When I got to the shop to pick up the battery the price went up $50.00. NOT COOL I, paid the price... I would recommend finding a shop that is honest and trustworthy about the pricing.

The batteries aren't super happy with being stored at damaging low voltage, but last fantastically if properly cared for. WCB is super helpful in what you need to do to be a responsible high-end battery owner. For one, you need at least an 8 amp charger to care for an Odyssey Extreme Series battery. My latest purchase was a little tiny PC1200 to replace the one that fits in my 1949 Dodge truck. The original battery lasted only 10 years! It was finally killed by a 1 year neglect due to Covid 19. I think this is a pretty good testimony and I'm happy to pay whatever it takes to restore that kind of reliability. I have never had a problem with a short life of an Odyssey battery. I have had them die due to neglect, but if fully charged, they will be OK for a year. If Odyssey has one that fits my needs, I will only buy their Odyssey Extreme Series batteries and definitely prefer WCB. I have never had a problem with WCB. I appreciate their pricing. They're the best! Very highly recommended to consumers that need a highest reliability battery and outstanding customer service.

One of them was at my car door and I've been car jacked before so that didn't make me comfortable. The second one was as I was walking in and I honestly think the two guys were together anyways now they have parking lot security, but he's leaning against the wall looking at his phone. He's not walking around or doing anything useful. Then I walk inside the store and there's another security guard with a bulletproof vest and he's looking at his phone too. I actually look forward to a day when if you're at work, your cell phone has to go into a locker like mine did when I worked somewhere that paid me crap money per hour that you can now make a minimum wage but anyways, nobody works anymore I came here to complain because I returned a ring camera that I paid $99 for and they gave me a total of $74 credit to buy another ring camera I even had to show the geek squad guy how to open the ring camera and that's fine because I didn't own them before I started working on these But overall, I leave annoyed And this is why people shop at Amazon or Costco more than Best Buy now Or at least my family We used to love Best Buy But I guess it was decades ago

Even showed him a letter from my bank that it was deducted from my account. After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.
