Only about 4 or so parking spots right up front of the shop. Upon arrival, there was a gentleman staff helping another customer. I parked and waited for them to be done. The nice gentleman walked over and asked how he could help us. I handed him the two batteries. He took them inside to weigh. We were able to get some cash for both batteries. Cool! Staff was friendly and nice. Service was superb and fast. Shop was clean and well maintained. If you have any used batteries you want to get rid of and/or new batteries to buy, Power Shop Batteries is the place for you!

And I must say - as a small business owner myself- this was a GREAT decision- I got there at 8am - Andy - Andres came out and was patient enough to take the time to get to my battery which was in a difficult location to get too and got the job done and I got a Great price on a used battery that he tested in front of me for $65 with a 6 month warranty- versus a new one at a big corporate store for $250 - and they had new batteries there for $130. When I arrived, they took care of everything and installed the battery for me. The service was friendly, personal, and just genuinely great. And the price? I spent WAY less than I would have buying a battery from Costco or AutoZone--and I got the added benefit of supporting a small local business that truly seems to care about its customers. When I was there, the owner, Kay Choi, was illegally printing postage stamps off of stamps.com to ship customers products. We were eventually caught by the postal inspectors and I was interrogated about it. They also reuse battery cells from previous customers orders. They will charge your credit card immediately upon order regardless if they have the battery in stock or not. They use fake postage to ship your products while charging you for shipping. They open your laptop and segway batteries using a razor and screw driver, then crazy glue it back together when finished! You cannot get a refund with them and what they do is they do not refund and then wait for you to do a charge back with the credit card company which they then dispute. I worked their as the GM for 2 years. This is a very illegal operation. Only about 50% of the orders are completed and the rest do not get their order or their order is using old battery cells so it will work for a little and then die out. I am warning you about this company. Please check reviews on http://www.resellerratings.com/ before purchasing here. They used to be called batteryrefill.com but because of all the bad reviews have changed their name to batteryrebuild.com Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this store to…read morebuy windshield washer fluid. When I went to check out, one of the employees, Eliot, was on the phone, so I walked over to the other register. The other employee at that counter left the desk and went to the back, doing absolutely nothing. A few moments later, I looked back and saw him just standing there. We made eye contact, and he literally walked out of my sight. So, I kept waiting. Once Eliot finally finished his call, he completely ignored me too and started to walk away to do something else. I admit I was getting frustrated by this point. I called out, "Is anyone going to help me?" Admittedly, I put the jug of washer fluid down on the counter with some force out of frustration--though Eliot claimed I "slammed" it. Eliot then yelled at me, saying, "You can just walk out of my store, you don't need to slam things on the counter." He then had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't behave that way in front of my child. I highly encourage the store manager to review the security footage to see if I actually "slammed" anything on the desk. To make matters worse, Eliot threatened to call the police if I didn't leave immediately. I did absolutely nothing illegal--I was literally just a paying customer waiting to check out. I have no idea why he would even threaten to involve law enforcement over a minor customer service frustration. I told him I was already leaving. I have always had a better impression of this brand compared to AutoZone, but this was my first time at this location--and it will likely be my last. I certainly do not need a kid teaching me how to parent my child. Lastly, I want to say that Eliot, I could see you were actually working and at least you weren't just loafing around like your coworker. However, you seriously need to go through proper corporate training. You need to be trained on how to properly handle and de-escalate a customer who is already frustrated.
