I thought I had broken the glass screen on my iPhone. It was broken on both sides, and I could see spider vein cracks. I called Verizon to ask how to get it fixed. They recommended bringing it here. I went to the store in Redlands. They showed me that it was only the screen protector that was cracked, and not the glass. I was able to get a new screen protector put on, one he said was better than the one I had. I'm very pleased with the results and service! They were honest about it only being the screen protector and not the glass. My friend said I should write a review, because they could have lied and told me the glass was broken and needed replacement, costing me much more money. I contacted this shop on a Friday and requested if they can do a battery replacement for a Surface Pro 5. The gentleman who answered said yes, gave me a quote, and even directed me to where I can purchase the correct battery on Amazon. I went in to the shop Wednesday when the battery came in and am told they don't replace these battery's here. I asked why would your other associate look up the model and direct me to where I can find the correct battery to order if you don't do the work? I brought in my MacBook because the display, touch bar, and software were acting up. They were able to get it working like a practically brand new laptop. They are upfront with anticipated pricing, which is on par with the service provided. Side note: I had previously taken it to Apple and they were essentially telling me I had to pay a substantial amount to have the screen fixed - which would have cost nearly the same as replacing the laptop. My computer randomly powers off within a few minutes of startup. Sometimes I can log into windows before it happens and sometimes it happens before the bios loads. I decided to take my computer in for a diagnostic. After not getting an update the next day, like they said I would, when my diagnostic window closed I tried calling in to check the status of my computer, but there was no answer. Over the rest of that day and the next morning, I called about 16 times and never got an answer or even a prompt to leave a voicemail the phone would ring a about 8-9 times or so then the call would just hang up. I finally went in person to ask on the 3rd day. They said they saw no problems and found nothing wrong. I took it home, plugged it in, and it still completely shuts itself down within a couple of minutes after start-up. The computers inability to stay on longer than about 1-5 minutes is a pretty big, as well as obvious problem. So the fact that they said they saw no problems would suggest that: 1 - They lied to me about doing the diagnostic. And/or 2 - They are not very good at their job. But, I'll let you infer what you will from the data. Also, I got a fake name on my receipt, a man took in my computer and entered it into the system but the claim reciept he handed me said the name of the person helping me was Kimberly. (I didn't notice this until after everything, when I was looking the claim ticket again). These details, coupled with the fact that they don't answer their phones and don't have a method for customers to leave a message/voicemail make me hesitant to refer anyone here or even ever go back. read more

The Asurion insurance is misleading. They claim to cover cracked Smart TV screens, Ubreakifix says they do, and multiple websites state they do. In fact, they do NOT cover cracked TV screens or physical damage. You are better off canceling them and buy an extended warranty. read more

My iPhone started to glitch with the Apple icon going on and off. I went to the Apple Store and they told that the only way to get it fixed was to wipe out my phone. Started by going online and making an appointment to get my phone fixed. I entered all the info. My phone make and model and what needed to be replaced. It then gave me a date and time. I went to the store the next day. After about 20 minutes of waiting due to one service rep and two other people ahead of me, another representative came to the front from the back. I told him that I needed a repair and that I would be paying out of pocket. No insurance. He began to explain that they didn't have the part and that their part orders system are done automatically and couldn't tell me when they would have the part in. That I would have to call back in 3 days to see if they have it. Needless to say, I walked out frustrated and upset that when making the appointment online didn't tell me they didn't have the part. What a horrible business model. Why didn't he ask for a deposit to order the part? Sounds like their supply chain isn't up to par. They lost a customer. I went to Ifix4U and got it repaired the next day. Horrible customer service. read more

After my Samsung S23 Ultra died and would not turn back on, I called AT&T and they referred me to ubreakifix location in Rialto, Ca. I made an appointment and was greeted by Josh when I got there. He was friendly and very informative, explaining the possible causes and what steps we could take next. He then asked if I could give him an hour to check a couple of things, just in case we wouldn't have to turn it in on a warranty claim. I was all too happy to duck out of the store for an hour while he went to work on my phone. It was the best call ever!! I returned to the store 55 minutes later and to my surprise, Josh had fixed it. He explained what happened and advised what I should do if it ever happens again. I was thrilled to have my phone back in perfect working condition! I got their $24.99 monthly subscription to try to get my switch fixed. The guy at the store told me that if I put that my switch broke in the allotted time of me having the insurance that it should work... it didn't. So I'm trying to cancel this subscription after 4 months and no one seems to want to answer. I've called 3 days in a row and they ask in the recorded voice what you're there for and I said to cancel subscription, sends you to talk to a representative but I've been waiting for an hour and a half with no wait time being told or what number I am on the waiting list. Called to check about a screen issue with Google Pixel 2 phone. Screen was not broken but display was random and blank screen sometimes. Although there was nothing significant to describe as the screen was not broken, they were kind enough to ask me to come to do a free diagnostics. When I dropped the phone Johnathan the manager was very polite and helpful and mentioned they will check and let me know. It happened to have some lose connection and they fixxed it for free. I went in to fix the screen that they replaced. It kept having the same issue (Ghost touch). It keeps opening apps on its own, typing on its own, and not being responsive at times. Extremely frustrating because I paid for the screen and the monthly warranty. They told me that the screen wasn't sitting flush I agreed they installed it. They didn't do anything about that, they said they couldn't do anything. They said looks like you have a lot of pictures and you're about to run out of storage. They said that was the reason why my screen does that. They said your phone works perfectly fine right now. I wouldn't be in there if my screen worked perfectly fine. read more
