Essentially Steve, tried to sell me something much cheaper parts after promising the parts I ordered were available. What can I say about Ty Well Auto Parts?…read more... This is the kind of place that reminds you why local businesses still matter. A father and son's family business that's been holding down Riverside for 30 years, with the kind of knowledge you usually only get after spending a lifetime around cars. They know their stuff. More importantly, they actually give a damn about helping people. No corporate script. No wandering around a giant store hoping someone can tell a brake pad from a sandwich. Just a family that knows the business, knows Riverside, and has been doing it right for three decades. If you need auto parts, check out Ty Well. You might walk in looking for a part and walk out thinking you accidentally found one of the last real businesses left in town.

Bare minimum in my opinion. He should have done that from the start. I'm still not happy about the service and the fiasco it caused. However, I do appreciate him trying to correct the situation by refunding for the towing and missing parts. That tells me that he cares. I wonder if he was just having a bad day or was overworked? Autozone on Van Buren and California has Hispanic employees that are racist to blacks. Everytime…read morethat I go to this store If I have a return without a receipt the same curly headed young Mexican kid refuses to return my product even though I haven't opened it or used it at all. What's the purpose of you guys always asking for our phone number and name when we purchase the item but when we return it I gotta have a receipt in hand? Lol. That makes absolutely no sense at all because if you punched in the number associated with the sale that validates its purchase where you would be able to validate the product. But this jerk always gives me a hard time when I enter this parts store. So if you are a person of color black, do not spend one dollar in this store for your auto needs. Go elsewhere where there is diversity that works together in the store but dont come here. I went to this store to return unopened antifreeze and I had my identification to verify my phone number in there computer system to verify that purchase. The Hispanic kid just refused to do it for me. Every other Autozone stores that I had to make a return without receipt still assisted me with my return by verifying my phone number and my id. Boom. Im out the door. But AUTOZONE ON VAN BUREN AND CALIFORNIA AT THE LIGHT ARE RACIST AND DO NOT AANT TO ASSIST BLACKS.
