This is a very bad company.
I used to be the GM at this company and they are very very bad!
When I was there, the owner, Kay Choi, was illegally printing postage stamps off of stamps.com to ship customers products. We were eventually caught by the postal inspectors and I was interrogated about it.
They also reuse battery cells from previous customers orders.
They will charge your credit card immediately upon order regardless if they have the battery in stock or not.
They use fake postage to ship your products while charging you for shipping.
They open your laptop and segway batteries using a razor and screw driver, then crazy glue it back together when finished!
You cannot get a refund with them and what they do is they do not refund and then wait for you to do a charge back with the credit card company which they then dispute.
I worked their as the GM for 2 years. This is a very illegal operation.
Only about 50% of the orders are completed and the rest do not get their order or their order is using old battery cells so it will work for a little and then die out.
I am warning you about this company. Please check reviews on http://www.resellerratings.com/ before purchasing here.
They used to be called batteryrefill.com but because of all the bad reviews have changed their name to batteryrebuild.com
