I will continue to bring my business to Walter's Audi. I recommend asking for Romen, you will not be disappointed!

    Response: Great lengths? And at your cost? Screwing in some bolts for the undercarriage that should have been properly installed to begin with surely cost you nothing. And comping 2 tires while we bought the other two at full retail, which I'm sure makes up for anything you "lost" on the two you provided seems like the least you could do.

On top of this, I had a work meeting to get back to, so they quickly arranged a ride home. I forgot the name of the gentleman who drove me home, but he was very professional and nice to make small talk with. The work was done above and beyond what was needed based on the warranty and ready by noon for pick up. My vehicle is driving great. Dealerships can get a bad rep when it comes to servicing your car, but after my experience at this location, I am very pleased.

Ultimately, the short experience I had with this dealership was bad enough. As I shop for a new vehicle, I was able to meet and speak with other salesman from other locations and they were way more helpful.

Our son asked us to meet him at Riverside Toyota to help purchase his first car, a used Corolla. After a long wait and two other salesmen, we were finally assigned to Emilio. We test drove the car and agreed to discuss terms. Before running credit, the sales manager offered a 12.99% interest rate, which was extremely high. We explained another dealership had already offered a much lower rate at 6%. They agreed to match the 6% with approved credit but snuck in a $5,000 car alarm that appeared only in tiny print. We demanded the alarm be removed and agreed to let them run a credit check at 6%. They then requested pay stubs, bank statements, proof of insurance, and W2s, which we found unusual. While credit was being run, my husband went to the restroom. During that time, Emilio motioned our son into a back office without explanation. When my son did not return, we went looking for him and discovered they were having him sign paperwork he believed was for the credit check, not a purchase contract. No explanation to what he was signing, and he was not told he was signing final documents. Temporary tags had already been printed. No final terms had been agreed to or presented to us after the credit check. They completely took advantage of our son's lack of experience. The finance person later claimed they had secured 4.99% financing, but refused to show paperwork, and would not show what had been added. We asked three separate times to see the paperwork and were refused each time. The price of the car did not go down, yet the payment stayed exactly the same as what we had discussed at the higher 6% rate. We clearly stated that we were no longer buying the car due to this and that the deal was not binding since the vehicle never left the dealership. We asked that all paperwork be shredded and our information removed from their system. They hesitated and continued to pressure us to finish the deal, even after we asked to speak to a manager. We had to firmly and repeatedly demand that all paperwork be shredded and all information removed. Clearly, making money is more important than customer satisfaction at this dealership.

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.
