Only about 4 or so parking spots right up front of the shop. Upon arrival, there was a gentleman staff helping another customer. I parked and waited for them to be done. The nice gentleman walked over and asked how he could help us. I handed him the two batteries. He took them inside to weigh. We were able to get some cash for both batteries. Cool! Staff was friendly and nice. Service was superb and fast. Shop was clean and well maintained. If you have any used batteries you want to get rid of and/or new batteries to buy, Power Shop Batteries is the place for you!

When I was there, the owner, Kay Choi, was illegally printing postage stamps off of stamps.com to ship customers products. We were eventually caught by the postal inspectors and I was interrogated about it. They also reuse battery cells from previous customers orders. They will charge your credit card immediately upon order regardless if they have the battery in stock or not. They use fake postage to ship your products while charging you for shipping. They open your laptop and segway batteries using a razor and screw driver, then crazy glue it back together when finished! You cannot get a refund with them and what they do is they do not refund and then wait for you to do a charge back with the credit card company which they then dispute. I worked their as the GM for 2 years. This is a very illegal operation. Only about 50% of the orders are completed and the rest do not get their order or their order is using old battery cells so it will work for a little and then die out. I am warning you about this company. Please check reviews on http://www.resellerratings.com/ before purchasing here. They used to be called batteryrefill.com but because of all the bad reviews have changed their name to batteryrebuild.com Thank you.

And I must say - as a small business owner myself- this was a GREAT decision- I got there at 8am - Andy - Andres came out and was patient enough to take the time to get to my battery which was in a difficult location to get too and got the job done and I got a Great price on a used battery that he tested in front of me for $65 with a 6 month warranty- versus a new one at a big corporate store for $250 - and they had new batteries there for $130. He told me they normally don't do battery installations, but he went out of his way to help me anyway, simply out of kindness. Even with the time crunch, he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I literally postponed this guy's weekend, and he STILL took the time to help me!
