I confirmed the issue by installing a sensor from AutoZone, and the vehicle worked properly. When I reinstalled the NAPA sensor, the problem came right back. Instead of helping me with a defective-part return or warranty claim, Drew simply told me they couldn't return it because it was an electronic part and gave me a phone number to call, as if I were dealing with a fast-food restaurant instead of an auto parts store. Unfortunately, based on the customer service I received, I would not recommend this location.

I was told my vehicle would be ready, going over to pick up after they said it was complete only to find out it appeared that little to no work had actually been done. I drove off the lot and my motor started knocking minutes after leaving. After returning to the dealer hours after waiting for their tow service all I got were the service gentlemen at the service dept scratching their head like they had no clue. I asked if they atleast test drove after and of course they didn't. I was never given clear or consistent answers about what was happening with my vehicle. After 10 days of waiting, I was told that my car needed a new engine and that the dealership had decided not to perform the repair. I was left with a broken-down vehicle and no real solution. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up from management. Service Manager Mark Interlicchia never returned my calls or reached out to discuss my concerns after I brought my vehicle back. My service advisor, Danny, was polite but was never able to provide clear explanations or updates throughout the process. When you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect a certain level of customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I would have appreciated honest communication from the beginning instead of being told my vehicle was almost ready when it clearly wasn't. I hope Mercedes-Benz takes situations like this more seriously because no customer should be left without answers or a working vehicle after spending this much money on a premium brand.

As a Riverside homeowner living near this dealership, I feel compelled to share my recent…read moreexperience. Despite the convenience of the location, I am willing to travel to Ontario for better service than what I received this morning from service advisor Justin Christian. With over 10 years of experience in sales, currently serving as a sales manager, I hold high standards for customer interaction and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. I visited for a routine oil change and was quoted $480. This was surprising, as I have receipts from last year showing I was charged $280 for the same service. When I questioned the increase, I was told, "well yea everything has gone up," which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Following that response, Justin proceeded to focus on his computer and print paperwork without any further communication for approximately three minutes. Feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer, we chose to leave. This type of interaction is not something I would accept from anyone on my own team, nor would I consider it an appropriate way to engage with paying customers. As consumers, we have the choice to take our business elsewhere, and based on this experience, I will be doing so. I contacted a dealership in Ontario immediately afterward and was quoted a starting price of $240 for the same service. While it requires a longer drive, I would prefer that over being treated in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
