I paid for a lifetime warranty at the store located in Temecula, unfortunately that store went out of business without warning. I was devastated, why? Because soon after 2 of my vehicle fobs went inoperable. I looked for the closest BP, but they too were closed indefinitely. I looked on line and found this BP. Was there a few days ago and went back this morning for another As seen on tv Solar Disk Lights for 19.99. The first package of 4 lighted up our 6x20' side yard. Used Velcro and they are light weight enough to place one on the outside of our fireplace. Bought some aaa batteries that were $5.00 off. Purchased little disc batteries for my bike lights there also. They have many brands, lights, batteries, some tools also. Few years back they sold us key fab for my father in law's Ford and it still works great. Rancho Cucamonga store did not call me when camera battery came in. Used the order online and pick up in store option. Turned out to be the wrong battery. Pretty sure I ordered the right one per the website, so think the wrong one was sent. Waiting for this to come before a vacation. Staff was very nice and credited my account but really couldn't help get the correct battery. They did test my old battery and said it still had some like in it. Ordered 2 thru Amazon Prime and had them within a day or two and they are the correct battery. Wasn't crazy about the reviews on how long they last per reviews but will have to do for now. read more

This place is amazing! My sad little iPhone 4s died (yes, I still have a 4s in 2018), so I took it in to Batteries Plus Bulbs to see if they could replace the battery. I really needed to recover my data! Fortunately, they had two left in stock. Since I had already tried to recover my data at home with no success, I was informed by Mando that it was likely irretrievable. I was so disappointed (and mad at myself because I hadn't backed my phone up in a long time). All my contacts, photos and other important info....lost forever. But Mando (greatest staff member ever!) actually took the time to attempt to recover my data. He wasn't sure if it would work, being that my phone was such an old model. "Come back in 30 minutes," he told me. I went home, not very hopeful, but grateful for his efforts. When I returned, he had recovered all of my data!! Mando is awesome! Incident occurred on 04/12/21: Store clerk was rude and argumentative. He consistently tried to express his opinion about the condition of my battery terminal connector, instead of just swapping out my warranted battery, which was clearly leaking battery acid from the positive terminal post. Store clerk repeatedly made sure he got the last word. In the end, I just walked away. Terrible customer service, the store clerk kept addressing me as "Dude" or "Bro", not by my surname or Sir. The store clerk at Rancho Cucamonga should be fired because he is unprofessional. I purchased an "Ultra Platinum AGM" battery at a cost of $246.74 for my 2016 Chevy Silverado in October of 2017. In October of 2018 the battery failed and would not hold a charge. When I returned the battery for warranty replacement I was told that the failure was due to overcharging and that I should have my charging system checked. I had it checked at the Chevy dealer and everything was functioning correctly. I returned to Batteries Plus with this information which was a waste of time. They would not replace it under warranty. I was telling a coworker about this issue and he said he had the identical issue about six months earlier - same excuse; overcharging caused the battery failure. Obviously, their go-to excuse for not honoring battery warranties. Very poor business practice. I doubt that they will be around long. read more
